Joseph Coleman: If you have a lot of documents to get shredded this is the way to go. I used the drive up service which didn't require an appointment and starts at 4pm Monday through Friday. The cost was $65 cash per 96 gallon container including a partial container meaning if you don't fill it up you still pay. They don't take credit or debit cards so bring cash. 1000% worth it for the time saved alone. I would've spent up to an entire day and probably burned a couple of small shredders up with the amount I had so don't be like me lol. If you are overwhelmed with documents requiring shredding look no further.

Top priority was security and confidentiality, but we also needed scheduling flexibility and reasonable upfront pricing.SDD was the most confidence-inspiring of the ten or so local shredding companies I contacted. Good reputation, experienced with HIPAA compliance, responsive and easy to reach, prices were transparent and reasonable. They were willing to give me an exact price per banker's box (unlike the vague "estimates" we received from some other companies). Julie was the person who took care of logistics -- she made everything easy for us, plus she is a nice fun down-to-earth person, and it was a pleasure working with her.Everything was done right. David Pollard: I never seem to be available when the free local shredding services are happening. I am on vacation or just didn't know it was happening. You can take your personal documents to local businesses, like Staples and Office Depot, but they just dump them in a bin and who knows what happens between then and the time they hit the shredder. So neither of those options are ideal.SDD services my company and I had a brief chat with John, the owner and found out they do shredding at your home as well. I Called and scheduled with Julie, who was very professional. She priced out their minimum service call and got me on their schedule. The estimated between 10 and 12 on my appointment day and I got a call around 11:15 saying the truck was on it's way. John showed up, carted my boxes from the garage and they shredded everything right there on the curb in front of my house.I monitor my credit and I am hyper-vigilant with our family's personal security. There is a tremendous feeling of comfort knowing your personal information is destroyed and there is no way anyone can get to it. This was money well spent and I won't hesitate to use them again.Thanks John and Julie. You guys are the best.

The people are always so nice and helpful + they seem to actually enjoy being there (which can’t be said about all UPS Stores). I actually have another location closer to my home but I specifically utilize this one because of how friendly everyone is. And even though it’s street parking, I can always find a spot!

Dron: I went to this location yesterday for my Amazon return on a television. The two women that were working the register were rude and nasty. This is my first time doing a return on something like this, so I really didn't know the basis. Instead of them telling me AT FIRST that I needed to cancel the first pickup from home(I missed the pickup), they coldly told me that they can't do anything about my return. So me and my mother called Amazon. My mom was with me. They gave us the shipping bar code and everything was taken care of. The attitudes of these women were horrible. Although one lady did offer to help us but by that time Amazon picked up the phone and helped. Although this store is closer to my home, I would never do business with this location again.
