Tool Service Center: what do users think?
Dave Rodriguez: I dropped off a dewalt battery powered nailer for service and 4 months later it’s still there and never got a call about it . And they never answer there phone . Don’t waste your time find another place.
Patrick Marsden: I went to drop off my tool for repair today at 3:15p and the doors were locked and lights off. I’m guessing they have winter hours but all the signage says 4pm.
Derek Fuqua: Will not answer the phone nomatter how many times you call. Gave up and found a new repair center that answered on the second ring.
Mathew Kraft: We have been using them for all of our Porter Cable tool repair since the local service center closed. Great work, reasonable rates.
lonwells1: I had the same problem as Ken. after reading other reviews I don't think I will take my business there
Ken: lol........ they don't even answer their phones and the circular answering system they use hangs up on you.... lovely way to do business
cindy Kornberger: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY SON OF OWNERS IS RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS IN AN ADVERSE MANNER. THEY DISASSEMBLED OUR AIR COMPRESSOR PARTS EVERYWHERE DONT EVEN KNOW IF WERE MISSING ANY PARTS HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY!!!!
Carl Barber: Great tool repair place
Doug Heitland: They repaired a pneumatic brad nailer for me. Don't be in a hurry, but when I got it back it worked fine.
Jo Brown: What a complete joke! Ordered a simple switch, 3 weeks with no returned phone calls. Parts Department consisting apparently 1 person who is never actually in could care less. Don't waste your time with this place. Should be zero stars!
S Kenney: I've never been to this store before but the first time was definitely a good experience. The person I assumed was the manager was very helpful and his assistant was also can't say enough good things about this place even though ultimately I didn't buy anything I know in the future if I'm in need of tool repair or parts I will be coming back I would definitely recommend this business if you need their service
JP Johnston: If you're looking for good service from an honest business, look no further. My husband and I have been using them for years and have ALWAYS had quality service.
William Copeland: Do not take you tools there if you want to see them aging keep telling you wating on parts mine have been there 9 weeks going to get today still not fixed
Ralph Hornbeck: Take your tools here if you dont want to see them again. You will be told too costly to fix your tool hoping you will leave it for them to keep.terrible.
Dave Reale: Great and honest service. Can fix just about anything. Friendly staff, very helpful. Love it.
Harry Howell: My Hitachi clipped head framing nailer wasn't working. TSC replaced the o ring seal and now it works fine. Total charge $19.00. No complaints.

ELJAY LAWN PRODUCTS: what do users think?
Joe Messina: Knowledgeable staff and good pricing on well stocked parts for your mowers. A bit pricey on new mowers and other machinery, but they're selling some of the best stuff on the market and that is usually a little more expensive.
Ms. C: I think about this place every yr when it's time to have my mower sharpen. I use to take my mower there for service and every yr after my mower would break down. After the 3rd time, I decided to take my mower to a shop closer. The service guy at the new shop told me my filter was missing. ElJay took my old filter out but didn't replace it with a new one. Everytime I went in the guy would tell me that I needed a new filter. I would pay the fee and the next year my mower would stall or cut off after several mowing. I would take my mower back and the guy would tell me again that I needed filter. After the 3rd year I said enough. I was paying for a filter every yr but ElJay was not putting a filter in. My mower haven't broken down since I stopped taking them to ElJay.
John Vandersall: I've always had great luck here. Service is very knowledgable and they have kept up my 25+ year old echo trimmers and blowers going strong.
marilyn Hosier: A great family ran business where they go that extra mile, highly recommended.
playmoney: Totally a rip off stay far away!!!!!! No one’s out to make a honest living anymore
John Johnson: Horrible! Do not take your Equipment here if you want to keep it running. Poor customer service, unprofessional, rude, money grab!
Bryant E: Do not go here! Read the reviews. Not professional, nor courteous. Took my mower here w little to any issues, havent had it for more than 3 days at a time before I have to return for failed repairs. I could go on and on but I do not recommend them.
Bryant Williams: Against my better judgement, I bought my mower here for service at the advisement of my business partner. I requested routine maintenance…an oil change, blades sharpened, a wheel repair, and to fix a minor oil leak. Each time I received my mower back, it continued to leak oil. After 2 failed attempts to repair the leak, the mower then failed to start all together. Upon returning for the 4th time, they proceeded to tell me that the motor was failing due to low oil. I advised the service technician to check the service records as they had just changed the oil and repaired it 3 different times for the same leak. He then proceeded to tell me that I should be checking the oil on my mower before each lawn dismissing the fact that they never fixed the oil leaks (and probably never changed the oil), and that it was a “coincidence” that the mower failed after several by attempts by them to repair. To my great disappointment, the service technician became very rude, unprofessional, and essentially walked away mid conversation. I called to speak with the owner or a manager and they never answered the phone (after 9 attempts). Prior to this shop, we always patronized Milbrandt for our maintenance and repairs. Unfortunately, they are shut down thus how we ended up here. I would NOT recommend taking your equipment here for repair. Our company has not had both of our mowers at the same time all season because they have failed to successfully repair either one of them and we have to keep returning them. At this point I will just have to cut my losses. Please please do not take your lawn care equipment here for repairs as I highly question the skill and integrity of the mechanics they employ. Additionally, they don’t seem at all customer focused. I would highly recommend Art’s Or Harvester Small Engine Repair for your lawn care equipment maintenance and repair. As for myself, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and taking them to small claims court.
Tim Burt: Great repair service, very reasonable prices. Fast, too!
Jay Sanders: Very knowledgeable and informative and helpful but, also, courteous.
Sandra Miller: The selection they have is limited but the service was nice. We called before we came as we were far out, but they weren't specific about what they had in stock. Probably a nice place but just didn't have we needed at the time. We were looking for a zero turn lawnmower for residential use and they had two that were huge and wouldn't fit our needs.
Rich Shamel: Great inventory. Fast dependable service. Fixed right the first time!!
Keith Ivy: These are white people who own a business in a part of town where the people are predominantly black and these people are very very racist. Any positive reviews on this dump are fake! I took my riding mower to them only to have the carburetor cleaned or replaced and these people changed me $500!!!!!!!! I only paid 300 for the mower! I can get a whole car engine replaced for that much money! When I complained about them ripping me off they were very condescending and very rude! They do not hide their hatred. They do not appreciate us or our business. I am in the process of suing them now. I don’t want them scamming anymore people and I can only imagine how they treat our elderly! Please find someone else to serve your lawnmower and lawn care needs even if you have to go to another part of town! A carburetor for my mower only has 5 screws and takes maybe 15 minutes tops to replace! These people are racist and they are ripping off the African American community please shop elsewhere! If they treated people in the store the way they do in these comments, they would have no issues.
Dan Venegoni: I needed a tune up kit for my 12.5hp Kawasaki walk behind mower. They had everything I needed and were very helpful. They have a nice showroom and plenty of stock. I will be back.
Diane Gottlieb: I always have a great experience and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They will continue to have my business. Highly recommend!
Angry Ant: I have to be honest here. Their parts are extremely high compared to other business's in this similar field. With that said, I don't see how their still in business in that part of town. They had general knowledge about the parts but not about all of it's uses. I ask questions (playing dumb) about certain parts knowing the answer and he just says... "I don't know." That's really dismissive. Not only that. You're turning money away. If you don't know, find out and make that sale. The internet exist for a reason. If your buying lawn mowers though, it's a good place.
Emmantha Mitchell: So I went into Eljay lawn place, because my line on my lawn mower was broken somewhat and he fixed it and I was like this all I had to do? I start to laugh. Smh I cut my own grass so I try to keep my lawn mower together if anything goes wrong with it. But thank you so much!!!
J ESPINOZA: Quick and friendly!
Mxx Kxx: Love the service, great, friendly and respectful...
Mind Knot: Very nice people and great service. A bit of a drive for me but worth it because the Stihl dealer closer to me is pretty shady.
Donna Joslyn: Scott was really nice and extremely helpful in fixing our power assist issue on a new lawn mower. Our go to repair shop from now on!!
