Curt Balding: Stopped in on Saturday night. The space is basically the same as I was there last time, but they've improved the back deck area. First time there with another new karaoke host. She seemed more interested in socialising than in actually running a k-show. I'll have to pop back in at some point to find out if my initial experience was a one-time event or something else.

Keisa Ealey: i am only giving 4 stars because it was pretty disappointing when their kitchen closed, they would not let you bring food inside or even their outside patio. We were there in the afternoon, our bartender, Ashley was very friendly, very attentive, and accomodating. We went back later for the karaoke and it was fun and same bartender was still as good as she was in the afternoon. Their kitchen closed at 5pm and although we were needing something to eat, the owner would not let us have a pizza delivered or nothing. If their kitchen would have been opened, we would have eaten there. if it wasn't for the bartender, we would not have stayed around.

Ashley Henderson: Horrible place. We asked for our second drink and they tried to charge more than the first round and more than what was listed on the menu. When we politely told them it was over charged from what was listed, they gave us water with a splash of drink and refused to change it. Worst bar ever. Don’t go.

Scott Renken: This place participated in Taste of Soulard Feb 2023. After buying my beer from their outside stand, I realized that their food was on my list to try. Several people from my group went inside to stand in their food line only to have their door guard try to rip the $12 beer out of my hand and throw it away. Every other place participating in Taste of Soulard let you stand in their food line with drinks you brought in with you. Once word spread of this behavior, there was never a line to get in for their food or beer.

Stacey Netemeyer: Had a great time at the bar tonight. The karaoke was fun our only complaint was we got there at 7 and promptly put in four songs. After staying there till after 9 we had only sung one song... but we noticed other people had been up multiple times. When we asked the dj he grabbed our sheets from the side and said he’d get us in the rotation. We sang one more time ..then didn’t sing again. Again several people were up multiple times in between... it seems if ur not friends with the dj just don’t bother putting in songs... it was still fun but usually if u go to karaoke u actually want to sing.

Lindsay C: Double D's is our favorite karaoke place. The atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxed. This bar tends to have a very happy, welcoming environment where everyone claps for everyone, no one "boos", all music types are welcome, all people are welcome, and all singers are welcome, whether you are a professional or sloshed and cant keep your lyrics straight. I have never really experienced or witnessed a fight or other negative experience at this bar, and that makes the experience so much more enjoyable. Their food- especially their parmesan fries- is good for bar food, and their drinks are always good and decently priced. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The DJs are funny and can all sing ridiculously well. Overall, this is a great place for a karaoke lover or for someone who wants to try something new.
