Buster: The very fast and easy. I've had several car keys made there for several different vehicles He even does key fobs it's normally pretty quick He's straight to the point He's not going to stand there and have a long conversation with you about stuff that does not matter He's all business and he gets it done and he charges a what I thought was more than reasonable I would have paid more for his services to be honest I highly recommend if you need a key made or a key fob drive right up there and go right in He will take care of you on the spot.
David Tucker: Very pleasant and took of my issue with no problem and quick also. Even though it's out of my general area, this is now my go to locksmith moving forward. Lastly, pricing is phenomenal.

Gildana Osmic: I was recommended by a friend that works at a shop to get a second key at this place. I left my key on top of the car and drove off the key inside with the sensor. I found they key smashed except the sensor when i found it. I went and he told me what i needed to do instead of going to the dealership and saved me a lot of money. I have recommended this place since and will always. The gentleman is extremely nice and he amazing. I went in and get it done in a few minutes, he also made sure my key worked before I left. Amazing customer service too.
Tiara Cunningham: First off, the company is efficient and the workers who come out to people's rescue are nice and will actually go over the process which is A+. I gave 3 stars for the "boss" who answers the phone, he was just rude and short when he could have just gave the information I needed without me asking him a thousand questions but again, glad he has nice workers to come to people's rescue when needed. According to my friends who use the same place, the guy has always been that way and my husband and I just used this place last year and I had no issues. Guess I just caught him in one of his moods.Unfortunately my husband's car had more internal issues and we were not able to use this company this year to get a spare car key. I didn't catch his name but thank you to the kind hearted silver hair man who tried. ✌️

Connie Peterson: Bought a used ranger truck, only came with one key fob, dealer wanted $280 for a new one, half the price at sure lock, had it in stock, didn't need appointment, said it would take 20 minutes only took 10. Very pleased.

When I asked if he could come today, whatever fine gentleman I spoke with laughed loudly for about 5 seconds and then said "No. Try like next Saturday." Next time I'll make sure my door breaks more according to your schedule.

Not only did the agent on the phone know exactly what I needed right away from my rough description, they quoted me both parts and labor up front. Tom was professional and fast, fixing everything before I could even meet with him as I was on the phone with an important vendor. The "competitive" quote I got elsewhere of $550 was blown away by the $115 I paid here. I would and will recommend this place to everyone I know.

Noel Burke: Prices of keys were misleading. $2/key for buy 2, get 1 free drew me in however the keys I selected cost $4/$5 each. Each key took longer than 1 minute to make. I was there for 20 minutes or so for 11 keys. Lastly the bonus keys I got I was hoping would be the same style keys I purchased but I received brass keys that were boring and lacked style compared to my printed keys. A bit of a disappointing experience for how much I spent on all the keys purchased…it was convenience for location but I would shop around a bit longer before I decide on a place to make duplicate keys.

Alexandria Brown: This company did not inform us of the charges and charged us $418 to drill out a deadbolt lock. This took the technician 10 min. Service fee was 65, emergency fee of 45, and house lock out fee of 270, plus a 10% credit card fee. When I contacted the company, it sent me to a dispatch line, where the dispatch lied to me and hung up on me several times. Finally the technician called me back after several hours and explained those were the cost even though the dispatch told me that the technician would tell me the cost of job before performing service. 418 dollar to drill out a dead bolt is a rip off and the dispatch that they use is rude and hung up on me. Very disappointed with the service.
