Tasha Appel: Extremely dangerous location. I got to witness a shooting at this gas station that consisted of eight shots. The individual/target of the shooting was not hit but everything in his direction was. Don’t go here unless you want to risk becoming collateral damage.
Thomas Christensen: This is one of the most unsafe areas in the entire city. If you need gas for I-70, stop elsewhere.

Julius Caluya: Really sketchy Shell gas station downtown. Beware of panhandlers and others that just hangout the gas station. More should be done for security of the people just buying gas.

Since Shell is not taking responsibility it is a blight on the community and it's employees.

Crystal Thomas: I ordered 3 plates from here and the fish and Superman Potato where good but the Chicken Philly was a waste I never have had any kind of Philly that was dry, and had yellow cheese. The Phillys I've had always come with some kind of white cheese and other ingredients that will make a good juicy sandwich. I wish I had took photos because it was horrible I almost choked when I tried to swallow without drinking something with it. I will never order a Chicken Philly from here again everything else was fine.
Shontay Davis: Cashiers obviously hate either their jobs or their customers...nasty attitudes.."hurry up and buy" kind of stank, (Menace to Society reference). Always a gannnnng of beggars near the front door. Weird crowd around their "games" in the back. Highly uncomfortable atmosphere. Food was OKAY at best. High priced and not very tasty. Will NOT be returning nor do I recommend

Corey J: A huge variety of food, clothing, household goods, in addition to fuel and some of the best cooked gas station food around... Try the onion rings! The owner and employees are real friendly and helpful! They also have some great deals on cell phones!!!

Marla Austin: They're clean and very mannerly so that's always a bonus! However the wait time when you order hot food can be a lot longer than they say. They really have to improve the efficiency of their kitchen, or hire a 3rd hand. So far they've never messed up any of my orders though. Word of advice, if they say 10 minutes it'll be more like 15 - 25 minutes on a busy day. But the food still tastes good.

Luh’ Sag: I will never buy another scratch off or lottery from here again scammers. I had to go back up there Sunday The 26th they or scanning them scratch off and putting the losers back I spent 100$ and he gave my 100$ back
Ian Edmiston: Can't turn off the sound from the stupid pump advertising. Also no paper towels at the pump. Would not recommend. Never coming back.
Yana Malysheva: Pump charged me for their most premium (and most expensive) gas even though I selected regular. There was no way to change it, it wasn't responding to any button presses. It just silently decided to sell me the most expensive kind, didn't really tell me about it, and I could only confirm that suspicion once it started pumping based on how much I was charging.
Donna Dynes: There is an older man that brought up racist remarks about a sign in their store that my daughter and friend was reading. I called him on it and had him stuttering. I would never go there and the worker had NO right saying this to anyone!! Very rude and tasteless.

Michael Palmer: Garbage. The cashiers loathe the customers. They hate money. Don't spend your money here they don't want it. $2 Arizona teas don't even make attempt to cover up $. 99 on can. Should be illegal. $3 king size candy bars. If you got lotto tickets, God forbid you want to play lotto, get ready for the already subpar customer service to really go south. I'd rather run out of gas than go here anymore. They're more friendly to the people buying glass roses than anyone with a lotto playslip.

For example the other day I had went to go purchase a new Juel vaping device and they attempted to charge me $43 dollars which is a total joke considering I went to QT instead after I was given that ridiculous total and bought the same exact device in question for $5 can you see the problem there? They over charge for everything here, I don't recommend spending your hard earned money here.

He is very rude to others and acts like he doesn't want to be there in the first place. The owner needs to do a better job at hiring people who really wanna work. Jamie Sivels: This Shell station has poor customer service. First of all, the man didn't ask if I had a rewards card. Any other Shell's station I've been in that's the first thing I'm asked. So, as I remind him can I use my rewards he makes a deep sigh....then I see I have $0.12 off a gallon I decide to increase my amount for gas..oh why did I do that. That must be tedious process, because as he did that he conveniently didn't include my rewards; therefore, I paid full amount for gas. Yeah...I thought that was the slogan for Shell... where members never pay full amount....Jokes on the customer here
