Jay Ro: They’ve not shown up now for two rides one of which was a doctor appointment. when i first they confirmed the ride, as time got closer I called they tell me the driver is on their way, call again when appointment was just about passed and get told the system was down give them 45 mins. The worst company I’ve dealt with in a long time.

I got there at 11:05 , and then my son had a appointment at 12:30 PM and didnt get there until 1...almost didnt get seen for either appointments.We were done at 2 and they didnt show up until almost 3....horrible customer service as well. Felt like it was games being played.

Owner was combative when we discussed lack of customer service on part of driver as well as the unsafe condition of the transport vehicle. Will definitely call Insurance company to voice complaint and will not use this service again

Penny Jarmon: The pickup trip was fine but no one ever returned to pick me up and take me to my next destination. I require use of wheelchair. Because transpy never showed up I had to reschedule my appointment at next destination and was informed by my doctor office that it was a missed appointment which would count as a no show. If I am charged for that appointment I feel La Joy transportation should pay the bill. I will not use this service again because it is important I make it to my appointments in a ty manner.

Short walk from Metrolink👍(8th and Pine) Didn't see elevator. I was told there is one, but not reliable. The Metrolink area is underground. It is dark. I felt uncomfortable and creepy and there was no security.Hard to find. It is in the Arcade Building (apartments above, behind the Metro Store (8th). Start from the corner at Metro Store, walk down Pine. There will be doors on your right (a single door, revolving door, single door) with signs telling you to go everywhere else. Look inside, towards the right. If you don't see anyone knock. They came right away for me. If they don't come, I would call.They had me sit in the mall area, while they handled my paperwork (I was renewing my ID). Odd. It seemed like they had a very tiny office (as opposed to the very large place they had on DeBalivere by Forest Park Metrolink). They handled things in a timely manner. Again, very helpful and polite. Then, I was told to go outside, down the corner, to the Metro Store where they actually made my ID. That was so odd.It wasn't very big. There were a few shirts hanging-- is that what they sell there? I didn't see anything else. Again, I was treated very well. The woman there took my picture, made my ID and I was good to go.⭐for weird set up that is hard to find.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐for hiring great employees that TCB.

But, ANTWANE made sure i got into the office, and checked in. The driver Antoine made this less stressful. I was anxious. He calmed me down. Told me to relax, and he was very professional. While I cannot speak towards price, the service provided today by Michael was superb.

My mother is not able to transfer out of her wheelchair, so being able to be rolled into the van makes a trip much easier on her.The drivers are personable and professional. They will personally come to the door and push the wheelchair to and from the van.I really don’t have a comparison for pricing but it seems fairly expensive.

It is actually difficult to obtain transportation home from medical procedures, and I've tried other transport services before with dubious results so I'm so glad to have found Summit! This is the only transport service I will use going forward. A+!

She wound up being our driver and when our plane was significantly delayed she contacted the rehab center for us and picked up a sandwich when she learned they could not provide dinner!

Joan Duncan: This place is awesome ! They really care about their travelers. Very gentle and compassionate with the older patients making sure they are secure but nothing is to tight or hurts. Love the extra safety straps, very secure!Christa is the only one I have worked with but she is so accommodating and flexible. She goes way out of her way to help and make sure everything is perfect !!!! I will defiantly use them going forward. Awesome service and super dedicated owners.
