Mary Parram: Charlie and the courteous crew at Tom’s Truck Repair are amazing! They have earned a new and very satisfied customer! One of our shuttle buses was in a hit and run accident. The damages sustained rendered it inoperable. Charlie sent a tow truck out to pick up our disabled vehicle that afternoon – no charge! He had it repaired AND DELIVERED to us the next day – which saved us having to find two drivers to retrieve our shuttle bus from the shop. His mechanic even came out and installed a replacement mirror on our parking lot! We transport more than 200 elderly and developmentally disabled adults daily so it’s a real hardship whenever one of our shuttle buses is taken out of service for repairs. None of the dealership or mechanic shops we normally use could fit us into their schedules for the next 4-6 weeks and we do not have the budget to cover the added quarantine-inflated expenses of renting a shuttle bus to cover our clients’ transportation needs for an entire month. Everyone at Tom’s Truck Repair was professional, courteous and very helpful. Southside Wellness Center definitely will be sending our vehicles to Tom’s Truck Repair for future maintenance and repairs.

Elmedin Piric: Went in with leak on fuel tank and bad oil pan gasket. Was told it would be 3 hours for the tank and 3 for the oilpan gasket. Had my truck for 7 days. Charged me 6 hours never changed the oil pan gasket just cleaned the oil and left it. When I went back first they pretend that the leak was something new then after a while they admitted that they never changed it. It's not about the money it's about the 7 days wasted and being made to look like a fool by a bunch of crooks. Stay away if you like dealing with honest people.

Joe Galindo: Called on Saturday because our truck was leaking oil. They said they could bother to it Monday morning because the parts places are closed. We get our driver there at 7am Monday morning. They kept saying an hr they’d hook the computer up to see what’s going on. Waited another hr. Nothing. Called multiple times and horrible service only to wait til 4:20pm to let us know they can’t even hook the computer up til Tuesday morning because the guy is gone for the day.
