Sean Ghosh: Subpar experience. I stopped by because I was in the area and the other reviews made it seem like if I had questions he would be happy to answer. Right off the bat was not a friendly experience. There was a sign that said to check in at an office area. I went in and said hello, to which he didn’t turn around and asked what I was there for. I said to check in. I suppose it could be that he didn’t care for the idea of making a desktop for a standing desk. He said he wouldn’t do it as it would be too expensive, but didn’t give me a price. When I asked if there was somewhere else he would recommend asking around for help with a desktop I was told to go to IKEA and then asked if I knew what IKEA was. This was not helpful. I was looking for something unique for a desktop. 🤷‍♂️

He showed me around the shop as well as a custom door project he was working on. He was incredibly patient answering all my questions. I have returned three times since to get various things I needed during my home restoration. Most recently Katie helped me with my orders and she was a delight to work with. The rest of the staff I have interacted with are super nice and professional. All my ordering was hassle free and deliveries were prompt. These folks are some of the best people I have interacted with during the three years process of my house rehab.
