Cheryl Brendel: Bought a Star Ultra Max 5 burner grill in April. Since that time 4 of the igniter assemblies have malfunctioned leaving cold spots on the grill. It takes them weeks to get the part here or the tech to perform the work. I now have a 4rth igniter out and they have not responded numerous emails. Avoid buying this unit, as it evidently was assembled with faulty parts if you run a busy restaurant. Hard to cook burgers and cheesesteak on a cold griddle.
