Kris Johnson: An amazing local business that provides quality, thoughtfully sourced tea! Katerie and Bill are very knowledgeable if you have any questions and even during the pandemic, they have looked for ways to accommodate customers, while still acknowledging their own needs and the needs of the environment (being aware of waste, sustainability, etc.). I'm a semi-daily tea drinker and have been getting tea here for years and have never had a bad experience (with shopping there or the tea). Also doesn't hurt that Strange Donuts is next door too 😁

David Jacobs: The many reviews about the lady at the front counter are accurate. Rudest service on Delmar. I used to laugh about it since it's like an episode of Seinfeld. But today I noticed that I was overcharged. I tried to say something and she shrugged me off. I told the other worker and found out that the prices on their menu are "way out of date." Their menu and prices are electronic on a screen, so easy to change. They update items often. But apparently they can't update the posted prices, even though they updated them in their own system for charging customers. They are knowingly charging more than posted prices. Is that even legal?!Other milk tea and bubble tea places as good or better are within walking distance, and they are much more eager for your business and worthy of your support.

Joie Morrow: I've been making weekly stops at this little gem since December, and it never gets old! The staff are helpful and friendly, the drinks are always amazing, and new options are available often to keep things fresh. One time my sibling-in-law's drink didn't taste right and they remade it right away for free!
Dani O: I have been getting drinks from this place frequently since October of last year. I have the app and I would do a reorder each time of the same thing. Today I went out of my way to pick up drinks that I ordered a notice that the one I've always ordered didn't have boba in it. I went back inside and asked the lady about it and she says I didn't order any boba. I was trying to show her on my phone that I did order it with boba it was a reorder it's the same thing I've always gotten for months and she was extremely rude to me. She was So rude and refused to make the drink that I paid for and tried to embarrass me in front of other customers. I do not believe in that type of treatment for loyal customers at all, shame on them and I will not be going there anymore and I've deleted their app.

Tony D'vec: Coming from a spoiled Californian who knows what good Boba taste like, I can say that this place does NOT make quality Boba. The quality is cheap and the drinks are of low quality as they are more sugary than flavorful. Unfortunately, their smoothies suffer the same fate as the Boba drinks, more sugar and less flavor. But the redeeming trait of this place is the quantity for the price. Overall, if you are an avid Boba drinker, you more than likely won't enjoy this place, but if you are new to the experience of Boba and like sugary drinks this might be your spot. But as for me, I'll keep searching for quality Boba in the Midwest.
Maggie: The cashier was really nice and even repeated the order back to me to make sure it was correct. The boba tea was delicious and you can even mix flavors if you want! There was a bit of a line so be prepared to wait a few minutes before ordering since it's usually quite busy since it is in a mall. Would definitely go again!
Jen Jaynes: Distinctly less good than I remember pre-pandemic. The workers were nice, but the boba are very mushy and stuck together, repeatedly clogging the straw. The watermelon smoothie was definitely from a mix rather than fresh fruit.
Kuristan Mays: Just recently went here and got the worst bubble tea ever. It was lukewarm, the tapioca boba was disgusting, and it had no flavor. We went to express our dislike and was dismissed by the lady there and told we wouldn’t receive a refund or anything. WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND!

John Fernau: Got there just before close. Ordered 2 drinks and a scoop of ice cream for our daughter. When we got the drinks, they were not what we ordered. I told the girl who helped make them. She told the man at the register that she had heard me order and he had rung up the wrong drinks. He told me that the drinks are good, just take them. My wife tasted hers and didn't like it. I told the girl that my wife didn't like hers, so we wouldn't be taking them. What we wanted is what we ordered, but the man at the register loudly announced that they were closed, put cash on the counter, grabbed the drinks and threw them in the trash. Turned out he only gave us a partial refund for the drinks. Never going back there again.
