K Libra: Terrible embroidery. Look at the word “nurse” on both lines, the “s” is separated from the word. It looks worse in person. No one said anything to me about it being messed up. I guess they thought I wouldn’t notice it. This lab coat cost me $200 and now the embroidery is messed up. Very unhappy! 😞😞
rf watt: Super helpful and easy to work with. They just get it, and obviously care about doing a good job. I had a special order and they made it happen, were patient with my questions, and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Warriors on the Water: After working with them for almost 8 years ,once new management took over quality control, turn around time, and customer service all went out the window as they would send out orders late or incorrect without fixing their mistakes. Not going to waste time working with someone who can't answer the phone or take accountability for their mistakes.

Amanda Park: I have sent several orders to St Louis contract embroidery and have always recommended them, but I will not use them again. I sent my order with details of what should be completed. They admit they made a mistake with my order and said "That's the risk you take" I asked - "So, you don't make it right when you mess up and order?" and was told "No, we don't." I will not do business with a company that does not make good on an order when they know they have messed the order up.

jeremy roberts: Jackman’s celebrated their 120 year anniversary this weekend and did an amazing job. Free shirts to kick it off, deep discounts across the store, book signing and ruler demo stations. They have everything you need to support and inspire a sewist. My wife and I spoke with many staff members. They were knowledgeable and very friendly. What a pleasure!!!
