alison turner: Some people are nice that work there and some are not....they seem to have a 'hurried' approach to helping you and then one person was incredibly arrogant. I don't know...I think they've changed since Siteone bought them. I might try checking other nurseries out...

C Pope: We have been using Kirkwood Material Supply for years for many of our home projects. They have a great selection and competitive prices. We enjoy coming here for ideas when we are planning things. They are friendly and helpful and make useful recommendations. It is such a pleasure doing business with a company that is knowledgeable about their products and willing to invest some time in us to achieve a good outcome. It is always fun to shop here and get the supplies we need to improve our home. Don't be intimidated by the busy atmosphere and sometimes crowded conditions. They are organized and will take good care of you.

The employee I spoke to was very helpful in answering my questions and gave me an accurate price quote. I called back a couple days later and placed my order over the phone and set up delivery. The man who delivered the rock was on time, polite, and dropped the rock off at the top of my driveway which was a huge help.

Every time I have gone to the store and interacted with the staff, they have been very helpful and friendly. This specific location deserves everyone's business because they truly care about you as a customer. An employee named Blaine went above and beyond my expectations. I told him I was having a specific post emergent weed problem in my lawn. He asked if I didn't mind a call back so he could educate himself on how to best treat my problem. He promptly called me back with some excellent advice and helps put together a treatment package with their products at a reasonable cost.I will return for all of my lawn care needs in the future.

Koven Carlson: During my time looking for rocks and flat stones for my outdoor Koi pond and indoor aquarium I have found that Behle has the best value by a long shot. IE buying river stones here you get about twice as much for the same price as compared to the big chain stores.The guy usually working there is much more friendly and knowledgeable than anyone I have seen at the chain stores. Another benefit is you are supporting your locally run businesses.

Their ideas were fantastic, including a change on the fly to fix water drainage that turned into a beautiful dry river bed that I put a bridge over and get constant compliments on! And my truly favorite part was their team. Really helpful and insanely hard working, but when I'd look in my yard to see how things were progressing, they were laughing and talking and generally enjoying their work. I loved it! What a great group! We have some more projects we're wanting to do and we'll definitely be asking Haegele to help us again!!
