They always love to talk about any pet you have (Pets are more than Welcomed they are loved there.) Most important is no matter how long it has been, they always remember you. The owner and Daughter Chrissy are just wonderful I don't shop anywhere else when it comes to my pets. They have mostly all you need in any animal products.

Kyla Thompson: I’ve bought a fish from here before and it died two days later. Haven’t been back since. We bought a beta from another pet shop and he’s been living just fine in our fishbowl for the past year. Recently it broke while cleaning it, so tonight, I came to buy a replacement tank for my beta fish and we decided to get the dual beta fish tank (that’s advertised as that’s what’s it’s for). When just asking Maya (one of the employees) a simple question as to what fish could go together and what our plans were, she got very rude with me. I understand that there are certain rules that she has to abide by (and explain) to uphold store rules, but think she needs to be trained on how to relay this information to the customers. I did not come off argumentative, was just asking a couple questions, and am glad to know not to add a third fish to this tank as it won’t work well. After she answered, I decided to just use the tank as advertised with two fish and the divider. This tank still gives more room than what my fish currently has. Maya became even more defensive and rude. Needless to say, I won’t be back to this Petsmart.

They always help with the items that I am looking for my complaint is it corporate will let dogs come in and it’s in their policy that these employees will clean up after other peoples dogs because they’re too inconsiderate to clean up after themselves, and I almost stepped in it it’s disgraceful and you should protect your employees and put a sign up. Do you clean up after yourself or don’t bring your pet in the pet store frankly if you don’t agree with what I’m saying, you’re a lowlife

Paulette Newell: My cats were for years eating Purina True Instinct. I must have gotten a bad bag because one of my cats would vomit after eating it. Now having a difficult time finding a food they will eat. Pet Supply Plus has been very helpful with finding a new food. They are allowing me to return food my cats won't eat. Even small bags are costly and if your cats won't eat the food money wasted. Needless to say very trying, but soo thankful that Pet Supply Plus is making this search less costly. They have my business from now on.

We really appreciate the convenience and organization PSP has designed into the dog wash area. Mah Jon: Kennedy’s is great! My dog is a rescue who’s very timid and gets very protective when she’s scared. She came in matted with hair covering her eyes and when I came back to get her she looked like a whole new dog 💜 She even had some cute accessories to top it all off! Not to mention the cost was very affordable and the team made me feel like family. I’m glad that I chose Kennedy’s four our first grooming experience and we’ll be going back!

Alison Mason: I called to see about getting business cards or flyers so that we could promote small businesses within a certain distance to our apartment community. We are a pet friendly community and love the idea of our residents frequenting small businesses near their homes. Who ever answered the phone brushed me off and made it seem like I was soliciting or trying to sell advertising. And she kept talking to a lady in the background about my phone call, who insisted she hang up on me! We are a luxury community downtown and are having a Yappy Hour event and I figured what better way to promote small ( Black owned at that) business than to have their contact info available at an event for nothing but pet owners! Its crazy how you could have taken that same minute and provided customer service and if nothing else politeness. I will still give the business a try because I really enjoy seeing a business of such in Old North St. Louis and they are pretty close to five stars! But the people who represent your company should definitely do a better job!

Justin Macanufo: Got a Groupon for this place and decided to give it a go. Took our two little terriers there and they were over a year due on grooming, we felt terrible at how bad we let them get. Kennedy's took that and did one of the best grooming jobs we've seen. Could not recommended them more. It was a full service job, affordable, clean environment and excellent execution.

I was nervous, because I've had a negative experience with one other pet groomer, but I was VERY pleasantly surprised with the customer service and quality of care they provided Oliver and I. He looked amazing and his groomer followed my exact cutting instructions. The place was clean, inviting, and in a convenient location. I definitely plan to take Oliver back and look forward to making Kennedys my regular groomer.
