Tamara: The pumps outside this Mobil NEVER work for my rewards card nor credit cards. I am a rewards member and swipe at the pump and the pumps literally do not read my cards. I've gone to at least 5 different pumps on a visit and this has happened multiple times. It's absolutely inconvenient and ridiculous. They need to invest in new card readers at the pumps. It's bad enough this store is in the middle of the hood and then the pumps won't work?! I don't have this issue at any other Mobil in St. Louis! Get it together!

PRINCE OF ATHLONE: It's always crowded, rude employees, always action and transactions being made on the lot, and they close their inside early. Stop here only if it's an emergency for gas! Not to mention product pricing is sky high! I recommend Love's trucks 🚚 stop...

Albert Jamalz: I’m not naming any names. But your staff (not all but most) has the absolute worst customer service skills I’ve ever experienced. I have been going to this gas station since the day it opened. The actual nerve and tone you can use with strangers and the unnecessary attitude is atrocious. I’ve worked in the service industry for 30 years. If I had anyone do an ounce of the stuff done here from staff I would have fired them before they could finish a sentence. It’s embarrassing.
Mike Ryan: There is a worker there I believe named Mike? (middle aged man with a pony tail and glasses). I just wanted to say how much I appreciate his professionalism and courtesy today. A woman tried to buy multiple rounds of lottery tickets and he told her she would need to go to the back of the line so he could serve other customers. She then became belligerent and started complaining about it. Another woman, totally unassociated with the situation piped up and gave her completely unnecessary and unsolicited opinion - which no one cared about or asked for and became even more belligerent. An absolute piece of human trash. Mike handled himself extremely well and went on serving the other 6 people in line behind her and basically ignored the situation. I know I appreciated Mike taking the time to serve me, rather than feed the gambling addiction of someone else and I'm sure the other 6 people in line behind me appreciated it to.

Alonia Gaylor: I go to this mobile everyday all day and just had the worst experience from a girl named Catrina she was just as rude as she wanted to be. I don't see the Catrina girl much because staff change so much but she's low key rude every time to me and I've told other workers now they saw it for themselves but today was the day when she threw my stuff back at me like I was wrong. Another worker had to come help me and got it right. I get along with all the works. I had to say something about this particular girl today cuz she was just too rude and it got out of hand. She even tried to put me out but she knew she was wrong and couldn't. I was born and raised in Webster Groves. I spend good money in this store every day and don't deserve to be treated bad at all. Im one of the friendliest people that come in this store all the workers say I make their day. Please get your workers in order. Another thing I'm over the night girl always closing the store at around 11p every night she works I believe her name is brandy and this a 24 hour store. It's not many gas stations around and I like to stop there after work but when she works she close the store. Thanks

J: This place used to be great but lately it's very hit and miss.The hot food in the morning is rarely ready or available. It used to be everyday at 7 am but most of the time lately it's 9:30 am or later before they get anything out.The front walkway is disgusting, it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. There has been a literal branch laying on the walkway for the last 2 days.
