Shelly Bunce: Hello I work in one of your stores! here’s the problem there should be at least two workers on the floor to get the floor cleared as much as possible! Give the workers sections to look presentable, what they can’t finish leave it for the last shift but leave left overs in area assigned to evening shift to put away plus go backs left through out the day! But it’s not plausible to expect two people to get the entire store in order! The workers could be like a traveling nurse idea! Customers would feel better and appreciate the change I’m very sure of it you will have a larger growth in every way! I’m not afraid of airing my observation!❤️To DG

Angie Wendlandt: Oh I tried to get service but the online service could not activate sim cards then I went into store they could not either. So I said forget it that I was not doing it that was December 2021. So months later they deduct 105.00 out of my account I was refunded that back then months later they send me a bill for 361.54 I called the online people they were not any help at all told me to go to store I said why ya'll did this. So I called the store and spoke to someone told her what they said she said no they know better than to send customers to the store tell them that made this mess they can fix this. So I did which was hard to tell them. They kept saying we need pin number I said ya'll made this account up make up a pin number too. I finally ask how do not know i don't have service with ya'll my phone is not suspended cause it was never with ya'll. I got no where them. Then today I get another bill for 486.40 I have not called them again yet! I decided to speak here. It's very hard to speak to the people online. I don't know what else to do other than a lawyer. So how does tmoblie think I have service with them. I just can't figure that out nor i don't get it!

They are in the rear corner of their building as you face it from the front. They engineer solutions and configure as much as possible before delivery and installation. Martha Benduski: I am a student at WashU and TSV was the light and sound for our dance performance event. We have used their services for many years and their service has become worse over time. They arrived late, were unable to do sound checks with our live band, and were not respectful to our student group. One such incident was when we asked the person who was supposed to maintain the sound board to play our playlist when the performers of each group went on stage. Instead he completely left the sound board and gave it to the students to control halfway through the performance. While we may be students, that does not mean that a sound/light company should not give us a quality service that we had paid for.
