Chioma igbowu: A waste of time was there for a hour in a half why not checked my credit before I got there to get there asking many of questions and tell me I can get 500 to tell me u talked to your supervisor and said u can't do anything after looking at my credit this should have been done a hour ago so yes a waste of time

Dominique Shields: If you can choose a loan from any other place PLEASE DO! Please note this is not due to being "denied" the loan I applied for.I came into their location last week and applied for a loan. Before I left, Katrina told me that her boss says my application is pending until my job's phones are back working. The phones were back woking yesterday, but I'm guessing this place was closed for MLK Day. Today, I called constantly to let Katrina know that the phones were working, what time the supervisors were available for calls, and that I was on a time-sensitive schedule. Everytime I called, Katrina lied and said they were about to call my employer. It wasn't until I called AGAIN that Katrina gave me my final lie claiming they couldn't reach my employer but I was denied. My employers were NEVER contacted, I was told to "hold my breath" when I tried conveying my urgency of getting a decision on my loan.Completely different energy from when I started the application over the phone (friendly tone), and when I physically came in to complete the application (moving swiftly). They were slow, careless, lying profusely, and truly unprofessional as soon as they had the chance. I waited until I had a final decision on my loan to say something, because I didn't want them to be petty on top of everything else they are...Please choose a place that has better customer service or just true professionals.

The ladies who used to work there were Fremont this new set of younger girls. They don’t acknowledge you when you come in and the service is poor. I will NEVER RETURN.
