Sean Griff: People on here talking about unprofessional and rude and stern. What do you expect? Hold up your end of the bargain. They give you money in good faith even when your credit is in the tank. They expect you to pay on time or keep in contact with them if financial hardship.. hold up your end of the deal and there will be no problem! I have always had a good experience with them even when couldn't make a payment on time. They worked with me. Rude sometimes sure. But look at the amount of bs they deal with. It's a business they have to be stern. Or they wouldn't be in business!!!

Anthony Phillips: Everyone experience is different but I did not have a good experience with them. I have financed more than two cars from them and the latest car I financed broke down on me and they won’t let me finance another vehicle because I have a active car note.

Against my willingness we were told that we need to go on the car with him which I wasn't working at the time and my husband was in a chapter Needless to say it has been hell. They towed the car had a norther engine put in it because the car stop running multiple times with out our approval. Their mechanic wouldn't release car unless we signed for a repair loan needless to say the car has stop running again. And they are harrassing me for payments not my son. And to top it off my son never registered the car and when pulled over by police they say the car Vin number isn't coming back to the car. Never ever in life will I deal with them Again or refer them!

Due to the pandemic most people were struggling to make payments and they knew that. They tried to come take my car because I owed them $150 more then I was done . They added late fees every step of the way they did not miss a beat. I will not recommend this company. I repeat I will not recommend this company!!!!!!! Now.

I recently refinanced my house so I know my credit score is over 775, I have cash on hand but thought it might be a better plan to leave that in savings and get a small $5000 loan for a purchase. The interest rate was 35.99% during these times of record low rates! I now have an inquiry on my credit for this worthless attempt. I recommend avoiding this company. Oh, by the way, they did offer to refinance my vehicle currently at 5.5% interest at a rate of 16% instead.

James Kimball: Least accommodating company I've EVER experienced in my life. We received a call under the guise of "checking in on us"...let me start by saying the person on the phone didnt introduce herself or say who she was calling for...when I explained that my wife and I were both out of work because the stay at home order and that only 1 of us was receiving unemployment and no assistance...they asked us if not making the FULL payment (they still wanted us to pay the interest for the month)for the month would help "ease the stress". Keep in mind, not only are we current on our loan, but we've made 1 late payment in 3 years. In fact 1 loan we took out we paid off a year early.They explained that this was a plan they had started with the current COVID19 crisis. I immediately called b.s. and explained to them that exactly 1 year ago when my wife was out of work for 12 weeks with NO maternity pay they offered the EXACT SAME "assistance." And then the branch manager Mike snidely asked what do you expect a lender to do about my wife not having maternity leave?Not only will I NOT recommend them for any type of loan...but in fact I'll recommend another company by the name of BestEgg. Customer service has been more than incredible EVERY SINGLE TIME we've spoken with them and when we needed their help they were more than happy to.

Jason Staley: Very disappointed as I feel this company gave me false hope. I needed the loan to consolidate debt I was "pre-approved" for $4000. After submitting all of the information they deny me because there isn't enough equity in my car that was required to be used for collateral. I don't understand that since my car is a 2017 in perfect condition. Haley was very nice during the process but I am extremely disappointed in the out come.
