Mimes Octavia: The bus driver of 1008 pm route was very unprofessional. I tried to ask him a question as to why my son feels uneasy around him . Now mind you the bus is loud cars are moving so my voice did seem loud but I never disrespected him. He proceeded to interrupt me before I could get my statement out. He began to yell at me . I was in front of the doors of the bus the bus driver closed my arm in the doors and proceeded to pull off with my arms still in doors . I attempted to call the bus company several times no answer and all voice mails are full. I don't think that dhat the driver of that bus should have a job. The incident is on camera

Kimberly Houston: My disabled child got a route March 13, 2023 yet the first day bus never show I call, school start at 8:30am to bus didn’t come until 9:53am, the next day the bus never show I called they sent a Bus out didn’t get her until 10 AM school starts at 8:30 Wednesday I call they said the sending a bus and the bus never came, Daughter stayed at home. Today I call in early to make sure the bus will come. They said 8 to 7 minutes no one show yeah I called the bus company and he said hey the bus will start running after spring break what about this week? Don’t take a job if you can complete the mission. This Bus Company is so unorganized and all over the place so I will not stop until this bus company is being held accountable for taking on a job when they was incapable to complete the task. And I didn’t wanna leave no star ⭐️

tyant collins: I would not recommend this bus company to my worst enemy and I will do everything in my powers to defund this bus company they are the saddest I’ve ever seen they I refuse to let my tax dollars pay ppl that don’t even want to do the job the school in the city are sad and should be shut down and just divided the kids through the county and if they worked for this bus company do not accept there applications cause there bad habits will just travel I vote the #1 worst bus experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been a mother for 20 years never did Ferguson and Florissant ever do anything like this but as soon as I reach this unfit side of town all this happens I hate that me and my kids had to down grade but this is just a lesson to stay on top of my game cause I see why ppl don’t have anything good to say about these schools and area the WHOLE system bus school people all of it in this area is just sad to have to live like this

Kelly Holts: I don't actually use this service but this morning I had pulled over to let an oncoming car through due to construction on the opposite side of the street and a bus came barreling behind me, went around me almost clipping my back end and hitting the car I let through head on. It sped past and continued to weave in and out of traffic shifting from one lane to the next at a high rate of speed. Terrible driver.

Shanarra Rush: My niece Heaven has been utilizing this school transportation system for almost two weeks. She has spinal bifida and they live in an apartment unit that has steps. The family has been letting the bus driver know that they have to go down 20 steps in home and has to bring Heaven/ her wheel chair and her walker down the steps to get her on the bus and asked could they wait before pulling off. This morning, when they was coming down the steps, the bus pulled off. The mother called the bus station and was told "the driver waited TWO MINUTES before pulling off" and was told they was not sending a rescue bus to come and get her daughter. Its unfortunate that Heaven has special needs but its also unprofessional to not accommodate her or have other rules and regulations for individuals like her. Heaven has missed a lot of school because of transportation issues not including her coming home later than normal because they drop her off last because of the time it takes for her to get off the bus. This is unfair and unjust.

Kay Miler: I called last Tuesday to get my son's bus stop changed. On Friday I was to that it would go into effect on September 12 which is today. The driver says that she didn't have it on her route being charged. So I called the company and they said that it was still the old bus stop and I told them that someone told me last Friday that it was changed. So the lady I was speaking with said that she can only answer the phone and that she could give me the number to routing. When she gave me the number it was the same number that I called and got her. And she was like well that's they number gave me to give to you. And I also called a 633 number and no answer.I thought this company would be better than First Student but at least with First Student I was able to reach the different departments and was able to speak with someone. Missouri Central School Bus is a joke. They don't know what's going on or what to do.

Kobe Delorme: I am appalled that a child (7yrs) under your company's supervision, was attacked by many other children with a weapon. To employ persons with no regard to the personal safety of its passengers to me is a sign of poor judgement . I believe Your company should look into the lack of responsibility on the driver's part and perhaps you may want to look into retraining your employees on ways to handle such situations. A simple bump in the road could have cost this little girl her life! Please do the right thing and make sure this doesn't happen to any child, any longer...
