Copier Copier: What a great company! Solved all of our needs!
Bill Thompson: This review is tremendously overdue. A couple of months ago, I had a problem with a folding machine I had bought from Coast To Coast 7 years previously. I did not have a maintenance agreement. But, they sprang into action. I didn't get a repair technician at my business a couple days later. He walked in the SAME day and just a few HOURS after my call. Professional, efficient and effective, my folding machine was back to working normally. The charge for this service call was worth every penny. I could not have been more grateful. Coast To Coast is the ONLY office equipment you need to call. They truly know the definition of customer service. Find out for yourself. You'll never look back and never have a reason to call anyone else in the industry.
Jeremy B: Called to get pricing to repair my document feeder on my printer and told them what the issue was. Gave me a simple fix over the phone and it worked. No charge. I initially asked about their pricing and it's a little higher than some others I called but maybe you get what you pay for.

Larry C: We were part of their program went fine as long as we stayed on their maint program. Anytime we dropped off our machine would immedatly have issues. I believe they are controlling these wifi machines causing them to disfunction when not on program.
Brooke Tvrdik: Saw one of their business cars driving 20 over the speed limit. Not a good look for the company.
Sunil Gill: Once you give them business they will leave you stranded. Buy new machines mean new business they will give you good service. After sale service is terrible beyond limits. Stay away you can have your apps running better without them, with them they won't work at all because now you can't even update by yourself anymore and they are never available.

The Konica-Minolta color copiers we've leased from them are workhorses. I've used several different major brands of copiers over the past 25 years and have never seen this level of quality and durability. When they do require service, SumnerOne is on it fast with very professional service techs. These techs not only take care of the immediate problem, but they PM the systems to take care of any other issues that might be coming up in the near future. Because they do this, I don't place nearly the number of service calls as I used to on previous vendors equipment. Finally, our rep Kati does a fantastic job getting us the equipment and services that we need. I highly recommend SumnerOne.

Greg Benken: My company has asked NSC many times over the last several years to diagnose laser printer problems and repair them. They have always informed us of the cost before making the repairs and have a tremendous amount of knowledge to share about laser printers.
michael strauss: Totally dissatisfied with my experience. I dropped of an Epson 2200 printer with seven new full ink cartridges which I had just purchased at a cost of $105. I asked to have the ink jets cleaned and checked as the yellow and magenta were not printing. I was told there would be a $95 service charge plus any parts that may be needed. I had no problem with the $95 service charge. What I did and do have a problem with is the technician calling me and telling me that he tried to clean the heads and ran a deep cleaning cycle 10-12 times before determining that the heads needed to be replaced but were no longer available from the manufacturer. Running the cycle that many times completely depleted all eight cartridges. Even Epson web site recommends against running a deep cleaning more than 4-5 times as it becomes counterproductive. Had I known he would deplete the inks, I would not have bothered to have the printer serviced. When I voiced my displeasure at paying $95 just to have all my inks depleted, I was told that they always use a lot of ink when cleaning a printer. I feel if they're going to charge $95 just to examine the printer they should at least inform the customer that they may get a printer back that no longer has any ink. Two star because woman at the front desk was polite.
