They watched us at the counter forever and talked back in the kitchen until they finally decided to take our order. Kirby Frost: The sanitary is terrible there. The lady making tacos was carrying a bag of trash to a back room then came and took my order and touched the screen to order my meal with the SAME pair of gloves as she made my food then when i went to get a soda the fountain machine only had 2 options available and all the others said not available. I didn't want a diet soda so i asked her and she said if it says out its out. I asked for $ back then she said go get some from subway. What a poor way to be.

Patrice Perry: I'm a dasher 1st of all the dining room was closed had to go through the drive through. I texted my customer at 5:28pm on Sunday June 4, 2023 to let them know I had to go through the drive through and 6 cars in front of me. When I got to order I told them the person name to pick order, plus I ordered me 2 hard tacos. They didn't wrap my tacos right the filling was in the bottom of my bag. They told me to drive around they would bring it to me. I waited an waited called inside the store telling them about my order. The manger told them to make it. They said it was picked up. But it wasn't. They got the order wrong with person with same name. 15 minutes passed still know order call in the manger said she would fix it her self and bring it to me. 10 more minutes passed I got out the car went to the door so could see me. They brought me the order. No apology or anything thing. I waited a hour for this order. It's a good thing the customer only lived 5 minutes away from the store. She was in good spirits because I kelp her in form on what was going on. Why was the dining room close. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I ordered $35.35 worth of food of 4/16/23whem the dasher dropped it off pretty quickly I might add for what we ordered we noticed the bag was really small. The sodas weren't even the same size. Carnetra Galloway: I think this is the best taco bell in the city. I've never had a bad experience, dining in or the drive-thru. Customer service is quick and friendly and the food is always piping hot and fresh. This is one of the few locations that the dining area is open. And although they have the ordering kiosk, there is always someone willing to take your order in person. The lobby is clean and so are the restrooms. Overall it's get the job done as a decent fast food spot.

Robbie Speers: At least twice I’ve placed an order for inside pickup, the app claimed it was ready, then it wasn’t put out. I don’t mind delays except when it takes minutes for anyone to even acknowledge you and follow up on the order you’re waiting for. WiFi never seems to work. Bathroom has to be unlocked by workers and and you’re expected to know that without being told how it works.

Louis Day: I ordered by the Mobile App at 8:17am this morning. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:22am and was told the location was CLOSED. Normally I wouldn't be upset but this location needs to update their hours, and shouldn't be allowing Mobile Orders to be accepted until they are actually open. Their sign says Breakfast, but clearly that's not true. Which in turn is FALSE Advertisement. Which is actually against the law, because you are advertising something you do not offer. And the other issue I have is that by them not turning off mobile orders or updating the hours people have to cancel and their money is held several days after canceling the order 😡. This location needs better Management, and I will be sending this complaint to Corporate. Not happy at all!

Dennis Stelling: Could go on & on about this place. The only reason I even stop here sometimes is because it's on my way home from work. But I can't count the times our food has been tore up so bad or missing items. Not to mention I always get a ton of attitude & it's not like I order anything complicated. A big thing though is that a lot of times when it's getting dark they just say they're not taking orders right now without giving reason. This happens a lot.Last time, my wife ordered a Quesalupa & the woman just said that they were out of the quesalupa. We thought it was strange to say they're out of the whole item, not just a specific ingredient. She then tried to order a quesadilla. "We're out of quesadillas." A chalupa? Surprise! "We're out of chalupas." Just drove away. It was obvious to us that we weren't going to get anywhere here because they just didn't want to do anything.
Mallory Laura: There’s a guy working the drive thru that is always so friendly and happy and it’s honestly such a breath of fresh air in the industry! Such a cool guy! And the food there is always right and done well! The nacho fries are soooo seasoned and good compared to the other locations nearby! Honestly go here just for the friendly staff! Contacted corporate via website last night and have had no response yet. Finally found my receipt today and have completed the survey. Have requested my $$ back. We'll see. Buyer beware.

I was thrilled to see the "veggie mode." I had a Burrito Supreme (sub beans), a Cheesy Gordita Crunch (sub beans), and Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes. Incredibly tasty--their beans are delicious. Mostly quiet inside except two separate men shouting into their cell phones.
