Rebecca Carron: The absolute very best customer experience I have had in years. Urgently needed a battery for my sump pump and Corey answered the call. He indicated they were closed due to lack of help but would take care of my needs personally anyway. He had me call him upon arrival and he came out and got the 70 lb. battery out of the truck, checked it and charged it overnight, called at 8am the next morning to say it was ready for pick up at no charge! Met me at the door with a big smile and put it back in the truck for me! First off, nobody drops everything and helps right then and there, especially when they are closed. Secondly, nobody ever tells me they will fix my problem immediately and not charge me at all for the time and attention given. Corey should be the poster child for customer service worldwide!!! Thank you Electro Battery, I will be back and I will refer you. Whatever you are paying Corey, it's not enough:)

chris saunders: I bought a battery for my son for four-wheeler to give him on Christmas on Christmas morning that four-wheeler wouldn't start had to wait till the next day to go up there and then they told me they're there is no warranty we can't do nothing about it I said it better going 2 weeks old have never used it yet I'll never buy battery again my son come and ride his Christmas present because of them

Bob Waidmann: After giving great praise and recommending this company to folks for at least 20 years now, it comes to an end. I bought my most recent battery a year ago & brought it in to get tested, because it was dead in a car that doesn't get driven that much anymore. I just wanted to see if it was bad or if I had to get a new one. Before I could even speak the gentleman behind the counter said if you don't have a receipt, there is no warranty. He said the battery was drained & not the battery's fault. He acted like he didn't want to test it or help me in any way shape or form. I just wanted to check it out & see if I needed a new one or not. I didn't really care about the warranty. There are too many places to go to treat people like they don't care. I've never written a review before, but I was taken a back from my treatment from the man behind the counter today. Hope everyone else has a great experience at Deka, I did for many years, but not anymore.....I know people have bad days also, but you shouldn't let it affect your job.

Carl Gregov: Great value. We switched to Electro Battery for our truck fleet about 2 years ago. We buy primarily the "factory 2nds" which they say have only cosmetic blemishes or imperfections. The batteries have come at significant financial savings and have help up as hoped.

Thomas Malone: A friend had told me about this place so I gave it a try. I bought a battery directly from them in January for my truck for $45 that would have cost me about $140 from Autozone. Then this past week, I thought I needed a new battery for another car of mine. I thought $45 would be a good deal, but when I go there, I decided to have it tested first. They charged it overnight and tested it for $3.50. Turns out it was fine. It had just been drained from sitting in a car I haven't started all winter. I highly recommend these guys although I'm hesitant to because I'm afraid if I do, it'll get flooded with customers once word gets out what a great value it is. Great service. Great products.
