Desiree Green: Have been giving them my business for about 4 years now, LOVE this place. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and fairly knowledgeable (depending upon who's working). Dad owns the place (his name slips my memory, but the daughter is there working often. She's great. I just love talking with her. purchased a few reptiles and reptile food and other pet accessories. The other day for a baby squirrel, I rescued and ended up getting EVERYTHING on ( store credit). My husband and I have also sold them different items in exchange for store credit. (Mostly drift wood that my husband preserved for reptiles )They made good on everything they promised me. Had feeder rats die ONCE after a couple of days before they could become food, and they replaced them happily with zero issues. Also, I had purchased a snake that began to look sickly, and I was able to bring it back and get a full refund. The owner is reachable by phone anytime. If you ask, they will gladly give you his number. He also likes to trade nice habitats and enclosures and exotic reptiles for store credit OR cash if you have something he really likes . I just can't say enough good things about this business. Go buy yourself a snake or fish today, guys.

I was pleasantly surprised that they sold hissing cockroaches and a few different types of praying mantids. Ended up purchasing an Australian Giant Rainforest Mantis that was in very good health and condition.

Jason Hensley: It's a nice store, and they have quite a bit. But they snakes were not kept in an acceptable manner at all. Lots of snakes in one tank, even adults... A green tree didn't have a place to hang and was quite starved looking, they didn't have any hides whatsoever. They just need to take care of the animals properly and I'd easily give it a 4-5 star rating. I understand resources are limited and things are expensive, but they had easily enough on hand plus more. If I can't trust you to take care of your animals in the most basic of ways, then I don't know I'm getting something that's not gonna die. Also the prices were kinda high

I fell in love with him as soon as I saw him. His birthday was August 4th so now he is now just a little over 8 months old. Thank you A.R.C. He has a great family. He even climbs up on me and lays on me for hours.

Billy Steffen: We have been coming here for months. And have had a pretty good experience most of the time. The crickets die really fast, probably due to all the dead ones we receive when we get them. So we stopped buying crickets from them.We saw they had some peter banded skinks and went to purchase one. When we purchased one, once we got home we saw severe damage to his scales. We figured ok. That will get better with proper care and a shed or two.Turns out he has a respiratory infection. We were sold a sick pet and when we called we were only offered store credit, and the opportunity for them to look at him. We do not want to return him. We want his vet bills taken care of. It is absolutely disgusting that a living animal had been taken care of so badly. Petsmart takes better care of their animals. That's saying a lot.

The Frank Factor Show: Amazing sculptures. Really cool studio. An oasis of art.

Sydney Esser-O'Neill: A great studio filled with lots of interesting pieces of art which are mostly constructed of metal. According to the owner, (I believe his name is Allen) most of the materials used are donated or found. There was a wide variety of materials used like bowling balls, clocks, lights, animal bones, nuts, bolts, gas tanks and more. He seems to do a lot of welding, soldering, plasma cutting, braising, and epoxy. There is no fee to enter (as of the time we went), but there is a small donation box you can contribute to at the front door. If you have questions he seems more than happy to talk about his work.

Brian M.: An artist workspace and display in a funky old garage/punk club. Really, the creative heart of Minneapolis. Allen Christian is a genuine artist doing his thing every day. Definitely a must see on any art-lovers agenda.

ARWAY: Will have to return during the summer. So much to see, touch, and ask about. The owner and his wife handle our inquisitive son inquiries like pro. Loved the hidden door,a must see!

Bibidop: this place used to be better. ive been a customer here for well over half a decade, i bought my first reptile here, and my passion for exotics was nurtured here. the last time i came here, i told the guy i usually see in charge that the animals they told me could cohabitate peacefully killed eachother, only to have him joke and laugh about it with an employee.. while i looked on at the same animals i was told could cohabitate fine a few weeks earlier- all together in a tank at the store missing most of their legs. ive excused recent slipups that have cost me well over two hundred dollars up to this point because i care about this place but this wasnt okay. i expected a refund or even a partial one to be offered, not to have the death of my pets laughed about by a business ive vouched for countless times and have supported over the years with hundreds upon hundreds of dollars. i spent all of my built up credit and left for the last time that day. please care like you guys used to.

They have staff that are intensely knowledgeable and kind. They have supplies for any type of garden or environment you are trying to create.They have a rewards program that is worth it.They even accept animals to rehome.Volunteers welcome!Love this spot.

I highly recommend this shop for all your reptile or exotic animal needs. :)We had my daughter’s birthday party there this weekend and it was awesome! The staff truly went out of their way to make the day special for the kids and extra special for my daughter. The reptile demonstration was very hands on and my daughter as well as the other kids had smiles on their faces the whole time. Autumn and the other lady(I’m sorry I did not catch her name ) were fantastic and I can’t thank them enough for their time and attention during the party!

Particularly, if you need advice on first-time ownership of a variety of related pet species, i.e., arachnids, turtles, variety of snakes, bearded dragons, lizards, iguanas, etc. Or, if you're in need of some feeder treats/critters for your pet, it's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and so inclined.

The worker that led the party, i think her name might have been Autumn i'm not sure???, She was amazing with the animals and the kids! You can tell they really love dealing with these animals. Like I said, I was very impressed with her.

This store always has cheerful, helpful, and very nice people that work there. They are all very knowledgeable in helping you find what is the best items for whichever pet you buy. I have been going there many years, and have never had a problem with this Petco store. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a pet or any pet supplies.
