Antoinette Jackson: Pleasant place to reside, very quiet and in the cut. I give it a three only because the cats, frogs, and raccoons that comes out at night.
Fefe Davis: This place has changed completely have a family member live there.They don't keep there word on fixing things but want you to be responsible for everything as if you are buying the place from them you just living in it don't care at all paid your on rent time and still don't get the service you deserve... Oh well don't rent here just saying......

Gavin C: They made a bunch of listings for Rent To Own/Lease To Own Mobile Homes. After you apply and pay an application fee they try to make you take out a mortgage to pay in full. Either management here is completely ignorant towards what Rent To Own means or they're fishing for application fees.Don't take out a 90k mortgage for a unmovable home on a rented lot.

Marshall Monroe: Update to response: im sorry but the pictures show a different story.new picture's added 9-15-2022 of over 3ft tall grass on vacant lots.Last 5 pictures.Thought id update this again.Grass has been cut 1 time on all vacant lots in 2022.Update: been here 6 yrs and never had an item stolen, now all they people they letting in has started the same cycle of stealing.Weed eater stolen on may 30th, 2022. Right out of shed.Long term resident here since 2016.Had to change reviews a few times. This time is the worst. The lawn has not been touched all year., it's mid may.We've tried asking, no response.Along with their shady business practices posting pictures of not realistic homes or yards.They will not cut the grass. I literally had to cut a path so kids could walk to school bus stop.(pics)Be prepared for hell at this backwoods trailer park.It's only getting worse.The only good reviews are the people that do odd jobs for cash in trailer park, not real residents.The new company is NOT for the residents.Be prepared to cut the lots next to you or they will get 36"or taller.This is after they sent letters out stating "cut your yard and edge and trim l, or will be a $100 fine.Pics provided for 100% proof
Alphonso Lagunas: The place is getting better with the new company that bought it last December. The are putting new rules and bringing new homes. They are renting and selling used and new places. My experience was good for 6 years that I stayed there. The schools district fox is good . Pets are allow all the homes got parking for two cars or more. You are in one of the greatest location Fenton MO just a mile from walmart and the bluffs plaza . There is tenants with their own starting business such are mechanical work, welders, lawn care. You have lots of choices to rent, buy or bring your own mobile home.

Tim Wills: When I first came upon this magical place I could feel the combined energy of the thousand or so residents spark in the air around me. A large group approached me and before I could speak a word they began answering questions that I had yet to ask. Each and every desire that I had even briefly entertained throughout my life was sated beyond my wildest dreams that night and I now return every time that I am able. 2-3 times a night usually, depending on my success at thievery and various other Ill gotten gains.. I would highly recommend this establishment to any young junkie,drunk, orthief in training

Micheal Whitaker: Park is ran by organized criminals with some police taking kick backs. Do not buy a trailer here. They will wait til your last year on the mortgage then pay people to stalk and harass you out of the contract while their corrupt paid police contacts cover it up. Research real estate mobbing..this is what they do to people and unfortunately Saint Charles city covers it up due to officers moonlighting for the park. Hopefully a real investigation will ensue and these criminals will be stopped from robbing people of their money a long with the corruption at st.charles city being brought to light.

Noel L “Nu2” Nixon: Neighbors weren't bad. Most people keep to themselves. In the summer no-one watched their kids or pets and they ran amok no matter the time of day or night. The office is super helpful until you get behind in payments then they're nowhere to be found. I guess that i can understand to an extent. Oh and your vehicles shocks will be useless in no time with all the neighborhoods speed bumps. But they do have ponds to fish in and ducks to feed so that makes it up a bit. Plus it's always interesting living in the trailerhood! The neighborhood made the news twice in the 4 years I lived there. It's not dull. Lol.
