Dylan Shapiro: Poorly maintained building. Paint flaking everywhere, scratches on walls. Tables and chairs all show heavy wear. Dirty ‘curtains’ between staff and customers. All flavorings are syrup, no fresh fruit. Took chicken noodle soup to go, took a few bites and it honestly wasn’t worth eating and I am not a wasteful person. The tea tasted good, but I have tea and milk at home.

Tony D'vec: Coming from a spoiled Californian who knows what good Boba taste like, I can say that this place does NOT make quality Boba. The quality is cheap and the drinks are of low quality as they are more sugary than flavorful. Unfortunately, their smoothies suffer the same fate as the Boba drinks, more sugar and less flavor. But the redeeming trait of this place is the quantity for the price. Overall, if you are an avid Boba drinker, you more than likely won't enjoy this place, but if you are new to the experience of Boba and like sugary drinks this might be your spot. But as for me, I'll keep searching for quality Boba in the Midwest.
Maggie: The cashier was really nice and even repeated the order back to me to make sure it was correct. The boba tea was delicious and you can even mix flavors if you want! There was a bit of a line so be prepared to wait a few minutes before ordering since it's usually quite busy since it is in a mall. Would definitely go again!
Jen Jaynes: Distinctly less good than I remember pre-pandemic. The workers were nice, but the boba are very mushy and stuck together, repeatedly clogging the straw. The watermelon smoothie was definitely from a mix rather than fresh fruit.
Kuristan Mays: Just recently went here and got the worst bubble tea ever. It was lukewarm, the tapioca boba was disgusting, and it had no flavor. We went to express our dislike and was dismissed by the lady there and told we wouldn’t receive a refund or anything. WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND!
Sara: Made the drink wrong so they added a bunch of water and ice to “fix it”. It was disgusting. This was after making it wrong a first time. They were mixing up everyone’s orders and I noticed others were having to go back up there too. They had 4 workers which should be plenty.
Malik Garner: Only get the drinks when the owner Is making them. The young girls are nice but will add more water, ice or tea when they notice they didn’t make the drink right. They do this so they don’t have to remake the drink but drinks be watered down.

John Fernau: Got there just before close. Ordered 2 drinks and a scoop of ice cream for our daughter. When we got the drinks, they were not what we ordered. I told the girl who helped make them. She told the man at the register that she had heard me order and he had rung up the wrong drinks. He told me that the drinks are good, just take them. My wife tasted hers and didn't like it. I told the girl that my wife didn't like hers, so we wouldn't be taking them. What we wanted is what we ordered, but the man at the register loudly announced that they were closed, put cash on the counter, grabbed the drinks and threw them in the trash. Turned out he only gave us a partial refund for the drinks. Never going back there again.

We ordered food as well, and I drank the whole tea in the minutes we waited.There is a kitchen in the back, and the wiwxasfe got some great spring rolls. We got a lovely, tasty bento box, and I noticed a *pineapple* rice I had to try. It was quite sweet, and though I liked it and ate most of that the next day, it won't be for everyone.

David Jacobs: The many reviews about the lady at the front counter are accurate. Rudest service on Delmar. I used to laugh about it since it's like an episode of Seinfeld. But today I noticed that I was overcharged. I tried to say something and she shrugged me off. I told the other worker and found out that the prices on their menu are "way out of date." Their menu and prices are electronic on a screen, so easy to change. They update items often. But apparently they can't update the posted prices, even though they updated them in their own system for charging customers. They are knowingly charging more than posted prices. Is that even legal?!Other milk tea and bubble tea places as good or better are within walking distance, and they are much more eager for your business and worthy of your support.

Joie Morrow: I've been making weekly stops at this little gem since December, and it never gets old! The staff are helpful and friendly, the drinks are always amazing, and new options are available often to keep things fresh. One time my sibling-in-law's drink didn't taste right and they remade it right away for free!

Today I went out of my way to pick up drinks that I ordered a notice that the one I've always ordered didn't have boba in it. I went back inside and asked the lady about it and she says I didn't order any boba. I was trying to show her on my phone that I did order it with boba it was a reorder it's the same thing I've always gotten for months and she was extremely rude to me. She was So rude and refused to make the drink that I paid for and tried to embarrass me in front of other customers. I do not believe in that type of treatment for loyal customers at all, shame on them and I will not be going there anymore and I've deleted their app.

Lien Han: We’ve never had this bad experience till today. My father just came to grab us some milk tea. We have a reward card “buy 10 get 1 free” so he bought 1 boba tea and then get the other 1 for free with the reward card. The staff refused to give us the free one and told my father to pay for 2 instead and comeback the next day to grab one for free. It doesn’t even make sense because all the other times we came here with the reward card 10 times stamped, we only need to pay for 1 and got 1 free. Very disappointing!

The fact that I always have to call to make sure there’s boba so I don’t waste a trip is ridiculous. They close at 9pm! 3pm out of boba? 6pm out of boba? CRAZY! The new workers are seriously so lazy, I wish the old workers would come back.
Adnan Krdzalic: I've only had good experiences here, I feel like the 1 star reviews were a review bomb from one bad experience or misunderstanding. Anytime I had to cancel or reorder, I've received good help over the phone. One good occasion was a storm that happened and I had to cancel my order, but it was already paid through their system. They let me come in the day afterwards for a free drink. The people working at the store are goated and if you allow them to and you're a reasonable customer, they will go out of their way to assist you. I've came in to the store before closing and they got me my drink before. Depending on the toppings you add, the pricing for a single drink can go over $8, but if you keep it minimal you can still get a good drink for a decent price.

Even though I have arrived 30 minutes before the store's closing time, the barista has consistently turned me away by informing me that all the machines have been shut down and no further orders would be taken. Although I understand that the store stops taking orders at 8:45 pm and closes at 9 pm, there should still be ample time to prepare a couple of drinks. Despite the beverages being of great quality, I find the unpleasant attitude of the employees disappointing and it has hindered my enjoyment of visiting the store.

Facts Are stubborn things: I decided to try this place on a trip to olive supermarket after Chinese day. The staff refuse to take orders. They only allow order by the machine. If that’s not enough I ordered a papaya milk tea with half sugar. Guess what, it was the sweetest milk tea I have ever had. What good is it if you demand customer to order by machine and then don’t read instructions anyway?! I will take my business somewhere else.Edit: added photo of my order. Justin Jose: The drinks here are great and they make them at a reasonable pace. I have been doing mostly to go orders and it's pretty accurately 15 minutes from when you put in the order that it will be ready for you to pick up. The food was pretty mediocre but okay enough if you're starving. Definitely better food even just next door. The choices for boba are a little overwhelming but you can't go wrong with some Thai tea or vanilla chai.

I think you need more staff, the young man is very professional and can handle a lot of things by himself, but more people can help you guys a lot.
