Now mind you the bus is loud cars are moving so my voice did seem loud but I never disrespected him. He proceeded to interrupt me before I could get my statement out. He began to yell at me . I was in front of the doors of the bus the bus driver closed my arm in the doors and proceeded to pull off with my arms still in doors . I attempted to call the bus company several times no answer and all voice mails are full. I don't think that dhat the driver of that bus should have a job. The incident is on camera

Shanarra Rush: My niece Heaven has been utilizing this school transportation system for almost two weeks. She has spinal bifida and they live in an apartment unit that has steps. The family has been letting the bus driver know that they have to go down 20 steps in home and has to bring Heaven/ her wheel chair and her walker down the steps to get her on the bus and asked could they wait before pulling off. This morning, when they was coming down the steps, the bus pulled off. The mother called the bus station and was told "the driver waited TWO MINUTES before pulling off" and was told they was not sending a rescue bus to come and get her daughter. Its unfortunate that Heaven has special needs but its also unprofessional to not accommodate her or have other rules and regulations for individuals like her. Heaven has missed a lot of school because of transportation issues not including her coming home later than normal because they drop her off last because of the time it takes for her to get off the bus. This is unfair and unjust.

Kay Miler: I called last Tuesday to get my son's bus stop changed. On Friday I was to that it would go into effect on September 12 which is today. The driver says that she didn't have it on her route being charged. So I called the company and they said that it was still the old bus stop and I told them that someone told me last Friday that it was changed. So the lady I was speaking with said that she can only answer the phone and that she could give me the number to routing. When she gave me the number it was the same number that I called and got her. And she was like well that's they number gave me to give to you. Missouri Central School Bus is a joke. They don't know what's going on or what to do.

We had a contract for their biggest bus and they sent us a completely different bus that was significantly smaller and not what we paid for at all aesthetically, it was embarrassing. Their only “solution” for us was cancelling the day of our wedding - as we were getting on our bus. They didn’t offer to help in any way and insisted that that was their “new” Clyde even though it wasn’t, the pictures on their website were completely different. Do not book with these scammers

Cory Griffin: Our Wedding was this past weekend, and let me start off by saying we had the best driver. We have had Tee before in the past and she was nothing short of excellent especially regarding our frustrations. The major problem I have is that we rented a 32 passenger bus named Clyde(See pic) from 10:45AM-5:45PM, BUT Clyde is apparently no longer in operation. So instead of STL Road Pony contacting us ahead of time to let us know they would be sending a different bus, they just showed up with it on our wedding day with an hour to go for our wedding ceremony. The bus they provided was not a 32 passenger bus, it was not a 30 passenger bus. We had 26 passengers and the bus was CRAMMED at max capacity We had to consolidate our coolers just to be able to fit some of them on this bus. When it was lunch time, I had to give up my seat for our pizzas just so we had somewhere to put them while we ate. What I ordered was a 32 passenger bus, we were bringing on 26 passengers plus coolers, there should have been PLENTY of room, and there was not.I don’t appreciate being TRICKED on the day of my wedding. The correct route this company should have taken was provided us a LARGER bus than what we ordered not a SMALLER one, this absolutely put a damper on our wedding day. We could not enjoy the bus like we planned. Aurora (the owner) did return my call, apologized, and promised to refund us a measly $200, but I’m sorry that is not going to cut it when I paid $1200 and my wedding day has passed. We have used this company multiple times in the past and had great success but this last time was unacceptable. Please be advised if you rent from them, they may send you the wrong bus and claim it’s the same size when it’s NOT! Disappointing is an understatement; we and all our guests will not be returning to STL Road pony any time soon.

I messed up on the reservation but they worked with me to make it right and were very understanding. The bus was very clean and our driver, Jackie, was really great. It was a safe way for everyone to get to the bars and was a blast to dance around in between bars.

I called her and she explained she was running late and would be there by 8:20 ish.. (never thought to mention she was going to be showing up in a totally different bus)she shows up and we are just not happy with this bus. ill post pics/vids along w this. she said the other bus isnt running at the moment, so we asked if we could possibly get an extra hour for free since shes late and with the wrong bus.. she says no, so at the end of the night we venmo'd her $100 for the extra hour. I talked to the organizer the next day and they did give us a refund for the $100 but i was still not pleased with the whole situation and paying $800 for a bus that i realistically would have NEVER picked for that price. They tried saying it was technically an "upgrade" bc it held a few more people, which is laughable bc we only had 13 people anyways. just look at the difference between the level of detail and how amazing the mustang looks compared to the stallion. its not even comparable. its just a plain ole shuttle bus with singular seating facing each other.im sure this doesnt happen often, but its enough for me to never attempt to use them ever again because i wouldnt want to chance it happening again.(mustang is the blue and black bus. stallion is the white one and the one in the video) if for some reason the video doesnt load, check out the pics of the stallion on their website.

Jordynn Hadik: We hired Road Pony to take us from our hotel, around town for pictures, and to our ceremony/reception (located in the same place) and we are so happy with their service! We rented the party bus (I believe we had the Colt) to take myself, my husband, our 7 bridesmaids and 7 groomsmen around St. Louis for photos and finally to our destination. Even in the sweltering heat of a St. Louis Friday in August, we were comfortable from the space and AC - we had plenty of room to have a great time but not pay for more than we needed. We appreciated the customer service and flexibility when the details of our wedding day changed multiple times and loved the service provided to us on the day of. We highly recommend Road Pony for any of your party transportation needs.

I have an ongoing problem (since the purchase of the vehicle), which has still not been resolved. I find it very difficult to get in contact with anyone at the company. I find the service lacking to put it politely. So far I am extremely dissatisfied with Master's and would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
