Love Always: I drove 4 hours away from my hometown to AI’s Auto Salvage to get my sunroof and windshield fixed the service was so nice friendly and fast. Camron was the absolute best from the time I called in to book the appointment to the time I came in. Thank you all so much I was searching for almost a year for both glasses due to them being on backorder and expensive from the dealership but Als Auto Salvage had the best price and the glass!!! Mustafa Salkic: False advertisement. I had ordered a fender and hood from them and they had it listed as grade A condition.Both fender and hood were not grade A condition. Rude customer service, will not go back.
Dakota Cloud: Oh my goodness yall, when I say In was in a bind I was IN A BIND! I was passing through town on a cross country road trip and came in with a destroyed rim from on of these St Louis Potholes™ and Al's came in clutch. Cameron was extremely helpful and got me a rim in no time flat and we were all set with almost no delay! Thank you Al for running such a well oiled machine!

They gave me a quote, and I made my payment and it was handled just as quoted. Haven’t had one issue with my windshield and I’m grateful.

Jimbo Slice: Struggled to getting a two-piece driveshaft for my Challenger, found one here at Al's for $450 under new price with less than 5,000 mi on it, they had the part pulled in 2 days and ready for me and it is perfect, the guys were great. Service was great. Atmosphere is great, if I need any more parts this will be the first place I look.

S G: I just ordered a transmission for my 2015 Chevy Impala from them so far so good with the delivery and customer service I experienced and at the fraction of the cost from other dealerships and mechanics.Al saved me over $1200 of which I don’t have due to financial set back after having to stop working after my car broke down. I called to see if they had the part and was told yes and the price was correct as I’m located in South Carolina to have it shipped to me. The process was easy and the payment was smooth. Was skeptical about giving my card info over the phone but the guy I talked to was nice and told me what I had to do through email to pay for it and it went great. Order it on 6/07/2022 and he let me know upfront that they test it before shipment so it was shipped out on 6/09/2022 through FedEx The mechanic shop received it on 6/16/2022 after a rescheduled delivery change by FedEx. Asked him did everything check out he said yes so far only a minor issues which was a bolt that can easily be replace by him. Hoping everything runs well and fine after he puts it in. But as far as Customer Service, Shipment and handling Al’s get 5 stars from me. From your friend from South Carolina Thank you!

Diamond family: They stole $20 from us after they gave us a piece that was missing a part, were very rude about it and told us to take them to court. I would give zero stars if I could, I would not recommend this place they are thieves trying to sell junk. They have terrible customer service and not much knowledge on the pieces, highway robbery. Take your money elsewhere.

Jason Dawdy: They are way overpriced or you happen to be the one to go out to the yard and take off what you need. Paid $85 for eight passenger side fender that and get it still need bodywork and paint. I will stay in the yard to clean And the employees were night, but the prices are ridiculous
Ang Robinson: I enjoy coming here with my husband. 3 stars because of decent inventory. The guy at check out counter was extremely friendly too which is always a plus. They have a person at the gate who checks you, but it’s not a huge deal. They don’t get more stars than that because they are more expensive than they should be for basically a landfill for cars, not to mention you have to take things apart yourself and the risk of buying used stuff. Other places are cheaper. Either way, very happy about my new fender.

Now correct me if I'm wrong but junk yards are giant dumpsters for auto parts... Why in the world would anyone wanna do all the work in taking off this used probably slightly damaged if not extremely noticeably damaged but guaranteed to not be new part when they can sit in the comfort of their home and order the same exact part but brand new online... Literally it's like they got their pricing list from rock auto because their used dumpster parts cost exactly as much as rock autos brand new shipped to you part
Emmet Pey: I tried to schedule my car to be picked up and sold to Pick-N-Pull. Twice now they did not show up and they did not notify me that they were not showing up. I've rescheduled my pick up again but the customer service for Pick-n-Pull is pretty terrible. If you can sell your car to someone else or use some other service I would recommend it.

If you ask me...5 years was 4 years and 11 months TOO LONG!!!
