Monalisa Hayes: I tried to order through the app but it was malfunctioning so it directed me to call in my order and I did. I placed my order for curbside delivery on the passenger side. I was sent a text to say text "here" upon my arrival at the store. When I got to the store I texted to let them know I was here. Then I received a text stating that my order was ready and someone would be out in a minute so they set the 2mi.n guarantee timer. The next text I get said sorry for the inconvenience in not making the 2 min guarantee and that I would receive an email with a code for a free pizza. I waited 20 more mins and still hadn't received my order so I called the store to let them know I was still waiting for my order. I was told that they didn't receive my order because it would have flashed once I checked in. I preceded to tell the lady about the texts I received but she was insistent that they didn't receive my order. But then she says someone would bring me my order right out. Now I'm wondering if you didn't get my order then how was you going to bring it to my car. I can't tell you how frustrating this experience was. They didn't offer any apologies nor any discount and to top it off I didn't get any points for the order. I reached out to corporate and they claim they couldn't find my order so I sent them my receipt that's when they gave my points but no discount off my order. I won't ever patronize that Domino's on lindell voce in st. Louis. They have the worst customer service. And besides the tots i ordered were soggy, salty and cold and the salad wilted. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽😱

Donna Evans: We were in St. Louis this weekend for a dance competition and stayed at courtyard Marriott downtown St. Louis. It was 9:30 on Saturday night the 22nd that we ordered pizza delivery to the hotel. It was over 2 hours before it arrived. I called multiple times to check on the order or after it got so late to cancel it as everyone was tired and going to bed. There was never any one that answered. So most of a 40 dollar order was thrown away.
Tim Towers: If I could give 0 stars, rdered their medium 2 topping pizzas for $6.99 each, paid for pan dough on one and got an uncooked or old dough, nearly thin crust pizza. Brought it back to the store and the manager just kept repeating "that's just how our pan is", then ignored me to help the customer behind me. After he's done helping that customer, he tells me I can order it again to get it fixed, then just walks away. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at this location and I'll never be back

Perry Smothers: I've been going to this location for a while now and always have a good experience. I always submit my order online and pickup at the store, using curbside delivery if possible, which, along with that 2 minute guarantee, is a game changer. The pizza is consistently good and it's ready in about 10 min or so. I'd also like to give a special shout out to Ed, who often brings the pizza out to my car. He always has a friendly and positive attitude and calls me by my name. The service is noticed and appreciated. Give him a raise :D If management is reading this, I have only one suggestion. In my opinion, the pizzas should have more sauce. I choose the option for extra sauce when ordering to compensate, but still seems like that gets overlooked. Maybe people don't often choose that. Other places I go, the amount of sauce is fine, I don't need to ask for extra. Other than that, very happy customer! Thanks!

Abby Nelson: Have had a few (only bad) experiences here. Unfortunately we are naive and kept trying again but will not any longer. The problem with this store, well one problem as we have experienced many, is the continuous lack of any communication. Despite app or website or horrible customer service reps (Scott Smith) - stating to call store with issues , they will never answer calls and then said reps won’t do anything to help even when proven their store is severely lacking. They do not update tracker, ETA is 90% time incorrect, they occasionally deliver the entire wrong person order to your home, usually always forget sauces you’ve paid for but you will not be refunded , or you can not get a hold of a single member from the team and will be on hold the entirety of your extended wait that you would’ve rather cancelled. We have been duped at least three times by this store and we won’t use again. Most recently from the lack of any acknowledgement from customer support of how terrible their store is.

Domino’s preaches quality and convenience yet hires employees and creates establishments that do not reflect the companies ideals. I’m sorry Domino’s , but less is more. Shamoneece Mills: ZERO STARS is what they deserve! I ordered pickup last week and called to tell them it was not hot. The cheese was not even gooey as it is when it’s hot. It was as if it had been a previous order that did not get fulfilled. Also I ordered extra sausage but it was just the regular serving of sausage; no extra meat at all.A man answered and said he was the manager so I told him the whole story. He then put me on hold and a lady picks up and proceeds to ask me to tell her my story AGAIN. I asked what’s going on, he didn’t say he was getting another person to whom I needed to tell the whole story to, etc. The lady sounded frustrated and cut me off stating “I don’t know, you’ll just have to tell me again”. If course this upset me so I asked her why/how is she a Mgr but cutting me off as I vent. She RUDELY said, “well ma’am you’re just repeating yourself”. So yeah, now I’m yelling “IM REPEATING MYSELF CAUSE YOURE CUTTING ME OFF”. She proceeds to talk over me and so I cussed her out and hung up. So my pizza isn’t what it’s supposed to be plus I had to be talked over and not even have my complaints heard! NEVER AGAIN will I support this business. Apparently they don’t care about keeping customers. If these two are the owners then they are NOT GONNA BE IN BUSINESS FOR LONG with this type of customer service.

If I wanted to pick it up, I wouldn't have selected delivery and paid extra to do so. I was offered nothing else for compensation. Contacting a manager has proved difficult as they don't answer their phones. I had to contact another store to get the corporate number which was also useless, directing me to a website. I filled out their form and am waiting to be contacted. It's been two days. I spend (spent) alot of money at Domino's but they've likely lost a customer forever after this.Edit: After this review they offered me a whole $5 credit, to be redeemed by phone at the store THAT I CAN'T CONTACT. Needless to say $5 doesn't cover the delivery charge, let alone the tip I paid the driver. It also didn't cover my gas that I spent going to and from the store. And that doesn't even touch on the fact that I waited TWO HOURS for my food.I'm done with Domino's, especially the Chippewa store. Avoid at ALL COSTS.Oh and their employees also weren't wearing gloves when they prepped the food. 🤷‍♀️

Cheryl Frazier: I am mad that I had to give them a one they don’t deserve that one star. I am so darn frustrated bought two pasta primavera and two spicy pineapple jalapeños chicken boneless chicken. The pasta literally had maybe six pieces of spinach each and one had two mushrooms and the other had one very small one. The chicken was cooked to the point it was very dried out one step from being burnt. I guess they think that money grow on trees or their food is very cheap. I called to speak with manager and held the phone for countlessminutes until they closed for the night. They can’t give me free pizza or anything else from this location. Lewis and Clark location. I will call the corporate office bright and early I want our $30+ back. I love it when they play the let me sit and wait game. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and will definitely get a resolution to a major problem. To the manager you need to upgrade your management skills.

This Domino's has improved greatly over the years, as we've lived in the neighborhood since 2000.In addition to technological (great app) and menu (pan pizza) upgrades, the people working here are genuinely trying to do a good job. Most negative circumstances happen on very busy (superbowl) or understaffed (snow) nights...so plan on being disappointed if you're in that boat. On nearly every recent "normal" occasion, they deliver excellent pizza for very reasonable prices.Three tips: Be sure to use their coupons, sign up for frequent pizza club for free pizza, and only order the pan pizza, which is so much better than the other options. One of our favorite options is pan pizza with bacon and chicken, using ranch for the sauce (no tomato); it's fantastic.

Called Preston the manager and as soon as I said my food was unacceptable he put me on hold without even telling me or explaining why and left me to sit until I hung up and refuses to answer the phone. It switches over to their call center who cannot help me and transfers me back to the store who does not answer.

I'd ordered pizzas for my son's birthday party online 3 days prior, and 40 minutes before they were supposed to be delivered, the manager called me saying he couldn't deliver them for 7 hours after I'd requested them because of a driver shortage. 7 hours?! The manager did nothing about the inconvenience (not even a "sorry for the inconvenience"). We ended up having two people leave the party to go pick them up and they still weren't done even though THAT was 30 minutes later and he said they'd be done 15 minutes before they actually arrived. I will never order from here again.

Darin Schneider: Imagine walking into a place and 4 of the 5 employees look up to acknowledge you,maybe even one says hello. Not here. Stuck behind some dolt asking 40 questions about their chicken topping, Gotta wait your turn. after about 7 minutes later-I see cars pulling up to a window and 2 guys are handing out pizzas. I don’t go here so I don’t know the routine of Domino’s. I announced to the 2 guys at the window that “I’m here to just pick up an order.” While chicken Lady launched into another barrage of questions. I met the eye of one of the two guys at the window-so-I knew they heard me. Finally the lady leaves. SHE NEVER EVEN PLACED AN ORDER. And the one guy at the window waits for her to exit the door and then looks my way and asks “did you say you were picking up?” I guess he thought that was funny. I waved him off and when the beleaguered guy at the register asked my name I just gave him the order number. I don’t usually buy Dominos. I guess I remember why now. Dominos pizza is pretty good but pick a different location than the Watson location, the kids in there like to play games. Avoid at all costs.

Not only did he construct an absolute masterpiece of a pizza, but also handed it over to me upon pick-up in the most elegant and respectful way. Customer service fit for a king. As I was walking away with my pizza I tripped over my shoelace and nearly lost the pizza and faceplanted. BUT, here comes James running like The Flash, diving, and not only catching and saving the pizza, but throwing his own body between me and the ground saving me from any harm. I thanked him and asked if I could do anything in return. He simply looked me in the eyes, put his hand on my shoulder and said "All in day's work sir. Now get home and enjoy that pizza".I was amazed. I walked out to my car, and as I was getting in someone grabbed me by the throat and slammed me to the ground and exclaimed "HAND OVER THIS PIZZA FIT FOR A KING CONSTRUCTED BY THE ONE AND ONLY J-WOLFSTER!" (This was his nickname). And to my surprise yet again, here comes the pizza king himself soaring over me with the most impressive double flying knee attack I've ever seen. It seemed to be straight of a Jet Lee movie, but NO, this was REAL life. This happened. He saved my life again.With not a single scratch on his body, slightly out of breath, he looked at me again and said "Never fear these streets as long as I have breath in my body sir"I thanked him and went home.I never saw him again, and some claim he is but a myth.I believe he is still out there somewhere making masterful pizzas and protecting the innocent.
