Colton Bonnell: This facility is awesome. All of the staff are incredible, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr. Michael Donovan is a class act. He takes great care of his patients. He gets to know them, provides options, offers tons of opportunities to ask questions and discuss concerns, and every time I come here I always feel better when I leave. I cannot recommend Southampton Healthcare enough. Their office and all of the staff are extremely welcoming, as well.
Britt Zuniga: I had an awful experience with South Hampton therapy services. They contract with Quantum Therapy services and I sincerely hope they cancel the contract asap. The scheduling was extremely confusing and poorly communicated, I was misgendered in my intake with the intern Christina and then Lynn was my assigned therapist who also was terrible at scheduling and messed it up multiple times until I eventually gave up. People on Medicaid need access to better therapy services than this. Please consider contracting with a different company.
Jenny Gates: I see Dr. Nicole Carr here, and I love her. She is so kind and personable. She addresses all my concerns thoroughly and thoughtfully. I appreciate her.Also the phlebotomists are the best! I'm a hard stick and they are so patient and kind.

Byron Claude: This used to be a great office. A year and a half ago I would have given it 5 stars. I NEEDED to see the doctor a few days ago for a physical and general updates. Because I didn't know how to use a new kiosk, I was late and my appointment cancelled even tho no other patients were present. I called them today to let them know I would be leaving them and the clerk just hung up on me. I feel more affirmed than ever about leaving this now horrible place. Book here only if you want to be marginalized, talked down to, and ultimately - not treated.

P Harlowrhoades: I tried to make an appointment today 2/20/19 for April with Dr P. but the secretary/office administrator, a male was having none of it. I take responsibility for not communicating well, but when he addressed me as honey I drew the line. I asked him politely not to call me that. He pretty much cut me off saying he could not help me and hung up. Possibly he was having a bad day. I will not be going there because the first contact was uncivil and I could not get an appointment. I am very sorry the poor man I spoke to was having a bad day, no reflection on the doctor whom I have never met.

Victoria Lu: FYI, this is unofficially the GLBT (and HIV+) healthcare center of St. Louis. However, they don't return my phone calls, my appointments seem to either mysteriously disappear or fail to reschedule, and interactions with staff seem to become unpleasant extremely easily.
Todd J: Amazing! Dr. Summers is not only thorough and informative, but the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet. The entire staff is first rate. I can't say enough about the service and quality of care at Southampton.
Jared Buretta: This is by far the best healthcare facility I have ever visited. I am never treated like just another patient and am always given the full attention of anyone I interact with. The admin staff is cordial, efficient, and selfless. Tim McDowell is a pleasure to see as he actually invests in my health and does it without judgement. All parts of the building are always in top form. I definitely recommend if you are looking for quality healthcare from a group that actually cares about your personal health.
Mickel Townsend: Dr Summers is my general practitioner and I love him, he is very thorough yet kind and friendly and never treats me without compassion.
Dan Strother: I have Been Going To This Office Since 1994. Dr. Prelutsky is in my opinion The Best Doctor That I Have Had Over The Long Haul. He tells you what is best for you and helps you work out how you will carry out his recommendations. You couldn't go wrong with checking out South Hampton Health Care for all your medical care.
Matthew Stanley: Dr. Prelutsky is pretty nice. I hate going to the doctors office but he makes it comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone who asks. Keep up the good work!
