They are in the rear corner of their building as you face it from the front. They engineer solutions and configure as much as possible before delivery and installation. They will do maintenance calls on equipment even if you didn't buy it from them.

Trying to communicate with someone to book these services for an event shouldn't be this complicated. The constant beating-around-the -bush with constant delays is extremely unprofessional.

Austin Brooks: This place is seriously amazing, and the customer service is even better than that. I don't know the first thing about DJ lights but recently needed to buy one for a party. Dianne was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory, but also so helpful in answering all my questions. She also spent the time to demonstrate several products so I could make sure I was buying exactly what I wanted. They also sell a ton of other DJ equipment as well. If you're in the market for anything DJ related, stop wasting your time at Guitar Center and go check this place out.

Barb Burrows: We have used Fusion for two major tech installs at two homes. They are great to work with. The team is not just technically capable but very easy to work with, great communication and plain ole good guys. Patient with customers who may not be tech-savvy. Lots of companies can have great equip and techs, but it’s guys like the Fusion team that make a real difference.

Samer Cabbabe: I hired Jeff Praechter and his company to re-install my internet/media system in my new house as well as install new equipment in my pool house. Over $15,000 was spent on his services. This was done on an hourly basis and the pool house was done on a bid. Jeff sends his slowest employees to do hourly work and his fastest employees to do bid work; it took well over 2 weeks to re-install my stuff for the hourly job. The job was not done professionally: there were wires hanging down visible from TV's, all wires/modems/PoE's in the main control center were all messy, no zip ties were used, 3 URC remotes were supposed to be programmed for the same commands, all were programmed differently etc. I have had to hire someone to fix this. Jeff also overcharged me for both his media and electric services and became angry when called out on it. We had tracked his employees hours and he was always overbiling us.For my pool house, they installed my AP points to a non-functioning internet line and I had to have an additional"service call" later to fix this when we began to use the pool house in warmer weather. He installed 4 speakers around my pool and the covers began to come off within 6 months when I found them on the ground. He told me I must have an "issue with squirrels" when they were found to be warped and threatened to charge me to repair them. I asked him specifically to bury all of the cable lines deep and all became exposed in a couple months. When I asked him to re-bury them, he asked me if I was going to "put some mulch" over them? I reminded him they were in the turf, not in in landscape beds.UPDATE: Contrary to what owner Jeff Praecther claims in his response below, my previous AV company of 10 years (Audiovisual lifestyles) was sold by their owner; otherwise, I would have continued services with them. I had reached out to Jeff at Fusion approximately one year ago regarding their repair of my pool house internet that had failed for a second time prior to having to start all over with another company. Otherwise, I'm not sure how the timing question is relevant other than an attempt at distracting from the issues at hand. Jeff also makes excuses about his difficulty installing Sonos equipment on an existing Elan wired system which remains standard and top line to date. The home addition which houses all the AV wires is less than 15 years old and prewired with 2 AV command centers. All he had to do was wire the Sonos into the labeled jacks for each room. At least he doesn't deny falsifying his work hours which he agreed to credit. There is also no rebuttal for the speaker lids failing off from "my squirrels" and not being repaired satisfactorily immediately after installation. The only services I was denied by Fusion were my right for a warrantied repairs on my speakers and to re-bury the lines. I chose to discontinue services with Fusion due to dissatisfaction with the owner for these reasons and switched to Wallbrandt which recently completed a large project in my house and repaired all of Fusion's remote errors , internet errors and sloppy wiring without any issue to date. To date, Fusion has a 1-star rating on the BBB and a 3-star rating on Yelp. Other reviews are consistent with failure of owner to communicate with issues after installation that should be warrantied.

After first seeing a similar product on a home tour, I took a photo of the blinds and reached out to Chris to see if he offered anything like them. He was able to bring me a working sample and a book full of fabric choices. They installed all of the blinds perfectly and we couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product.
