T: Ordered two pepperoni pizza melts for me & a friend who never had one before. I was telling him how good they are and that he needed to try it so I ordered one for him. He went inside and picked up the melts for us and when we got back to my house and I opened the box and looked at them I knew I noticed that they didn’t look like they normally do. The crust seemed like it was made with thin crust pizza dough because it was very hard, crunchy and disgusting! On top of that it was hardly any cheese inside of it. Worst melt I’ve ever had! Wasn’t even edible. We threw them in the trash and the store closed 5 minutes after we picked them up so we couldn’t call or go back to get a refund so I wasted my money! Never will go to the Lindell location ever again

Michele Williams: I ordered a Pepperoni Lover's Pizza with stuffed crust. The Pizza I received resembled a regular pepperoni pizza. It was not overflowing with pepperoni by any means. The crust was also half-full of cheese which made it limp. Lastly, it was so greasy as if someone had poured a bottle of vegetable oil all over it. I will not patronize this location again. I will stick to the location on Hampton.

They were rude and didn't even give me any dipping sauce for the breadsticks or cinnamon sticks. The cheese was barely melted. I paid $50 to be stuck in the bathroom. Either they dint wash their hands or they don't hold their food at proper Temps. Either way, if I could give negative stars, I would. I will never eat at another Pizza Hut. Fu☆king FOUL.

Thus the now rare and soon to be non-patronage .

I got the food but she never credited me my money back. I got the food so I shouldn't complain about paying but if you don't plan on following through on a promise don't make the promise. I will never go back. When I got there the person in charge was yelling and carrying on. Just a horrible experience.

We always order the deal of a large 3 topping over the phone for the last few years and have never had trouble. Now the manager tells us to go online only. The online app gave us MULTIPLE complications. It then had a minimum $ delivery fee, when just 2 weeks ago we were able to order over the phone without the minimum delivery fee.

The staff is attentive, down to drivers that care enough to tell you when they think your doorbell may be malfunctioning. Food quality is great, and the closest to classic Pizza Hut I’ve had I years. Accuracy has been spot on as well.Original review from 2019:Horrific hygiene here. Came in to pick up my order and watched the line cook prepping pizzas with no gloves, then use a broom or mop in the area, then go right back to using the unwashed and ungloved hands to make pizzas, gripping crusts and toppings with their now horribly contaminated hands. When I pointed this out to the girl at the counter she said it was because they “have a full screen tonight”. Disgusting and definitely a violation of corporate and state food handling/safety guidelines. Needless to say I didn’t pay for or take my order.

They wouldn't release my pizza because they were having trouble with their computer system and took somebody off the pizza line just to try to make them come up and fix the computer system when legitimately my food was ready and paid for already. The cold pizza was the final straw.

Rachella Jackson: This raiting in solely base off my order place on 05/04/23.I really hate that I used my points (300) to be exact for that dry overcooked thin crust pizza.The pizza we ordered was very dry. And they overcooked the thin crust we had received. In addition, I did not specify for my food to be left at the door on the floor. The person knocked on the door then immediately left the food on the floor. I opened the door in about 5 seconds after he knocked and by that time my food was on the floor and he walked clean away and got back in his vehicle.

Everything is always very fresh and tasty. We usually get delivery and recently it's been really quick and the food is extremely hot and fresh - we do live ~7 minute drive from the store. The wings we got tonight were the best ever and they were crispy, saucy and tender.I will also say this and intend it as a compliment - a while back, delivery drivers for the store were in short supply. A delivery order was taking a little longer than usual. I called to check on the order. Manager politely explained that delivery would be extended delay and invited me to pick up order and provided adequate consideration (refund of delivery fees, etc.). This Pizza Hut restaurant "gets it" and provides great food and service!

HRCSWM 10261973: The other night I placed a delivery. As usual, I received a text that it’s on its way. They are only 5 minutes from my house. Twenty minutes goes by after that text and still didn’t get my order. I called them and only to find out that their delivery goes thru Doordash. Therefore, it’ll take longer. So that’s the last time I’ll be doing delivery. I saw so many bad reviews about Doordash. So for now on, I’ll do pick up instead of delivery.
L B: Our experience has always been great with this place. We live close by and pick up, so our pizza is always hot. Since I’m mostly vegan, they will custom make mine with veggies and no cheese. It would be great if they kept up with the times and offered more veggie toppings, but that’s my only complaint.

AJ's Fitness: Pizza was over cooked. Cheese dried up. Also wings were not fresh and crispy. Soggy n old lookingAnother occassion: When I received my pizzas, all 3 boxes were flattened and upon opening, all 3 pizzas had ranch dressing that spilled inside. Still don't know how that happened. I had to try to wipe ranch dressing from the bottom of all 3 pizzas. The last few times I ordered delivery has been awful, with one time my food being left outside on the ground!

Saw many other patrons especially Door Dash drivers get their orders. After several minutes, the clerk noticed me fuming and went back to check on order. Didn't find out until several minutes later in between other customers that there was a problem. Not sure if it was misplaced or someone else got it, but the clerk had put in a new pizza to be made. I was livid, mainly because he didn't indicate to me there was a problem. Had I known, it wasn't ready I would have asked for a refund and went elsewhere. But now he committed me to waiting. 25 minutes later finally got my pizza...without even an apology. Not going here again.
JinJ Ministry: Manager drinks on the job clearly because I heard them talking about taking shots out of condiment cups... thought it was a joke until I actually SAW the manager take one.... reeks of a distillery and I watched him get in the face of one of his employees and physically threaten him!!!! What kind of manager does that?!!!! He needs to be fired and thrown in jail!!! NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN and the store needs to be reported!!!
