Mark Deckard: Have been here twice to get documents apostilled. They have always been professional, courteous and friendly.
Ann Rushing: The new Missouri Business Filings website is terrible. You could not think of a worse way to design a website. It looks like it came from early 2000s. Before your current and pending filings were on the front page. Now you have to dig. The fact they made the change just before Annual Filling is due is just further proof of poor decision making. If you filed before the change and have to fix an error after. They cancel your previous filing and make you fill everything out again. Then pay the filing fee again.
Lucy X: Hate to say, the only Asian woman employee I saw, I don't know her name, I can only identify her by ethnicity. She was inpatient, unfriendly, and unhelpful. She does not understand as well as the other lady and did not put the same effort as the other to try to help. She is not performing her job as the other, she did not perform the supposed good service to the public.

Alice Taylor (Alice): The staff that works there and the Security, lady they are very helpful and they do a blessfull job customer service I give them 1000% wonderful team
Ulysses Smith: This place is full of incompetent people. I came in for a drive away permit and the lady literally said I needed the car registered in my name first. Like if you just think about that for two seconds that means I wouldn’t need the permit! People are really letting brainless individuals work in government facilities and have the nerve to argue with you. Thank god the manager at least fixed the situation but I would’ve wasted thousands of dollars depending on those idiots. 🤦🏽♂️
Tonia Townsend Maloney: This is the only DMV I go to anymore. Everyone that works there (including security) is friendly and helpful. Their procedures for getting people in and out are effective and they always strive to make things better. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area who needs the services of a DMV. It’s clean, efficient and a friendly atmosphere with wait times that are minimal.

Annette Jones: If there was a negative number that I could give that is what I would give this place. Definitely need to work on better customer service and informing people that the waits are one and a half to 2 hours possibly longer, I don't know at that point I left. I will never visit this facility again ever. I'll stick to Belleville.
MaryJ Wanna2: Not too màny cars there but was told at ten am I would not be àble to get in until after lunch. Wasn't àble to wait four hrs so couldn't go
M K: If I could give a negative score I would. Waited outside for over an hour to be seen. The clock hits 4:42, so I go in to make sure I can be seen the lady says she’s making call backs now. She calls me back within a minute and tells me I can’t be seen today. I spent almost 2 hours waiting just to get nothing accomplished. Definitely needs better and more empathetic workers.

Tina R: This place was great! The employee's were friendly and professional. I was told by the facility in Belleville that I needed an appointment to get waited on. The place had one person being helped and the other employees weren't doinganything. I was also told to go to the other facilities for same day service.... ridiculous!

Ko Boy: This place is HELL. All of the ladies in this office has attitudes all the time. NO matter the time or day you go in there its always tension in the air.
Mandy G: I went to this location at 4:40 pm on Tuesday 5/17 to register my car. The lady that sits at the door told me that I had to come back tomorrow. She said that they close the door at 5:15 pm. I looked at my watch and told her that it was 35 mins until. All she said was that I could go to the Granite City location. I asked her if they stop taking people 35 minutes before as well. She said, No. They close there doors at 5:30. I said that I don’t want to drive there and they close early too. The Granite City experience was awesome. They need to teach this location a few things. They close their doors at the appropriate time.
Joseph Watt: Went to the facility 3/26/22The lady worked in the lobby was very rude. And told me their are other facilities. She took my name and number and told me to wait in my car. I left and went to Granite city and got waited on and my phone still hasn't been called in East.st.louis. I will never go back to that facility.
Littlest-Lapin: Horrible horrible HORRIBLE. So sloooow. Been waiting for over 2 hours and they won't give an estimate as to how much longer you have to wait. But they I guess they have to maintain the reputation of DMV's being slow as slugs. Trashy location.
Tanisha Cook: Very Ghetto, staff very loud when trying to take any test on the computers that is sitting right at the door you are distracted by all the noise that the DMV worker and the security guard is making. Then when asked to close the door they act like they don’t hear you. Staff is low no one wants to work. I do not suggest you going there if you need to take any kind of driving test.
Scott Greig: Got there at 11:40a on Saturday at the East Stl office and was told they aren't taking anyone else for the day. There wasn't hardly anyone in there and could have easily been seen and been gone by noon. Only needed an ID and had all my documents. Ridiculous!!!!
