Scratchy: Told the project manager and forman two special things I needed done. Different forman showed up on job and neither one was done. Paved too high along a low section of curb and gutter where water use to cross driveway to escape. Now water stays trapped in gutter. Idiots. Had a large trapped pool of water in parking area. I asked them to fix it. After two years of repeated attempts to get them to fix it I eventually had to contact the BBB. They finally fixed it. Kind of, now just a smaller pool of water. Looks like poor quality asphalt. After a few years some cracks and small potholes started forming.UPDATE:. After 7 years I now have many cracks and spider web crack areas. One section 12' x 3' has failed and has crumbled and is pumping mud. I'm going to have to dig it out and patch with concrete. I have noticed along my curb and gutter the asphalt is thin. They were suppose to have excavated 2" along curb and gutter and put back 2" of asphalt. This was not done for a majority of the length of curb and gutter. In 5 years I imagine I will have to have it all milled out and replaced. Will probably go with concrete next time.

They did the work without notifying me they were there, contrary to what had been agreed, and on the return visit were belligerent and still did not perform as stipulated in the contract. Nicole Thompson: We signed a contract for a concrete slab in July and we’re told they were 45 days out. We waited a month after this and followed up asking if we were on track. The person who answered the call was not able to give us any information and we were told twice someone else would contact us, with no follow through. Eventually we got a piece of mail, no call, stating they have taken on more work they received after our signed contract and our job would be pushed to November or December and it would be best to find someone else. They couldn’t even take the time to call and tell us this. This has been a huge waste of time when this could have been completed by another company and the communication is terrible.
