Highway Patrol: what do users think?
Adnan Osman: Had an error on one of my forms and had to reschedule a month later. The guy behind the counter was completely disrespectful and i had to wait another hour to have my vehicle inspection. I dont mind waiting just dont treat me like dirt.
Shelby Roeder: I recently went here after I had some questions about my expired driver’s permit. The lady working was very rude in the way she answered me and seemed like she didn’t like her job. She looked down upon me and I felt very disrespected while asking questions. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but she surely shouldn’t have taken that out on me and put me in a bad mood!
Shay: I don't normally write reviews. I imported a car from Japan a year ago. When I went to renew the plates I found out the DMV never titled the car and it was plated in no man's land. They eventually sent me here to get it inspected(it didn't need this inspection because it went through very detailed customs inspections to get here!!!) Because of their own mistakes in properly titling it, they required me to get it inspected to make sure it's not stolen or salvaged. I was losing sleep over getting a right-hand drive car inspected by someone who most likely wouldn't respect it as they loaded it onto a lift. I'm younger in age and no one has taken me seriously in this process so far.Officer Green took care of my car and I without hesitation. He drove it as if he had driven it a hundred times before and even complimented how the car looked. After my horrible experiences at the DMV I never even imagined having such a smooth transaction. Finding someone in this line of work who treats you with respect right off the bat is rare nowadays. Thanks again Officer Green aka the OG for being so polite and respectful. It really went a long way and made my month.

East St. Louis Police Department: what do users think?
Yahre ELijah: Pathetic
LSN LSN: Brought concerns from community members and safety issues... Was told there was nothing they could do because they were limited on police representation: (So basically I was told that there are two police officers at night and one during the day that are available to assist a whole city. Those elected leaders need to be ashamed of themself from the mayor on down.Do you even care.
GHOST HETFS: Phone number doesnt work says extension mail box full what king of police station is this
Martin Navarro: Good attitude
Connie Johnson: Horrible attitudes. Treats everyone like a criminal. But as some wise women told me when your a liar u think everyone a liar. So that's self explanatory. There is no other place where u can have this many negative comments and someone doesn't try to rectify the situation unless its mandating black people.. Then no one cares..
Robert Marsh: How can you call the police dept, the receptionist, detectives, etc. and have a re ording that says "all message boxes are full" and cannot raise a single person at 11:38 am? Unbelievable!
Nikia Paulette: Detective Bonds was very rude to me and couldn't site a state statute for confiscating my property, couldn't take a formal report from me, couldn't take a message. I'm wondering why she's even there. No help at all. Deplorable service
Melanie Tyree: Answered the phone and I didnt even know if right number because they didnt answer pd. Made us call 911. Still no officer showed up..
Alanoud Alhamed: Lady over the phone was very rude and gave me false info. Very unprofessional.
JasmineShanay Moore: The rudest dispatchers I ever spoke to
Alondra Cornejo-Frias: Extremely rude through a phone call with a lady not professional at all. You would think calling the police department would be the solution, but instead this place made the situation worse.

Illinois State Police: what do users think?
Jeri Brooks: If I could rate this a company a ZERO, I would! Sergeant Ewing is THE ABSOLUTE RUDEST!! I moved here about 3 months ago, I purchased a vehicle on Tuesday on Wednesday the alternator went out and it quit on the highway. I called around to see where it was towed to and who towed it, and this guy was rude as ever!! He told me he was busy and he didn’t have time ; I understand you’re a “busy man” but your attitude and the way you talk to people has to change!! Not to mention , HE HUNG UP ON ME FOR ASKING QUESTIONS CONCERNING MY VEHICLE!! Horrible customer service, horrible attitude❗️❗️
Christa brace: Another driver swerved to miss a piece of tire in the road, overcorrected and came right in front of our motorhome totaling it. Thank God no one was injured. Just shook up.The officers that came to our rescue went above and beyond to help us. Even called the tow truck for us. Drove us to the rental car company. That you ,thank you , thank you !!!!!
rob whitford: No one is available to answer the office phone. No one has returned calls for 10 days so far. However, I know this is a difficult time and staffing appears to be short.
Lisa Ann Trumble: I broke down with a flat tire at a very dangerous part of 255 with my grandbabies in the car this afternoon and was not sure what to do. I didn't have to worry because state officer Bemis saved the day and changed my tire. Who knew they did that? Thank God for police officers that are kind, thoughtful and take the time to help. God bless you , Officer Bemis.
Bob Diserens: I work here, don't mess with the Law.
marlis haerr: We were on I55 on Christmas day and at the construction site near Homestead rest area we noticed a police car with flashing lights(not sure if occupied or not) - - what would normally would have become a congested area was instead very orderly and drivers merged safely the way they should - - - on our return trip home northbound we noticed the same thing - - - great idea and it worked very well and made the trip much safer and less stressful in that area - - - Thanks again
Alexz Brawley: I got pulled over for speeding. I was given a warning instead of a ticket, I know the officer was being very gracious because I definitely deserved a ticket. He was also easy to talk with which took away my anxiety about being pulled over! I'm proud that policemen like him are on the force in IL!!
Cleavie Lyerla-Figueroa: Outstaning level of professionalism and poise. I am most proud of our IL State Police in District 11 and how this team conducts themselves in uniform and on duty. Keep up the great work!

UMSL Police Department: what do users think?
Kelly: Only good police department I’ve interacted with. Thanks for jumping my car and not being violent when you crash parties
Here To Review: Someone stole my fiance's identity, opened up accounts using their name, and stole hundreds of dollars from her, if not more. The bank informed us to contact our local police department to file an identity theft report, when we tried, they informed us to seek assistance from the UMSL police department since we live on campus and only they can file a report for our area. The officer detailed that a crime did take place that fell under fraud and identity theft and that the UMSL police department is designed to help students in situations like this. The officer seemed acknowledged enough so we took his advice and headed to the UMSL police department. When we arrived we were given the typical, "Identity theft happens all the time, hell, it's happened to me!" story. Honestly, I understand it is a common occurrence, the fact of the matter is, it's happening to us right now and we are TERRIFIED. This man or woman out there has my fiance's identification, opened several cards in her name, and is somewhere walking free stealing people's identities! It's not like we come from money either, we are broke college students. The UMSL police department then had the audacity to claim that even if they wrote a "fancy report" it would only get lodged in the crevice of a filing cabinet. They also took the time to explain that what was happening to us, our hard earned money being taken away illegally, was not a crime! I had to dispute this one out because of the preposterous notion made by a POLICE OFFICER of all upright individuals. Then after disputing what the previous police officer informed us down town, they told us it's the banks job to deal with fraudulent crime. I never thought a respected police officer would claim such a stance. I was completely dumbfounded. They were not helpful in the slightest. I understand that the criminal was stealing our money and identity from another state and that that is out of their jurisdiction but we live in their jurisdiction. The least they could of done was call the police department in the city and state we gave them of the criminal. To sum it up, they seem friendly but are unwilling to help when you really need them the most. They will leave you scared and unknowing of what to do next.
Jin Zou (阿瑾): It locates near the metro station
Earl Bum: Most are helpful. But some, when you need assistance, will laugh in your face and say it's not their job to help students.
Adamm Hockman: Very friendly every time I've visited to get a parking pass. I'm not a student, however.

St. Louis Police Department North Patrol: what do users think?
Sadia Khalil: My car was vandalised with an attempted theft today at parking lot of super 8 by Wyndham in 6200 north broadway, saint Louis . I called three times to report at their emergency number . The first time the officer said we will send someone, then second time they will call be back and third time the officer said, do what you do but we can’t come. Nobody has called me since then and I have driven back to IL with a broken window. My family, specially the kid was terrified with all shattered glasses on car seat. Horrible experience, and very disappointed. I found another officer in a gas store who temporary put a plastic back on window but still didn’t file a report.
Jacob Wright: They dont know the laws and hate the constitution.
SticKyfInGAz95: Rude and insane officers That don't give a single care about anyone but themselves.
Ana Harder: Lady was really sweet fast at my questions and she had a very nice sounding smile.. thank you ma’am I’m sorry I forgot ur name, but I helped my heart rate go down about 100 beats a sec Ty
Emily Harwell: Called to ask a general question of whether someone in our zip code was 'at large' or if there was anything we needed to be concerned about after witnessing a HEAVY police/tactical unit presence near our clinic's building that morning... She literally goes "so you want what?" I had to explain to her my reason for calling FOUR times with long pauses as if she wasn't there before getting a response. Please stop scrolling instagram for five minutes, ma'am. Eventually she just said "I don't know about that stuff". I asked to speak to someone that did and she said "well we haven't heard anything from that area so no one will be helpful to talk to". Great. Super helpful.
Angela Berry: True Police
Margo Price: Very rude. I was looking for a police report and the man on the other end of the phone spoke so sarcastically " never have we ever done that" ; no direction. I'm quite sure the general public doesn't know that. I thought my were there to help "us". Inside I want to like them , thoe times like this I understand why people don't.
garad hassan: Amazing service. Dispatch so nice and assisting me 🙏
Karlie Pruitt: 0 stars the lady who answered the phone was so rude with everything i asked her and then hung up on me after my 3rd question the city is lazy and careless thats why crime rates are so high
Scott Whitehouse: The city had streets closed off, due to race event. Our hotel was right in the middle of this. We had Four buses, we needed to get out before the runners came thru. Police officers were very lazy about moving their cars and other equipment to make a opening. Very rude, and lazy
Chelle Williams: Someone stole my car parts that I know... They tell me it a civil matter and they can't help me... I despise these police officers. They are incredibly lazy. No wonder St. Louis has some of the highest crime rates in the country. Fire them all. And then hire true public servants who serve and protect.
Jarez Flutch: THANKS LIEUTENANT MARKS AND OFFICER NELSON! HELPED ME RECOVER MY STOLEN VEHICLE
Shawn P.: st louis policing is the worst in the country where these policemen take advantage of the community
crystal isaac: If i could give them 0 stars i would. I caught a flat tire and pulled into the police station because i thought it would be a safe place. About 15 minutes go by and two rude officers pulled up and told me to get off the lot now and i had to move my car. I told them politely that i had a flat tire and i was waiting on road side assiatance. He stated again that i had to get off the lot right that minutue. This is the worst experience ive had with any police officer! These people are pure evil and don't care at all about trying to keep people safe. I pay taxes to missouri and i cant even sit at a police station and change a tire. Pathetic
Lissa Flannery: Down right lazy. They Treat the City of St. Louis with Negligence and Carelessness. The Entire Force Needs Revamped.
John Crossler: Called to report finding a bag of bullets hidden in my brick work in front of my house. I was given a line to a detective who informed me I should dial 1800callhonkie. What a racisist ass. I reported him but got no satisfaction.
Digby Dooright: I thought this department was very responsible to my fraud claim and did a good job at handling my case.
Alecia Armstead: If I could give them a negative review I would. I called after 400 dollars was stolen from me in the area and the officer treated me like I was nothing more than an inconvenience and would do nothing. Cops like the ones at this station are what gives the good ones a bad name!!
Mia Powell: I asked to have some officers to patrol the area to keep down drug traffic and idiots drag racing up and down the streets I was told by Officer Dyson, " there is not enough officers to patrol the Mark Twain area because of a shortage of officers, and the officers in the area were to busy with more serious crime to respond to 911 calls about these annoying crimes that the bad actors would be gone by the time officers arrived." This is a sad excuse because South Patrol has a nice size war chest and a flotilla of officers to fight the war on crime on the Southside of St.Louis. Are we not as important?
CD: I had an officer Jones speak to me like I was scum. These people are supposed to be part of the community, civil servants, yet they treat people like crap. It's no wonder the community doesn't trust nor respect them.

Metropolitan Police Department - City of St. Louis: what do users think?
Kira Morgan: I waited two hours after calling twice about my passenger back window getting busted out and my ignition getting damaged. I had to call a third time for a lady to tell me that they're very busy and someone will call me over the phone to make a report.FOR THE ENTIRE POLICE DEPARTMENT: I'm not supporting you all, a complete disgrace. I watched multiple officers drive by my house..
Carol Handley: Windows were knocked out of cars by Soulard. Police came, didn't write a report but said tough luck.
Hayden GamingProdigy: Never thought I could be on hold while trying to contact the police…
Khadi Ja: Ya don’t do anything til somebody die.
HN: Need to do something about I-70 through the city. Incredibly dangerous to drive through this section of the highway. This morning had a guy go onto the shoulder at 100+ mph to pass people.
Kevin Lovgren: They dont care about the public! They wont identify ! BAD BAD BAD!
Eric Knopf: Glad I don't live in st louis.
Mason Shy: Defund this department, and re-educate all the officers inside of it. If you aren't going to provide your officers with resources to correctly identify the correct person and restrain them anyway, then you need to move your practices to China.I don't carry a weapon because of the crime in St. Louis. I carry a weapon solely because of the Metropolitan Police Depertment.
Clint Terhune: Seems that peoples civil rights don’t apply in the city limits of St.Louis
Rick Rool: Police you're the best people ever I love you bye
Davey Moore: Very delicious donuts. Go early to get them fresh. 1 star because the staff is very rude.
Rebel 420: Went in to get police report information and waited over ten minutes for someone to come to the desk...they are rude and disrespectful...on a high horse that they can easily be knocked off of...
Jacob Buckman: Got rear ended and call the police 45 min ago. Still sitting in traffic waiting... no show. Called twice.
Tati Arceneaux: I called and a man named "Chrong" "Chrome" , I'm sure he lied about his name after I asked. Anyways, I called and asked for information about reporting a domestic disturbance from out of state. I told him that I was on the phone and heard the door being broken and details if the assault. This man responded coldly, "Well maybe you should have asked the address before this happened". I am sickened by the lack of care these man portrayed in such a sensitive situation. Extremely unprofessional as were the choice words I gave him at the end of the call. Nonetheless, this man that answered to give information @ 108pm, did just the opposite.
Tiffany Denny: Reverse racism
Danny Mcmurray: It really helps me allot.... I freak out when I get lost smh lol
Michelle Walker: The Records department is so slow. They have several people working in the office but only 1super rude person at the window. They need to reevaluate their staff.
True One: Dumbass police guy patrolling riverfront runs stops sign because he wasn't paying attention then calls me idiot because he almost hit me. Think he needs driving training over
Jay E: I was calling in regard to a death and locating the loved one personal belongings. I originally spoke with this police department when the accident happen. So I thought that is who I suppose to call back. For them to be so rude and disrespectful when another human being is dealing with a situation like this is totally disgusting. I see if this was a first time type of thing but this same situation happen with my sister passing earlier this year. This is completely unacceptable. The police department need to re think who they are allowing to be a receptionist/answer calls. No one deserves to be treated poorly when dealing with a death of a love one. Something as simple as trying to get there belongings back should not be so heart breaking during a difficult time.
buck Buck: These guys are a joke. They can give out speeding tickets for no reason when in reality they are the ones who cut you off in traffic and fly past you and red lights when they arent even in pursuit.
MAR Pichardo: Muy buen servicio y rapido...

St Louis County Police Department: what do users think?
Steven Smith: They shot my dog in my yard and they were 2 houses away
Lizel Alvarado: Rude dispatch-was hung up on for calling multiple shootings with sound of cars racing down street and not being able to iID car- sure I’m gonna risk my life looking out window?!? Dispatch needs retraining- rude and Unprofessional! claim to have patrols in areas of nightly shootings but as resident who works a variety of shifts has seen police presence once in the neighborhood in 6 years parked to give tickets to those rolling through stop sign off Vale. Policing the area so well it happens during day and night at least 3-4 times a week. Coming from law enforcement family from a real city- Chicago- have nothing but respect for the job but encounters with dispatch and officers from this department seems like staffed by unprofessional clowns!
Carrie Schroeter: Very nice and helpful. Very professional and understanding from the dispatcher to the officers.
Eileen Dillon: I have had interactions with police officers in different districts. They have always been professionals. Except for one dude and he is no longer with the County. Hopefully, no one else will pick him up either. That's my story and I'm stickin to it.
David Spirz: Great officers
Lulia Hamdan: There’s a reason why people have little respect for the police these days. You’re job is to protect and serve. Not dismiss and treat civilians like trash.
Ali Khataleen: Not helpful at at all
nicole bell: Two police came to my parents house saying they need to speak with me. They didn’t leave a card or anything. They told my parents to have me call, when I called nobody could provide me with any information as to why they went to my parents house. The guy who answered the phone was very rude and wasn’t helpful at all.
Bonnie Ly: I walked in to file a report and no one even acknowledged me, but several officers were behind that glass window talking and having a jolly good time . So, after about 10 minutes of waiting I finally rung the bell as hard and long as I could while they were sitting and staring at me like I did something wrong. I mean I walked in for a reason not just to be stared at. A black guy with tattoos came to the side door and asked me “what do you need”? Lol not how can I help you? I told him that I needed to file a police report for fraud. He failed to listen to my story and told me that first I need my bank statements??????????????????? The PO that Is doing the investigation never asked for bank statements because I have other significant information that I had with me. The P.O. told me to come to this location just for the report so that it’s on file. Long story short people come to you for help and not to be dismissed. Just lazy and ignorant. You want people to trust and respect police officers but for what. All you guys do is ride around in your police cars harassing people and sit behind glass windows telling people that you can’t help them. Good luck world
Hiyello1 Gal: Today, I got yelled at because I moved my car out from behind an officer pushing a Dodge ran driven by a caucasian male. I being of agrican descent was accused of not being patient when that was not the case. I wish the officer would have just pulled me over so that I may have informed him that I simply pulled around to avoid them rolling into my car. I used to defend the police but I see more and more that these officers are rude and belligerent and have no respect for others. I apologize to this officer for goving the wrong impression, but had he not been so rude and tactless, he wouldve realized how ignorant he reacted. I will definately be making a complaint whether heard or not to the mayor/governor along with the dept . All I could see on his car SS18...he yelled so loudly that I heard him through music , heat and windows rolled up. Be safe out there people.
The jacky frost show: Very professional about any situation small or big
MightyX: Just a very helping hand to the county that you for protecting us even though at times the county seems ungrateful
Alone Always: Reporting anonymous may be dangerous. Oddly the county police does not look into it, yet the drug dealers know when you do it. Well, most black drug dealers call you snitch before anyway, yet they somehow really know without getting in trouble when you write county,
eric dixon: Visited the sub station today due to an accident that happened on the 14th of February. Spoke with an officer that handles inquiries at the window. Gave her the necessary information as was told to go to Clayton to obtain a copy of the accident report. Drove to Clayton and was told that it would take 10 days to generate a report. So, naturally I asked if the officer in North County could have given me this information and of course she could have. I am so frustrated right now!! I think its ridiculous that you have to wait 10 days for a report. Secondly , it was lazy and irresponsible for the first officers to send me all the way out to Clayton. Show some integrity and genuine concerns for the people!!! Shame on you lazy person. You just added yet another blemish on a lengthy list of negative perception the public have for the police department.... Good job!!
Don Zykan: Thank You for watching over us.Be well, be safe.
Joe Jones: Can never find out any info on loved ones status. Building full of attitudes an ego's. I was arrested by officer vineyard an had my life threatened numerous times as im sitting still calm in handcuffs over a traffic ticket, singular....

zac sapin: come here if you want your dogs beat and pepper sprayed by the police not even the tal/ban act like this you guys need to do better
Benjamin Santoyo: Proactive department that’s heading in the right direction.
Mister X: The hillsdale police had me arrested on phony charges and didn't listen to a word I had to say. They are such a corrupt department avoid this whole neighborhood like the plague.
Neno Bono (Niya Foster): They don't respond when you call. I've been calling for two days. How am I suppose to get my car if they won't tell me where it is? The dept needs to be dissolved.
Ken Eat: There is no Hillsdale Police Department Website this gives the tax payers of Hillsdale nothing to view when trying to get a vision of the make up of black to white officers to my knowledge there are no black officers on the department. This is unacceptable in a area that is 90 % black??????????????????
Amanda Stump: Listening to the phone ring for 20min now. I thought if I needed the police they would at least answer the phone.

St Louis County Police Department: what do users think?
Roger Wohldmann: I made a call for the police to check on the wellness of an elderly relative at 9:30 pm. The dispatcher was kind, polite and efficient. An officer was sent before I hung up the phone and arrived within minutes. Thank you all for your professionalism and quick response.
clinton schneider: So someone sleeping in their car gets run off, and yet the beggars sluffing off plle at union and Reavis and the highway exits with qt cups as they trash the restrooms r free to go. Fu
Wes Jones: Poorly trained, very unprofessional, a complete waste of tax money.
Paul B: Since moving to STL in 1995, I’ve always had good experiences with County Police. Tonight, Officer Jim Barry stopped to make a purchase from my 6 year old daughter who was selling her art at the curb. He was engaging and kind. My daughter, Cora, is so excited to tell everyone that a police officer stopped and purchased a piece of her art. She wants to call her mother—who is in Sweden at the moment—to share. Officer Barry need my daughters night. Thank you.In addition, he’s also the officer who put down our garage door one night we left it up. 😬Thank you again, Officer Barry.
Michael “S” Clark: This is one Fine Establishment, They Have Speedy Service and in st louis county if my friends get arrested i am always there with plenty of bond money right away!!!!! if prolly not tho lol
Snowoman04: Evidently my review was changed because I sincerely try never to take my God's name in vain. I was hurt horribly by the County police. And I truly believe women in STL deserve great respect. OMG is right. They shattered me, as I begged for assistance. I hope respect for women becomes stronger and carries weight.
Austin: Besides the fact every time I go for security renewals or anything there it’s one of the slowest experiences of my life as there are normally one or two people there. My main problem stems from how money hungry these people are. They’re never able to help you only take from you. The security office here feels sleazy.
John Seitz: Went to renew my conceled carry permit. In and out in 30 minutes. Great service.Thank you
Rebel Angel III% Young: No experience with your dept yet. I have a question. Are calls still being responded to per procedures and protocols before lockdown activated or has the dept changed them
jacob watson: Good call on not arresting patients that have a license and marijuana on them! Good job sticking up for the citizens!
Larayne Suermann: Called after accident and waited and hour before calling back where I was told I didn't call in the first place, after the second call had to wait 30 min for them to show up.
Ericman: Pulled up in front of my garage ask me for my own address after I told them what it was and still followed me down the road to my sister's house 3 cars later dont they have real work to do, and pulled me over call that entrapment if I don't see it
Exodus 2017: I had my property confiscated from the police while I was at school not only that but they took my machine and my phone when I needed them the most so for 2 weeks from ending my semester they made my life hell for my finals and my projects. Not only that but the detective in charge of my case was keeping in contact with me and for some reason she just stopped. she stopped answering my calls and my emails its been about 7 months since I have heard from her or anyone else about my case. so in the mean time I had to purchase a new computer and a new phone for school. I have yet to hear an update on my items. Very unsatisfied you scare me and then you ghost me holding onto my property in a vault ignoring my crys for help. There is plenty more i can go on about but it defeats the point, and they wonder why we don't trust them.
Dan W: Very helpful when we were in an accident.
Jason Feathers: It’s a wonder they ever get anything done?! Sitting at the records room with one girl working and she’s not even calling new people up. Been here 20 minutes and all she’s done is answer the phone! There are people here waiting lady!
Tyler: Sargents taking way too long to call someone. Can’t even do their jobs
paul: Professional place, nice and polite at the metal detector
Wade Huffman: This force has the "I have badge and I can do what I want" mentality. When you think and act like this you are no longer serving and protecting the citizens you are serving and protecting your ego. Get over yourselves and work to help and solve problems not create them.
Zaw “Z Man” Man: Have been having issues with harassment, the same police officers pulling me over for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I was not even the one driving. Asking me where I live, calling for back up etc. Let me remind you I have not committed any crime. Way to make a rep for your selves.
Jim Placht: Had one of your officers tailgate my wife and I for a good mile on our way to work this morning. Had our little baby in the car trying to sleep while your officer's lights shined down our necks. Good job, great social skills! Way to make the nieghborhood feel welcome and safe!
marty carr: I had two officers respond from the Affton Southwest precinct to an alarm event. Officers Bell and Nicoletti were very professional and friendly. Thanks for your response and service.
