Lansdowne Village: what do users think?
Mobile Notary St Louis (JWest): We come here often to assist families and residents with getting their documents Notarized. The staff at Landsdowne Village is nice and helpful. The interior was recently renovated and is really nice! Mobile Notary St Louis enjoys providing Notary services here for all types of documents such as Power of Attorney, Trusts, Wills, etc. Whatever you need Notarized, we can assist.
Catherine Ellison suppli run: I work here
Jerry Wilson: My mother is there to help build up her strength. She has been there six days and they haven't even gotten her out of bed. She waited over 30 minutes for a nurse to come help her to the restroom. Now instead of the nurses doing there job helping her they put a diaper on her like a baby.
Stephanie Yancy: This place is horrible my aunt was admitted here for a few weeks, the day there they placed her on the precaution wing because she came from the hospital.I asked for sanitizing wipes staff replied 'we dnt have any'.The tv only could get 1 channel and it was fuzzy. The nurse had an attitude, the place is old and out dated,it doesn't even deserve 1 star...I work in a nursing so i know how things should be .I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Nancy Enos: This is the worst place I wouldn't send or refer anyone here. I am going to sue the doctor that sent me to this place.
Tamera Thomas: TRASH. IF YOU SEND YOUR PEOPLE HERE THEY WILL NOT BE TAKEN CARE OF. MY GRANDMA BLOOD PRESSURE IS 453 AND THE NURSE BRYAN TRIED TO ARGUE WITH MY MOM ABOUT MY GRANDMA GETTING HER MEDICINE. MY G IS A RETIRED NURSE AND IS VERY AWARE OF WHATS GOING ON. THE RECEPTIONIST ARE TERRIBLE. I CALLED THREE TIMES THE OTHER DAY, THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE TWICE. THIS SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED. MY GRANDMA SHOULD HAVE WAY BETTER TREATMENT THAN THIS. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN.THEY DONT DESERVE TO WORK. TERRIBLE. TRASH. UNPROFESSIONAL. TREAT THE ELDERY LIKE THEY ARE YOUR OWN PEOPLE. NO ONE DESERVES THIS.
Kabrina Forrest: A dear friend received treatment there recently and her care was beyond deplorable. She had bed sores due to inattention, rashes from her adult diaper not being changed and they failed to complete her discharge orders given by the doctor in a timely manner. No one should be subjected to this type of treatment especially while unable to care for themselves.
Minnette Scruggs: While there are a few staff members and workers that are compassionate and professional, the majority of the staff are not. Communication is nil. Communication skills are horrible. The educated staff are the worse and have very bad attitudes. Family members are treated as if they don’t have a right to be included in and/or discuss the care of their loved ones. They are not trained on how to handle residents with dementia. These people can talk rough with the residents and treat them like they don’t have cognitive issues. The leadership is just as unbothered and ignorant as the staff. I could go on and on but it would end up being a book.
Rebecca White: This place is a nightmare my cousin been here for over a month still has not received a shower and nurse said keeps lying about giving him a sponge bath the blood work tape was on his arm for over a week and the tape marks are still on him they never get him out of bed
Annette Hendrix: This is not a good nursing facility my mom was there for 4 days they never answered the phone they had her laying in the bed never sitting up rooms are too small for 2 people to be in never ever again will she go there
nashe mytelka: I have had some exposure to this facility through a few close friends of mine and i can confidently say that tue level of care is exceptional at all times, it is unbelievably clean at all times and that must translate to good care for all of the residents, as far as i know all the people I've seen have been very well cared for. I even exhibited the administrator going out of his way and picking up a small piece of garbage. I would trust based on how they treat the small matters that they are very diligent when treating loved ones
John Long: Recently I toured this facility all I can say is WOW! I didn't make an appointment but I was greeted by the friendliest receptionist. The tour was informative and the facility is clean and everyone was great. Im going with my gut instinct and I don't need to look any further!
Rachael Crosby: The facility is very nice,, pretty, clean and friendly. They have a beautiful saltwater tank with fish, a courtyard and the food is pretty good. The staff are all nice and caring! I will definitely be recommending this place.
Camille Carroll: DO NOT GO HERE!Never thought I'd be writing a review for a rehabilitation facility, but here I am. My grandmother was in the hospital and while she was sick she lost her ability to walk. She needed physical therapy with skilled nurses and was transported to this facility. Before she decided on this location, my grandfather went in person to check it out. The person he spoke with was really friendly and said that he would be able to visit her every day, eat lunch with her, spend as much time as he wanted with her as long as he made an appointment. They said they had a pharmacy in-house to take care of her medicine.Once she got there it was a completely different story. She was quarantined for 2 weeks due to the pandemic which meant she could not have visitors. Never mind that she was fully vaccinated and tested negative for for Covid19 at the hospital where she was staying, but the woman should not have told my grandfather he could see her everyday. After sitting all day in a chair, she asked a nurse to help her into a bed (since she can't stand or walk on her own). The nurse told her to just get in the bed. She said well, I would except I can't walk....long story short the nurse didn't have any idea why my grandmother was there. She painfully grabbed her legs and forcefully tossed her on the bed, almost causing her to fall off the other side of the bed. The staff was repeatedly incredibly rude to her, and rude to my grandfather every time he tried to contact them or bring her belongings to her.She called me at 6:45 on Sunday morning saying that she felt like she was dying and she couldn't find a nurse. She asked me to come get her. My grandfather and I went and asked them to call 911. She ended up needing to go back to the hospital. While we were waiting for the ambulance, a nurse leaving told us she didn't know why anyone would say we could visit as often as we want, and the pharmacy is only for patients checking out. If she needed medicine the hospital would need to send it or it would have to take 3-4 days to go through their pharmacy. 3-4 days to an elderly person who needs medication is a death sentence on it's own. The hospital sent medications to be filled and the times she needed them. She never got her medications on time.Complete dumpster fire. I'm so thankful my grandma didn't die.
Tierra Moore: This place is horrible for care for your love ones. My grandmother developed a bed soar within her first 2 weeks there. They served her cold food, had her late going to her appointments and staffing is always short. Social Worker Director Latonya was horrible. She never returned phone calls as was very unprofessional. I would look for a better place for my love one.
SkyHog: Very good and getting better all the time.
Missy Phillips: All these people writing good reviews on this place are bots or employees... This place and almost 75% of their staff are rude and do not care about the elderly one bit...If I could give them a negative star I would...
West West: It's pretty good.
calonstanni: I think all nursing homes have some issues but I pretty much love what I've seen at lansdowne. Mom likes the food, the place is clean, There's a cute little chapel and a court yard and the staff is nice. Mom didn't like her first doctor so they let her switch to Dr. Liu who is AWESOME. Lansdowne is definitely my pick for when I need a nursing home myself.
william stevenson: Nursing home
Robert S Carlton: Very clean and a great staff

Mary Queen & Mother Center: what do users think?
Ti Whit: I picked up a shift through agency when I got to the facility the nurse told me she was fully staffed and to cancel my shift and make sure I clicked the sent home button but the next morning lied and said I was a no call no show I asked them to run the cameras back but they wouldn’t which caused me to be suspended from my agency and unable to pick up shifts. So if you pick up here make sure you record or take a picture of whoever you speak with. They don’t care who they lie on or if they are messing with people well being.
Lisa Pascoe: My grandmother was transferred here after being in select care. After making lots of progress at her former care facility she spent two days here and became dehydrated. Her blood pressure dropped so low that she had to be rushed to the ER. When I spoke to my grandma she said she was treated horribly by the caregivers. I would not recommend sending anyone that needs substantial care to this facility.
Searching searching: This facility is a totally a joke. Your life & time is a joke for them. They needed help since they don't have enough employees to work, so they contact us from agency,1. My first complaint is after arriving at their facility they couldn't gove me the assignment, their nurse saying everybody is not herr yet, when everybody get here , she might send me home. What a joke! But i was lucky enough someone called in, so i ended up staying.2. My second complaint is worse. After arriving to their parking lot for 45 minutes ahead of time, went in at 5 minutes inside the building, I got there before anyone get there, they didn't have name & the other agency stuffing as well, when finally everybody arrived, they sent me home & the others..This is a joke? The gas is expensive, the miles, the tearing of what we add to our vehicle, if they don't want the help, why even bother as to drive all the way, we lost money for the game they played. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.3. After they canceled me, I told their own stuff nurse to cancel me, but they still haven't cancel me..you kept calling & calling but you can't get through them, or even that they will not fix it..Anyone here from agency, don't waste your time driving their
A L: I really liked coming here because I loved the residents and the facility is clean but The staffing woman is unprofessional she unscheduled me for a shift and then said I couldn't work the night shift for not showing up for the evening that she unscheduled me for. I have the proof and they have that first come first serve rule yet I always come in early right at 10:20 before the other girls but I get sent home it takes me 50 minutes to drive up there.
Jessica M.: Very unprofessional very unorganized, since I work through agency they didn’t want me to work with me told me I don’t get a locker because I’m with agency. I don’t want to work with rude people anyway.
Janet Beltz: This place should receive a negative score. The nursing home is on the same campus as an independent retirement apartment facility and an assisted living facility. My mother lived in the independent retirement apartments for 21 years and absolutely loved it. The administrator at Our Lady of Life, Ann Jones, is amazing. She knows every resident and truly cares. When it was time to transition to a skilled nursing facility we chose Mary Queen and Mother, because we thought it would be as good as Our Lady of Life. And my mom previously volunteered over there and would not consider another facility. While we understood she was moving to a different type of facility; never did we think it would be like night and day. Is it expecting to much that residents would be respected in an environment where caregivers were friendly or at least answered when they were spoken to? Mary Queen and Mother, is the absolute worst. I’ve heard people say all nursing homes are horrible and I can’t speak about other homes. But, I can speak on this one. The facility is the most unfriendly and uncaring facility. Families believe they are placing their loved ones in a caring facility where they will be respected and treated decently. Not the case. Once inside the facility, they are pretty much on their own. There are little to no activities and they are talked to and treated as if they are burdensome. As of May, families were still not allowed in, despite being fully vaccinated. I’m sure they are holding on to the COVID restrictions because they really do not want families inside. And I know why. They don’t want families to see first hand the poor level of care they provide. The administrator, Shari Kruep is like a ghost administrator. I’ve heard many complaints yet never once met her. I’ve heard she hides out and doesn’t give a care about the patients. This I can believe as she only answered one of my many many emails. And, that was after I wrote to the CEO. And, the one time when Shari Kruep responded it was a canned answer never really addressing any of the concerns. I also heard that the CEO is aware of how bad she is from employees who are obviously disgruntled but we were told nothing is done. And, while the CEO did finally respond to my concerns, it was too late. We had decided we had to get her out. And they thought the reason is because we were not allowed inside the facility. That was a huge concern. But, after getting in to retrieve her belongings I was appalled at the tiny, filthy room that we were paying $9000.00 a month. No wonder they don’t want family in. I’m sure if we had been allowed in it would not have taken us three months to figure out we needed to get her out of there. We made the decision after going to her window to check on her, she was always in her chair with her pants down. We would ask her why and she would say she got tired of waiting for someone to come help her, so she just did the best she could. Or, they would tell her she just required too much care. Or, try to insist she wear a diaper when she is 98 years old and working very hard to remain independent in her use of the restroom. She was told it was too much to help her pull-up her pants. Or, cut her food. She told an employee she needed help cutting her food. The employee told her she needed to learn to do it herself. Really? The sign above her bed says, Needs Food Cut. The activities consisted of 25 minutes weekly of Bingo. Other than that, they sit alone and isolated. And she was forced to wear clothes that were not hers because her clothes disappeared. There were a few aides that were kind, one male nurse was very attentive, a friendly housekeeper, the religious coordinator was very good, and two older ladies that worked the front desk in the evening were very helpful. Thank you to those folks because they were the only bright lights in her miserable three month stay. The archdiocese needs to open their eyes and look within that facility. Shame, shame shame on the archdiocese.

Grand Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation: what do users think?
Lisa Ambus: There is very bad do not attend to patience leave patient sitting up room for hours and in the hallway for hours who was supposed to be brought at 12:00 it is now 12:47 and the staff is eating but the clients are not very bad
Daisy Stockett: Would not recommend this facility, miscommunication, unorganized, and wouldn’t grant an appropriate visit for my siblings to my father who has now passed. Lack of care and also lack of compassion. NEVER send your loved one here!
LaCandice Frazier: I use to work here. I actually liked working here. I really liked how the residents dont wear briefs no one have bedsores because of this and its easier to get the job done with just rotating them to change the pad instead of having to fold the brief and doing extra work. The residents wasn't that bad and they have a lot off protection gear to help with the aid of Covid and i actually worked the covid floor and the covid unit it wasn't bad and i didn't contact covid at all and i actually work directly with them and the job is was easier then most nursing homes places that i worked before this. I wish i would've stayed but when i move out of town it was to far but anyways its okay and it don't stink like most nursery homes only thing i didnt like was its in a bad part of town when you go outside for a break you have to watch your self so its on grand where a lot of junkies be at but other then that you will love it if you like people that speak they mind and tell you like it is work here specially if you got a car and pay rate is good.
Beezy 45: Am living hear an do not like it here.. . I'm trying fast to get out of here ...I never lived in one of these an do not plan on now are anytime sooner.. this is a place of hell.. they do not properly help an nurture. It's like dying faster...no complete help more do they treat you correctly... I would rather be at home than hear.. the place has COVID19 real bad an I do not want that I have five children's an they are babies can get sick are afford for them to get sick. I am only here for therapy an now it has became a long journey what do I do to get back home to where I live I don't wanna be here??..
Joycilyn Rozelle: Great staff!
LT Rich: Grand manor was an amazing place before the staff changed. My mother worked here and I can assure you that grand manor is awesome.
Nina North Murphy: Care has plummeted at this facility.
Lavern Ramsey: MY DAD WAS ONLY THERE A SHORT TIME. I WANT TO THANK ALL THE CARING STAFF AND MANAGEMENT FOR THEIR CARING HEARTS AND KINDNESS THEY SHOWED MY DAD.
Tina Summers: From the time my Mom was admitted at Grand Manor, I have seen great improvement in my Mom's overall health. Since being admitted here she hasn't had any hospitalizations. The staff here is very compassionate and eager to accommodate her many needs and requests. My Mom even told me "she's breathing better and eating healthier and now walks over 100ft.! To the Grand Manor family, we love you and we're very grateful for the love you've continue to show us.
Byron Keaton: My grandfather lived here until his passing in 2015! The staff took care og him as if he was family ,and even attended the funeral services. Thank you Grand Manor!
Nikki Robertson: Great loving place
t m: Horrible

Life Care Center of Saint Louis: what do users think?
Jamie Doss: When you have to give your love one a shower/bath cause no one else will! That's terrible. They let him miss his dialysis. More than once!Very unhappy.pluse they didn't even treat bed sores. Nothing written down. I will never have anyone ever go there I know horrible
Tari Cherry: I would like to say “kudos” to the therapy department. They are the best team ever! The first and only team that aggressively hit the floor running which I greatly appreciate. I came, I did therapy and I conquered!!
gina higgins: Wonderful place! Staff is caring and patient, facility is clean and management really cares about the residents.
shelia Hamilton: The place was awesome nursing and nurses aids were great the therapy woman were great they made so you did your therapy .they were great food was also good I would recommend people to Living care.i was very happy thereShelia Hamilton
John Henderson: Food is dry and lacks moisture. Meat is dry like jerky. Nothing to drink but water, unless it's meal time. Some type of sweet drink than. You have no choice on meals.
Mykel Thomas: Horrible experience with my aunt here! DON never available or return calls...second in command the same way. You'd think a ghost runs the place. Upon her (my aunt) leaving and being cleared by her insurance to do so and did, they (her case manager) told the Dr I sign her out before they released her 👀! So many unnecessary lies were told when I have paperwork....I do not recommend this facility! If I could give a half star or none at all I would
Caity Rogers: Seriously, do not go here. A family member was sent here from Slu. It was incredibly difficult to get a hold of people. The front desk would transfer me to the nurses on the floor and no one would answer. Or they said they'd call back and didn't. I was given incorrect or inconsistent information mutiple times. Even just basic information, like visiting hours. They didn't know he had appointments at the hospital that they were supposed to take him to. He wasn't taken to an appointment and it took mutiple phone calls with different employees to figure out what happened and after taking to the doctor their explanation turned out to be incorrect. After a week of calling and talking to mutiple people they told me I wasn't on HIPPA when I should have been. They went on covid lockdown twice while he was there. I dropped off clothing once and sat in the lobby for an hour waiting for an update. Three people went up but no one ever came back down and after the front desk person called up mutiple times, I was told he was fine and resting. He asked mutiple times for a pen and paper and never received it while being there for a few weeks. I even asked the director of nursing to please get him some and I had to drive it over instead.I confirm twice with the social worker the day he was being discharged to pick him up but the nurse staff told him it was a day earlier. It took the nurses hours to figure when he was actually leaving. When picking him up, the person at the front desk was loudly watching a movie on their computer. They said 24 hours after leaving we would get a call for to set up a at home nurse and PT. I was never given the contact information for the home health after being told I would be. They never actually set it up. I called and a Slu employee called mutiple time trying to get the information we needed and we never got a call back.
Fehima Aksamovic: Nice place to work and live also!
Ashley Williams: Father was treated so poorly at this facility, staff so unprofessional and unaware of what they are supposed to be doing…I would never choose this place for anyone
Daisy Stockett: My Dad was placed at this facility about a month ago, I made several attempts to see him every time I came it was unsuccessful! An outbreak of COVID took place or the lady who sets up visitation was unavailable! I have not been able to see him in 3 weeks. Soon after he had to get rushed to SLU hospital due to a bedsore so intense people at the hospital stated it was the size of a gun shot wound! On top of that it has gotten infected and he had loss so much blood he had to get a blood transfusion! I do not believe my dad was being shifted every 2 hours and he has to go through all of this pain and suffering due to neglect!! Would not recommend placing your loved one at this facility!!!!!
Charles Hetrom: Staff was very very nice everything was great. Very nice people great service. Occupational therapy was great. The ladies who did the therapy we're all very nice and considerate would recommend this place to anyone
Mike Hampton: Terrible interaction between doctors and nurses. Only 1 nice nurse that I met.Did not fulfill any of my wishes. They would have to drag me back there.
Stephen Braddock: St Louis Life Care center. Does a good job on(physical @ occupational therapy)a good job with there patents
Tori Gonzalez: I have to give 1 star for a very specific reason. The care was not terrible. They were kind to my 95 year old Grandfather. However as he was being moved around in the facility. The staff had taken his watch and wallet and jewelery and assured us that they were in the safe in his room. After several phone calls and his death only the watch and jewelry surfaced. Never his wallet containing ss#, bank cards, ID, and cash. We were told 4 times his belongings were in the safe. Only to be told that it was given back to him before his passing. Its now disappeared and we haven't gotten one response from the facility regarding this matter. We don't care about the money. We just wanted his personal items returned to his family.
Tony Moore: My mom is here for rehab I have a lot of concerns
Terriah Reklaw: This is my second stay at Lifecare of St. Louis. First stay I left due to the therapy I needed didnot exist yet it was advertised as such. I had other medical issues which were addressed but I still left after a week.On my return visit, where Im presently,I've been here almost 2 weeks. I was told it was a new day with new staff and new management. However I've met many of the same staff who remembered me fondly. The overall care is adequate although I understand I'm not in the hospital and I'm here only for a short stay. The food has something to be desired. The facility is very nice .They've improved the beds since my previous stay. I dont think they're adequately staffed for the number of patients or amount of care needed. I here call buttons going off constantly and IVs sounding both not being answered in a timely manner. Previously I experienced poor bedside manner by CNAs;discussing staff ,patients and personal business right in front of me as if I wasn't there. ,;not so this trip. I'm close to the nurse's station and I do hear it from there. The doctor is the same and makes a visit twice a week but without orders from a doctor here or my own, some nurses aren't making a move. From reading reviews of other Lifecare Centers around the area, this one is about the same. I've always been a bedridden patient so I can only speak on my in room patient care. Finally what therapists I've worked with are great for what they know. Difference between here ,home and the hospital I see them everyday.Bottom line,; HIRE MORE WELL TRAINED STAFF and get a better dietary /nutrition menu and preparation staff..
DaBorah Allen: This place is HORRIBLE ! I do not recommend sending family here . My aunt passed away a few years ago due to an infection that ate her from the outside to the inside and she couldn’t fight it off ... they did not care for her properly nor clean her properly. It didn’t help that she couldn’t talk or anything but make noises .. she use to make a loud moan noise when I left because she hated being there and it was nothing I could do . My family trusted them and they did not make us feel any more secure when we learned the truth behind her health rapidly declining . DO NOT ! I repeat DO NOT send your relatives here ..
Michael Jay Williams: Please what ever you stay away from this place, if you really care about your love ones don’t place them there, they very disorganized, they are liars and they are very rude to the elder people that are in the facility I have witnessed on multiple occasions and I have file a complaint with the state of Missouri I use to be a patient there until today I have to leave because they didn’t pay attention to my allergies as you can see in the picture please stay away from this facility
Crystal Johnson: This facility is Not a good facility to place a love one in. The staff bring their kids to work on Saturdays and they do not take her other patients.
Sheree Leachman: Our family had a very pleasant experience with this facility. My mother received excellent care from the medical staff as well as her rehab. Her normal day to day personal needs were met...she received great personal care as well as medical and physical therapy. The environment was clean and the meals were great! Social activities were available and they made it as enjoyable as i believe was possible. The main thing is that i felt comfortable leaving my mother in their care. Thank you Life Care Center for getting my mom back on her feet. Her special Guardian Angels were Angela Y. Gwen ..Ms. Garrett...Chaz...Kareta ....and Georgia...❤
Brenda Swopes: My mother was there a short time before she pass away the staff made one of the hardest times in my life alot easy and they did everything they could do to accommodate me and my family the and we really appreciate how they took care of our mother doing her last days so Thank You to the staff at Life Care Of Saint Louis

They also help with clothing bus tickets psychiatric help as well as addressing medical issues as well as issues dealing with addiction. Welcome to Watkins definitely would recommend this facility to anyone in need of help.
Terry Steward: I Valerie Rounds rate Queen Of Peace a 0.00 just because their program is very disrespectful far as Staff calling peers dope feens and threatening peers with discharging them and a rude in disrespectful way which is UnprofessionalAnd how far is like the
Jacinta Hall: This was an new situation for meIt has its perks good an badI'ts up to you to get what you need out ofYour treatment the time your there..An it's up to you to want it cold hearted.Don't waste your time if your not sure if you want to be sober to save you..An can't no one make you want it or take it...we Are not 'PERFECT"SO DONT KEEP REVOLVING threw the doors rehabilitation center...You will be wasting you time an taking up space for someone who really wants itHave A GREAT DAY
Tiffinie Raby: Queen of peace saved my life. Best part about it was you dont need insurance!
Tina Guy: Helped me out with my dependency, very thankful for their help
ShoK VipeR: When they do decide to answer, the reception staff has no professionalism, lack of knowledge of anything that involves the building. Hung up on me 4 times asking questions regarding my son, not about his mother thats a patient. Just where I need to go to pick him up. Simple. Pretty much, where is the front door? *click* such arrogance. This happened months ago. It's just still on my mind how unhelpful they are.
Rebecca Machiran: Queen of Peace SAVED MY LIFE! They have great staff who work hard to make sure you have a place to go once you're done with inpatient. They make sure you get any legal issues worked on. They do whatever they can to make sure you start putting your life back in order. Beth was my CSS counselor and she is hands down the best! She was there for me every step of the way. They let you keep your kids there in inpatient. They have daycare. And they take in pregnant women immediately. I Have nothing but good things to say about them. They are wonderful and I don't know where I would be without their support, probably dead. It wasn't always easy, but if you put in the work, it WILL WORK.
Daniel: I had a business relationship with QoP as a contract vendor. Very poor communication from leadership, poor follow-through and execution on agreed upon terms, and very slow to issue payment. It's disappointing when nonprofits with a crucial mission lack effective management controls and leadership.
Carrie Francis: Helps tremendously!
Danaya Kates: They kick you out for nothing. The dont help you. Some of the staff help you best way they can. Other try living hard. When have problems with staff dont help you. When put out they dont help you. You are on own.
Natalie Vivian: It helps with my addiction
Dorothy Crawford: I worked here for over 25years as, a Registered Nurse and Director of Health Services and found it to be a most gratifying job to see the women change their lives.
Kassandra Kramer: Not only do they get drug help but they also allow your kids to b there. They help with apartments and jobs and help to keep your kids with u
Gloria Franke: It was the best thing that ever happened to me. That was 3 1/2 yrs ago and I'm still clean.
Alyce Woods: This program had been a great influence in my life all staff work with. What you put into your program goes according to what you want in life and the staff support you. That goes along way in recovery. I thank God daily for Queen of Peace!!!!!!!!

Beauvais Rehab and Healthcare Center: what do users think?
Eli Kamins: Best facility ever! Would place my loved one here any time. Management is great and staff really cares.
Nicolee Uniquee: The SLUM OF THE SLUM !!!! Never and I mean never will I ever recommend someone to work there !!! WORKERS ON LAZY THEY LEAVE THE RESIDENTS TOTALLY Saturated !!! With urine and BM left on the the whole night and half of the whole day !!!!! They’ll leave off the floor for HOUUUURS !!! Residents falling no one !!! Clearly not caring !!!! This would be the last place I would recommend anyone to put their love on in !!! TRUTHFULLY THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN
Sanaa G.: Wanted to like the place, but the facility is very disorganized and the lady who handles the staffing is extremely rude and unprofessional. She yelled at me when I told her I had Covid symptoms and threatened me because I couldn’t come in. Always seem to be understaffed which is pretty common in nursing homes, but no one asked me about my availability or what days I could & couldn’t work, apparently they just tell you the next time you come in for the next shift? which doesn’t make sense. Schedules need to be discussed with employees & not thrown up at the last minute, not my responsibility to fill in gaps because you don’t have enough staff on the weekends! Just an overall shady facility. The nurse I orientated with was asleep and having me do her work for her. I’ve had my fair share of nursing homes but this one had to be the worst experience. Wouldn’t put a family member in this facility!
Kristin Goldsborough: Extreme mistreatment of patients. Keep your loved ones safe by keeping them far away from here.
FluffyPinkPsycho !: Worse staff imaginable they don’t communicate. They don’t give messages to loved ones. And their rules change per staff member. Went to visit a loved one and that morning rules changed about when and where I could visit them from the previous visits. Just nasty temperaments from all staff. Seen some nasty homes in my time but this is by far the WORST!
Kelsey: I understand facilities are state funded and they honestly don't get much, but the staff are so unprofessional and the company who bought the facility only care about numbers. You need to start from the bottom and fix it, from personal experience do not send your family members here.
Daren Hammer: We took a tour of this facility and it was very clean and smelled nice. The staff was super friendly and willing to answer all my questions. 10/10
WonderWoman: The owners, doctors and staff of Beauvoir Rehab and Healthcare, should be ashamed of themselves. My mother stayed in this “nursing home” for rehab, she had to learn to walk again. she was there for no long than three weeks. This “nursing home” is the definition of inhumane. My mother wasn’t given her meds regularly , wasn’t given a bath or shower regularly, the “nutritional food” that was on the menu to be served… chopped up hotdogs with spaghetti sauce or cereal with spoiled milk.. very nutritious! The last straw was when the staff was told that my mother had to use the bathroom at 3pm, she was told it was shift change so she had to wait, then she was told by a nurse 30 minutes later that wasn’t one of her rooms and walked away. 830pm an aide had to clean my mother up because not a single nurse showed any interest in helping their patients. When the nurse finally showed up, she told my mother she couldn’t help her because she was doing paperwork!! 5 1/2 hrs my mother had to sit in her own mess. Inhumane! The owners, doctors and nursing do not care about our loved ones. Please do not let this happen to anyone you know… from loved one to enemies!
Sara Azar: Really spacious facility with a great rehab team!
Cinna: My moms been here a few weeks on the special care unit and I have nothing but good things to say so far. The staff ranges from average to very good. I’ve been there when meals are served and they are good and nutritious- my mom had pasta, garlic bread, salad, and strawberry jello the other day. The nurse named Amanda is always on top of things and there are multiple nursing assistants who you can easily tell care about the residents. They are short staffed like almost every facility is anymore but staff works hard to make sure things are right. No place is going to be perfect but I’m impressed with the care my mom is receiving and happy she’s here.
Esti Klein: Beauvais Rehab has treated my loved one with ultimate care and respect. In a day and age like today, it is hard to come across a rehab that truly cares for the individual, and uses many resources to create such a pleasant atmosphere. For example, Beauvais uses diffusers to create a pleasant aroma - a small act that goes a long way!
Kim Wakefield: My MIL is here for rehabilitation. They won't give her her meds and they don't serve nutritious meals. She doesn't have a working call button and her fan went out and they did nothing to fix it. While my MIL was in the COVID wing, they had no problem giving her one of her meds but now that she has been transferred to a different room that's not in the COVID wing, all of a sudden they no longer have that specific med. The staff does NOT admit when they could be wrong about something regarding their clients.
Avigayil Weiss: Start practicing how to spell "Beauvais" because you're going to be thrilled here 😊! Kind and caring staff, great care!
Melissa Marqua: Father passed away on hospice there and they stole all of his money and belongings.
Sharolyn Jenkins: This place is HORRIBLE the Nurse and Tech are LAZY they in and out all night long. Nobody around at night.....Please don't come here
Eulonda Hamm: great teamwork and the admissions team rock!!!!!
Grace Rone: The staff are dedicated and caring.
Kendra Collins: Beauvais is such a great facility. There are endless activities and they have such a phenomenal and caring therapy and nursing team.
Trina Jackson: PLEASE !! don't bring your love one here. My Mother was not even here a whole month . They was killing her of Dehydration. And this happen February 2022 . I had to bring water and food for her , And the administration had the nerve to say we dont leave water out for patients because of covid . So why is that we call for someone and they never show up. So that mean all man for themselves
Miyoshi Lewis: I am highly satisfied with the changes at this location! The D.O.N.is really turning things around here and I appreciate it so much! My family and I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank You Shonta!
Earlene Thomas: i have worked at a few nursing facilities in Saint Louis MO, and by far this is the best one. i appreciate that there are no smells throughout the facility, everyone is happy and up beat and there is always some kind of laughter in the building. I am here for as long as they want me... :-)

St. Louis Place Health and Rehabilitation: what do users think?
erlane taylor: No where for loved one period.
Darryl Howard: Worst place ever to put someone in that you care about. My brother was there a month with only minimum therapy done (15mins a week……maybe) because they only had one staff member. Whenever family would visit we had to get a aid to come clean him which he is supposed to be checked every two hours. We moved him to another location & he’s already showing improvement
Hannah Buescher: my uncle went here and i was super happy with the way he was treated! the caregivers were very consistent and caring. the environment was very positive and comforting. i would definitely recommend st. louis hospital to a loved one!
Sweetpea Knight: I having the worst experience because my mother is there and she recieveing very poor quality care from this facility if you want you love one to survive get them out cuss in the they will never get the care they need
Matthew Helton: I was a resident their for only a month and a half and while I was their I wasn’t treated very good it took forever for an aid to come to my room they never bathed me and when I was in the hospital they took most of my belongings and said they couldn’t find them my name was on them and they was clean so why was they lost and my personal wheelchair they said they couldn’t find it well why was it lost it shouldn’t have ever been touched I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and when I had to go to the bathroom they said helped my roommate and told me I had to wait for them to pass out treys it took 30 minutes for them to put me on a bed pan they took all my clothes and the food was horrible for dinner one night we was served a salad and mashed potatoes while the People in their rooms had that plus chicken that’s unfair. And when I went to the hospital they told me I couldn’t come back and when my uncle went to get my things half of my belongings was missing I’ll tired of this happening to me I spent a lot of money on this stuff I don’t recommend this place to anyone because of your white you’re treated differently and I’m not racist it upsets me to have to post this but I think others should know about this place and it took forever to get anything for pain I am An amputy with both legs missing I should’ve been treated differently and treated better than I was.
Beatrice Westfall: The people were warm, friendly and helpful. When ever I came to see my Aunt Maratha she was happy. I could tell the people cared about her recovery. That helped to make her recovery go much faster. She has been in a few care facilities, from DesPars in Ballwin to Delmar Gardens in Chesterfield. This was the best care for her both physically and emotionally. And believe me she would let me know. This was the first time she was in a care facility and was not unhappy or complaining about her care. Thank you for making her stay as painless as possible.
Hub Terry: Neglectful of patients, serves cold food & patient doesn’t get bath
Ann Friend: I moved my Mother in a couple of months ago. She had a bad experience with the previous nursing home she was in. She is doing much better. I feel that she is being looked after. She no longer complains about food, inattention to her needs. They staff seem to work as a team. There is always someone to answer the phone. If my Mother needs anything I can call the nurses station and they go check on her. The place is under renovation at this time and under new management.
Scott Phares: I’ve been very pleased with the nursing care and customer service at St Louis Place! Barry, Sean, and the nursing team go above and beyond!
dave murphy: This is easily the best North County Nursing home. The staff is friendly and caring. And the place is clean.
Melvin Lee: The time I came I was assigned to therapy. I'm using my hand again since therapy services and couldn't when I first came.
courtney verges: My stay at St.louis place has been great
Michael Harris: Well I was really amazed with the staff and the staff worked hard and the therapy staff were kind and helpful. Therapy was very patient and helped me regain my strength.
wayne West: My time here has been good. I have good care and therapy services are good. Also the young lady Ralonda has been of great help to me. She checks on us everyday and finds a way to get things done for us residents. Thank you SLP.
Y B: Do not EVER bring or leave a loved one at this facility. I thought I had seen bad facilities a few years ago, but this is one of the worst places for so-called care and rehabilitation. My ‘Godmother’ was there early this month and she could walk out of the facility with any adult without the request of ID or verification of relationship to patient. She was exposed to COVID with a temporary roommate placed in her room. The hallway was often cluttered and on one visit had water on floor for hours, presenting a hazard for all persons coming or going. The room floors were sticky and weren’t mopped for nearly 2 weeks as noted in photo. I stood at nurses station for several minutes without being greeted while personnel talked about their personal business. Then to top it off, Administers had the audacity to block or delay her leaving with family when we had a safer place for her to go! They seem to be all about the money with very little care for the people. JUST DON’T DO IT - STAY AWAY!
Randy Terry: I have nothing but great things to say about the employees there. they are very helpful kind courteous And very polite
sha mic: This place does not even deserve one star. They are rude, they are of no help to anyone. They do not take care of the patients, They just want the body there to collect money. the staff is no capable of doing this job. I will be calling Medicare about this place. I have a relative in there that they have ignored and do not try to help at all. It is sad that they call their selves rehabilators, because they are not. Health? What a joke there to, they do not care about their health either. Yes I am going to report this place to every senior avenue I can. It should not be in business. SAD SAD SAD This is how are elderly is treated now.
shirley byrd: This is the worst place I have ever seen my family member was neglected her bandages were not changed everyday she was in filth now she is septic from infection they lied and said she was on Antibiotics that was not true then when I wanted to send her out they put her on quarantine saying she had something that I knew she did not because she was already tested for it everyday I had to ask them to change her so finally I start doing it myself I ttalked to every dept head and nothing resolved one employee smacked her they are short staffed with 1 aid to 28 patients at minimum they need to be shut down and everyday they are adding more patients they do not care and are not caring for them
Gina Oliver Wildgrube: The facility was very clean and the staff very helpful.
Darron Sargent: I was treated very kindly
Cynthia Anderson: I visited the St Louis Place on 11/24/2021. My Sister in Christ is a resident there. I was welcomed at the front door by the receptionist. She provided assistance with the sign in and visitor process. My hands were full so she typed the information for me.I was really impressed with the physical layout of the center. The hub is in the center and the wards extend out from there. The center was clean and no fowl order was detectable. The staff was professional dressed and efficient.I have spoken to MS. Carla Wilson by phone and was happy to meat her personally.I enjoyed my visit. I look forward to revisiting.
