I schedule rides for my employer and often have to make last minute requests and multiple changes to itineraries and they have always been very understanding and done their best to accomodate any changes. I have been extremely happy with their communication and responsiveness whenever I have contacted them.
allison bonnot: I used St. Louis Car Service this week for the first time for airport drop off and pick up. My driver, Malcom, was incredibly professional and had great attention to detail. He was early for both trips, patiently waited for my bags, and made sure I got in safely and had all my belongings. Would absolutely recommend this service and will be using again!(also worth noting, just bc of the previous review, i am fully vaccinated and both myself and my driver wore masks on our trip; no one questioned my vaccination status at any time)

Linda M: I highly recommend Apex Transportation. I went to St. Louis for a conference, and Arsen Babayan picked me up from the airport and he waited for me at the baggage claim. He’s very professional, communicates well, came early, and is a safe driver. Most reliable transportation service I have ever had! I will definitely be going with Apex Transportation again if I ever need to go back to St. Louis.

Called Apex from airport before I took off and had a confirmed ride home that met me in baggage claim to help with my bags and a short walk to vehicle. Jody Randall: This review is long overdue. Apex, and specifically Arsen was our best option for an early morning transport to the airport in January and again on our return flight to the US. Worth every penny to have Arsen pick us up exactly on time and quickly get us to the airport. When we returned to the US, Arsen was there greeting us and helping us collect luggage efficiently and on our way back home quickly.We have a neighborhood group that I told about our Apex Transport services as well and so our neighbors are using them this week for their trip as well. We need to use Apex again next week for another trip and look forward to seeing Arsen again.
