alison turner: Some people are nice that work there and some are not....they seem to have a 'hurried' approach to helping you and then one person was incredibly arrogant. I don't know...I think they've changed since Siteone bought them. I might try checking other nurseries out...

We enjoy coming here for ideas when we are planning things. They are friendly and helpful and make useful recommendations. It is such a pleasure doing business with a company that is knowledgeable about their products and willing to invest some time in us to achieve a good outcome. It is always fun to shop here and get the supplies we need to improve our home. Don't be intimidated by the busy atmosphere and sometimes crowded conditions. The employee I spoke to was very helpful in answering my questions and gave me an accurate price quote. I called back a couple days later and placed my order over the phone and set up delivery. The man who delivered the rock was on time, polite, and dropped the rock off at the top of my driveway which was a huge help.

Jeremiah Compton: Life savers. Hit the water table on a basememt project. No way to get a bobcat in the hole. In short notice these guys put the gravel in the hole on grade and had it ready for concrete quick. Guy was in and out in less than an hour with 18 tons of gravel. Might even have been less than 30 minutes. Pricing, woulda costed the same or more to hire a bobcat crew and a gravel truck!!!! Outstanding service. I highy recommend these guys. You won't revtet it. And seeing it done is an awesome experience. .

Michael Surgeon: This review is about the landfill on Arena Parkway in St.Charles.I will be glad when this eyesore is closed down. The trucks constantly put dirt or mud on the road and then very occasionally pretend to clean it off which makes a bigger mess. If its raining and you drive on Arena PKWY you will need to go to the car wash . What a great sight for out of towners that go to the arena events.
