Whendy Hageman: My husband and I were exploring campers at several RV centers, and we were pleasantly surprised to see the amount of inventory on the lot at Midwest RV. Jason Zeman approached us and gave us the run down on their Memorial Day sale that weekend. Jason was very knowledgeable about the particular camper we were interested in. He was pleasant and very easy to talk to. He showed us various options on other trailers, but we had already fell in love with the Cougar Keystone 22RBS trailer. Jason was great throughout our entire visit and was very patient with all of our questions. It was a hot day, and they were offering soft drinks, burgers & hot dogs, and to my surprise, cold beer! So we had a burger and a beer while Jason was taking care of our paperwork, it was great! Thank you to the entire Midwest RV staff (special shout out to Debbie, she was fantastic!!) for making us feel at home. We are very happy that we found "THE" perfect camper for just the two of us! David Fisher: Sales person was nice, enthusiastic.. Dealership was inviting.However, the RV I purchased is very poorly constructed and was lacking some features you would have thought were standard plus it was rusty underneath. All I can fix, but still one would think quality control was non existent.Surprised that a dealership this large would not have some consciousness about the product they represent.

PVI Imprints: My first impression was not good when I attempted to purchase a pop up camper last year. They out did themselves this time with the purchase of my new Clipper 12.0 Max. It is so much easier to pull with my small pick up. They also went out of their way to correct a few issues both prior to and after the sale. Mark Ives: Do not buy used, I purchased 07 coachman motorhome about 8 or 9 months ago, has been nothing but a disaster since day 1, I feel it should have never been sold off of there lot, can't really go into details because there is not enough time or space here, salesman great guy, midwest rv not so much, long story short my $60,000 rv that apparently 8 months later is worth $20,000 to them is still parked, they will brag about there 650 5 star reviews but don't tell you they offer 25.00 or 50.00 for any accessories if you give them a review so in other words they paid for them 650 5 star reviews, they want the review as soon as possible before your headaches starts

Becki Wendle: I bought a used travel trailer that was originally purchased at Colman's. I went there to buy some replacement parts and apparently didn't have enough information on the items I needed....measurements, model numbers etc. I'm new to this and thought there was a basic database that the companies utilize like an auto parts store. You go in tell them the year, make and model and they can tell you if they carry the item or not. That's not the case with campers and the guy that I was dealing with could have explained it a little more politely instead of being so rude.Sorry that I was only there to spend a few hundred dollars and not $40,000 on a new camper but you did give me a clear heads up that when I do purchase a brand new camper, it WON'T be from here!

David Spiroff: Place has alot of campers to choose from. I was there to see about getting a 7 pin connector installed on my truck. Very customer friendly and they answered all my questions. They are a lil busy now of course so I'd call ahead!!

Aaron Davis: The customer is definitely not first at this place . Business must be extremely good here because my experience was very poor. I found a camper that I was interested in so I called. John Coleman answered the phone so I gave him my information and started to pre-qualify for the appointment. I was approved and ready to sign for a camper but price was not discussed . I brought my family in excited to purchase a camper. First impression is very important in my line of work. Showroom was nice enough and they had the camper I was ready to buy inside the showroom. Awesome! That is the only good thing about my experience. John walked me over to the camper and showed us in. He sit down on the couch in the camper and let us look. No feature advantage or benefits were discussed. I had to pull everything out of him with questions which were returned with sarcastic comments. I asked him how it pulled on the highway? He said, pulls like a camper. Ok I was willing to overlook the fact that I was about to spend over 20k. I had to sell myself on the camper by pulling everything out of the salesman. I explained to him I had a budget and I wanted to get closer to that. His finance manager comes out in the showroom to greet me by asking and I quote. "What questions do you have?" I say I had questions about the price and I need to get my monthly plan closer to my budget. He says, " we'll need to talk to your salesman ". Ok so I'm back to super John. John I need to get closer to my budget. He says how? Again I have to sell the product. You need to come down on your price or offer me other solutions. He says " well we can't come down on price ". At this point I'mthinking what do I have to do to buy a camper here? Good customer service doesn't just happen. I'm not hard to please, but just like everyone else, I have a budget and want to be treated good or at least like we matter. My whole family was there. My kids were very disappointed that we did not leave with a camper. I would have worked with them but if they treat their customers like this before purchasing, what does that say about management and service. Buyer beware. If you want to pay sticker price and don't have a budget this is the place.

Kevin Gerstenecker: Always helpful, and good local inventory and service department. Only criticism I have is the service department doesn't take appointments. It's first come, first served. You drop off your camper and are placed in line for the service you need. They do have a good, competent service department, so it's worth the wait.Salespeople are product knowledgeable, no pressure, very helpful folks. All in all, a great dealership to do business with. Outstanding parts and accessories inventory too.

Rick T: Just bought a brand new toy hauler from these guys. Salesman did a pretty good job the service manager topped it off with a few freebies with our high-end purchase. We pick it up at the end of this week I will add to my review after I see how that goes. So far so goodUPDAtE.. . . .cpl issues our first weekend out. Called and Matt got us in and fixed quick. These guys are amazing !!
