Linda Smart: My kids and I love it here. They have high dives and a nice water slide for smaller children. The concession stand has reasonable prices also.
Eric Deichman: I enjoy this pool. I have 4 kids. After buying non resident passes at $7.00’s a piece the kids only cost $6.00 each and 7 dollars for adults for entry. The pool is huge. You can get a good low impact work out doing laps.They also have a high dive and low dive diving board; this is my favorite. There is plenty of room to teach younger kids how to swim and float and let the older kids get good dive time in. Pools without diving boards are lame (my opinion, LOL). I have found the staff to be nice and down to earth. The lifeguards do their job, but don’t treat you like your a prisoner out in the yard.This is a very nice family oriented environment. I give them 2 thumbs up. Thank you Heman Pool and University City for allowing us non residents to come to your pool. God bless everyone and Jesus loves you!😃

Kaity Oliver: Horrible experience. I went to the pool with 3 of my friends. We walked into the facility and were greeted with scowls from the employees. We were told that we were not permitted to enter if we didn’t have a recreational pass. Seeing as though we did not have our physical cards, we politely asked if they could look up our names, as this is what has been done in the past without any alterations. They allowed us to do so and 2 of us were allowed to enter, but remaining 2 were not due to occupancy issues. One of us paid $6 to enter into the facility after she was permitted to enter. Seeing as half of us were not allowed to enter, she asked for a refund. She was then spoken to in a nasty tone as the employee almost refused her a refund. After another employee proceeded to degrade of us for having an occupancy issue, there was a refund given. I have never had a worse experience with customer service and will not be returning.

joy turner: This is the best pool around. It's never crowded and the water is a comfortable temperature. The only trouble is when you have to sign up or deal with the front office over in the Commons building. Nobody ever knows the same information, they have poor communication with people who are at the front desk at the pool and it's just generally inefficient. They are nice but very inefficient.

D WALKER: The pool wasn't crowded but between 2:30pm and 3:30pm every day the pool is closed for a shift change. It opens at 12:00pm and closes at 6:00pm.

It wasn’t too busy. I wish they had a snack stand or something like that that would’ve been perfect. I felt safe because the guard checked all bags. Me and my kids had a good time and the best part about it…it’s Freee.

Mommy of Horn Twins: Google maps took me to the wrong side of park. But the pool was amazing. Huge and clean and not crowded and wait for it... COMPLETELY free. Wish they had a snack bar and lounge chairs but my visit was pretty dang awesome. Cant wait to bring the hubby and kids here. It was my first visit. Staff is nice and pool manager is always on hand. She was maintaining the pool my entire visit there. Did I mention this pool is huge.i do not know if you can bring pool toys I did not ask but that is a good question.

Scott Stamm: For a pool it's not too big and busy, but large enough to enjoy your time. There's an adult pool and children's pool, plus a lazy river where you can float around. They also have swimming lessons for children.
