He understands, that as a nonprofit agency, we pride ourselves on stewarding the donations we receive to the best of our ability. During one of Jay's normal client check-ins, which many businesses do not do unless it's a national customer, I mentioned that our company recently experienced (unprecedented for a nonprofit) organizational growth, so we needed to upgrade one of our copiers. Jay didn't recommend massive equipment that we didn't need, but he presented options that ensured our organization will have the appropriate bells and whistles within in our budget. Mark Bult: Called them to see if they could help reset a password on an office laser printer (Xerox) and Murv in the Service Dept was extremely helpful. Would have walked me through how to do it with software myself over the phone, but I didn't have the proper hardware for it. He came out and had it fixed in under an hour.Friendly, professional, and diligent. I'll call Quantum again for my printer repair needs.

I our situation and that we needed some repairs as soon as possible. They sent over a Service Technician who inspected the equipment and provided us an estimate for the repairs. After reviewing the estimate, we approved the repairs, and Imagenet was able to get us back up and running the next day.Because of their quick assistance and professionalism, we will definitely call them going forward for any of our hardware or software needs.
