Tamala Norfus: This is day 13 and my order has not been processed or shipped. I called last week and was asked by a young man if my order was placed at the Boule!?!? Boule is a AKA event and I am a Delta.!?!? Then I was told my order would be shipped this week. Called back today and was once again asked by the same young man if my order was placed at the Boule!?!? Once I finally got that straight AGAIN, I was put and left on hold. I hung up and called back, and was told I had to email the owner. No matter what I said I was told to email the owner. I asked to speak to the lady that answered the phone and was finally able to talk to someone that seemed to care. The lady told me that she was processing my order as soon as we hung up and that she would get it in the mail today.Let's Pray I get my order by the end of the week!The young man needs to be schooled on making assumptions. I don't want to be a AKA just like a AKA doesn't want to be a Delta.What A Slap In The Face!!!This is not my first order with this company. My first order was exceptional although it took rather long too. The first time I called about that order, the SAME YOUNG MAN said my order had been shipped. I called back a few days later and talked to the same lady that told me it had not been shipped!?!?! I'm Done

I called two more times and the man whose answered the phone couldn’t answer my questions and there “wasn’t anyone around who could.” They told me to email my logo for a quote and I was given the wrong email and when I emailed the correct one, I never received a response. I picked up my non-embroidered shirts and went somewhere else. Would not recommend
