Micaela Letizia: Took a huge box of VHS & mini type-C tapes up to Matt at Memvio. There were some from the late 80's/early 90's & I didn't hold out much hope, but I WAS WRONG! 😁 Matt did a great job & quickly. One tape had the audio out of sync from the picture & he took it back and fixed it. No problem! I highly recommend Matt & Memvio. Get those old tapes off the shelf & put them in a format so you can watch them. The hubby, kids and I are having a blast watching stuff we totally forgot about!
Kelsi M: Just received our daughters first scrapbook from Memvio and we are thrilled with how it turned out! It was so fun to sit down as a family and see the amazing pages for the first time. My girls loved pointing out family in their pictures and laughed and smiled the entire time. It was so fun to hear my children talk about the memories they made and hear how they remember them while looking at our scrapbook. The pages are all so unique and the handcrafted detail is like nothing I’ve ever seen or could have done myself. I secretly told our neighbors that I crafted the book myself. A. Blomenkamp: I would recommend Memvio to anyone wanting to convert "old" technologies to digital storage. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he will take the necessary time to answer any questions you may have so the results will be completely satisfactory. He converted 6 Hi-8 videos tapes for our family, and we couldn't be happier with the results. I will be converting more tapes very soon, and feel their prices are very competitive. Don't mail or "send off" your valuable memories and chance loosing them, maintain "peace of mind" and drop them off to Matt at Memvio. You'll be happy you did!!

Christie: This past summer (2019) I came across a 30 year old cassette tape of a guitar group I sang with. In the last year I experienced vocal cord paralysis and can no longer sing (speaking is even a challenge). Memvio put this old cassette music onto CD's for me, and I shared copies with other members of our former group. It was a gift and a blessing to hear that music again. Additionally, they copied our wedding video from VCR tape to DVD. I am so grateful to have found Memvio. Terrific work, Terrific folks!

Janie Comerio: Samantha is an unprofessional manager. I ordered 2 yards of fabric on line, paid, received my receipt on Email and she couldn't figure out how to do the return. I was waiting for a simple transaction and was in the store for a good twenty five minutes. She was impolite and caused me a lot of time for what should have been a simple transaction. I did everything I was supposed to do. I even had to call this store while I was waiting inside the store at the fabric department for an employee to come and assist me as no one was nearby or in the department to measure my fabric for the return. Just sad on so many levels.

I’m not trying to tell you what your operating hours should be, I’m just saying be open when you say you’re gunna be open.
Patsy Barnett: It's OK. Prices are high. I asked 2 staff members for spray glue. Each told me a different area, I didn't find it in either place.

I used that while in the store, selected the item off the shelf, paid for it online and now I am forced to WAIT. Wait for their system to show I made a purchase. I am told it might be up to an hour until their system reflects the purchase. They can’t look at my receipt showing I made the purchase and apparently their system is snails pace slow. What a HUGE inconvenience to their customers! I’ve done all the work for them but I’m made to WAIT with the product in my cart for their system to work. I wasn’t the only one in the store standing around waiting either! JoAnns should either speed up the electronic process or give everyone 20%!

Barbara Trice: Jo-Ann's is a wonderful place to buy fabrics and crafts, but it always takes you too long to get out of the store because they do not have enough check out personnel. It is always a 20 to 30-minute line, no matter what time of the day it is. If you are on lunch hour you cannot take that amount of time to stand in line. Maybe they need a self checkout line for small items.

Curt Balding: Never been here before. This place is huge. They are currently having a sale with 50% off in jewelery. They had the hard to find " jump rings" I couldn't find anywhere else.
