Fresh Pasture Farms: what do users think?
Paul Paxton: Love the home grown, family atmosphere, and knowing where my food is coming from. No antibiotics, no growth hormones, just fresh raised food! Wonderful family and a great product. Highly recommend stopping in to say Hi to Wade, Jamie, or Nolan. Nolan was a big fan of my daughter and wanted to show her the baby pigs!!!
Erin Poettker: Are you tired of eating stringy, rubbery chicken from the grocery store? I know I was. I have been searching for a while for a local chicken resource so I could stop buying inedible chicken, and Fresh Pasture Farms has made my dreams for succulent, tender chicken come true! Yes, it is expensive, but you get what you pay for. I will never buy meat from the store again!
Brooke Mitchell: Wonderful local business! We enjoy getting fresh produce and popcorn from them! They always do pop ups at the farmers market, local events, etc. Check them out!
Gerri Archambault: Very nice staff. Great, fresh food.
E C: Great food, helpful staff, easy to find.
John Cline: These folks are stellar. Take great care of their animals and just want to offer a good product to folks. Down to earth farmers and easy to talk with and relate to. Highly recommend.
Tom Gargiula: We have been going to Fresh Pasture Farms for years. This is the only place we buy our eggs and meats from. We have always valued what and how we feed our family. We are so grateful that the FPF family cares so much about quality and doing what is natural and right. God Bless!!!
Nathan Belt: Amazing grass fed, pasture raised livestock. This is premium, clean meat so expect to pay for it. I highly recommend this family business. And they love to show you around!
Manuel Montalvo: Great products at a reasonable price. The drive is fun, the entrance to the place is gorgeous. You can see the animals living a happy life.
Rochelle: If you aren't rich, don't shop here. Fresh Thyme is more cheap. It cost me $90 dollars for 2 whole chickens and a turkey. I won't go back, don't care if its the best meat on the planet.
Suzanne Rice: THE best selection of clean meats and more. GREAT selection of raw clean goodies to add to your dog's raw food diet. The best turkey and chicken bones to make bone broth. The owners are always so pleasant to deal with. It's a trip I look forward to. If you follow them on Facebook you learn about regenerative farming.
Craig Melrose: Love this place!!!
Phil Bischoff: Best local place to buy meat from. I like to know my farmers, and where the meat is coming from. Great product, I won't buy meat from anyone else.
Allison Frentzel: Love this family owned and operated farm. They maintain an open door policy for walking the farm and seeing the animals during their store hours. The farm to table transparency is one of a kind. Our family regularly purchases the pasture raised eggs, pork, and chicken cuts. A bit on the pricey side, but the difference speaks for itself!
Amanda Scherbakoff: A gorgeous family owned and operated establishment. They let us wander around the property and observe the ducks, chickens, and pigs. We purchased steak, eggs, and bacon from their store, all tasted absolutely amazing! A great service to the community.
Sandra Krupp: Absolutely the worst experience ever. Went on walking tour. Bought 10 dozen pullet eggs and ordered a 22-24 lb Turkey to be picked up in November. We were supposed to get an email to remind us of p/u. Never Got a email. Called today and spoke with Sandy who swears a email was sent. Then was told to come and get a frozen one. I said I didn’t want or order a frozen one. Was then told well what were you going to do with it put it in the freezer!!! I said why would I pay $80.00 for a frozen Turkey when I can get one at Schnucks for .29/lb. I then said I guess I’m out my $20.00 deposit Sandy said guess so looks that way. After arguing she said I’ll talk to my son. My phone died I called back and explained that I deliberately ordered a 22-24 lb Turkey because I have 30 people coming to my house and she again insinuated I was a liar and said they didn’t take orders for sizes of turkeys!!!! NEVER trust these people especially Sandy!!!
M Yingling: As I sit here snacking on the last of the giblets from the 2 turkeys we brined & smoked this weekend, it's easy for me to give this family enterprise a 5+ rating.I grew up with rangeland livestock and know what it takes to raise healthy and content animals. From the time you drive in the Fresh Pasture lane to when you finish the last of the bird, you will enjoy the quality product that only comes from hands-on comittment.I'll be back next year.
Cheri Koene: Fresh Pasture Farms has the best selection of meat eggs honey and vegetables. Their prices are very competitive to the grocery store and definitely worth the effort.
Theresa Williams: Only place I will go to purchase my food!!
Starla Appel: Healthy animals, fantastic alternative to the store bought frozen big chain meats. Friendly owners, knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you FPF!
Ben Jarrett: Great place!

Wendy Solis: Very nice
Nicholas Pavelka: The Clydesdale tour is definitely worth it
Mary Gretzschel: Always a fun place to visit with the whole family.
JR Hooks: A family friendly attraction. You must pay to park.
Anna Carpenter: So much fun for the whole family! Rich history and now a place to eat, drink, and interact with some animals! Admission is free but parking is $19 ($16 if purchased in advance). Some activities cost extra, for example milk and food for the goats is $2 each. There is a room for babies including a couple private nursing rooms which was great! A tram takes you to the main area and they are able to take wagons/strollers.
Sphaleritee Es: Great for people who love animals. So many to see! Those obese goats have to be animal abuse or something though.
Wind Napol: Free admission, 2 free beer per visit, only have to pay $19/ vehicle for parking. Wow what a deal. Staff were all friendly and energetic. It’s a good 2 hours spent in grant farm. Many things to learn. And kids get to see real animals. The farm was well maintained. All animals look happy and healthy. And those Clydes dales were Gorgeous and magnificent.
Kysha Kolhouse: Not much to do. But it's fun to bottle feed the goats and birds!
Greatness GodSaidIt: Such a beautiful place!
Sheila Hester: Had a wonderful time a beautiful place. .
Ginger Phillips: Beautiful place. However when we asked about the Clydesdale we were not told the barn closed at 5. We would of gone there first. The tram ride was nice but they would not stop so we could pictures. Also they could of informed us that we had to catch the tram back at the eating area. We walked all the way to the front only to walk back to the eating area to exit. The staff does not share information. I doubt if I will visit again.
Tufan Erdogdu: Perfect place to visit if you are traveling and stopping by St. Louis. The farm is an amazing place for your kids.
Hope Dungan: It was ok but they didn’t talk to us or tell us anything about anything. The parking was $19 but it was free to get in but nothing else was free inside.
Lee Combs: Good but music was very loud

Larry Knight: Always a great time and place to go with family
Shay Scurlock: My kids had an absolute blast.! Even the ppl there r so friendly.! N there's a snow cone stand right up the street, so it's like a perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend
TheCatsMeow PrettyHorses: This Farm is very nice however I do worry about the animals the horses are in Barns as well as the cows it looks like the animals don't have a whole lot of room to run around but I am hoping it's only temporary while open because the outdoor area is very small for a cow and a horse however I can't assume anything so I'm hoping it's just temporary other than that it's a very nice place to visit and I definitely want to come back when I'm on vacation again
