matt pirtle: Didnt even mention the possibility of a rescheduled appointment with them knowing they dont take my insurance. Resulting in a 500+ bill
Deborah: I and my husband have been going there for 5 years was always more than satisfied.I showed symptoms of edema but Dr Zhang prescribed me a PPI that made my swelling worse! Then she fired me as a patient because of lack of communication just when I needed her the most!!

Kristen B.: Today was my first visit to get established with a new doctor. I came in with a sinus infection and the staff was very accommodating and helpful! They were able to get me in right away to see the nurse practitioner, Dr. Ashley. She was very friendly and prescribed me an antibiotic along with a sample of Neti Pot to help flush my sinuses so I wouldn’t be in pain anymore. Very happy with my experience and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Tony McLaughlin: I have had multiple bad experiences with the staff at this clinic. Mercy's website is hard to use, and you cannot communicate with you doctor directly, and so you have to rely on the rude and dismissive staff to carry messages to your doctor for you. As often as not, they seem to not bother delivering your message at all. I have now on two occasions had them mess up my prescriptions, to the point that once I missed a dose because I couldn't get it filled, and another time I couldn't get my medication right after surgery. If you have medication you rely on, or if kind and compassionate care is important to you, I recommend you find somewhere else to go.
R McGrath: I've been going here for over 5yrs & would recommend my doctor any day of the week! Her staff is always welcoming, are friendly and helpful! They even take the initiative to see if they can squeeze you into an earlier appointment if necessary! The location is not ideal for me, but the people make it worth it!
C N: This office and its staff are very disorganized when it comes to putting through necessary prescriptions and making sure they do not stop. There are frequent lapses, causing one to miss critical refills, thereby having days off important medication. They will also deliberately not refill a prescription if you've for whatever reason not scheduled an appointment for a while, and not notify you (hello.... some people are simply very busy for stretches of time).
Jay: Clean facility. The NP & some of the front desk staff I met were great. Professional, kind & welcoming.Unfortunately, a few other front desk staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, lazy & incompetent to say the least.Would not recommend
Kristen M: I called the office to obtain a specialist referral and left a detailed voicemail for staff. I had the most unprofessional/rude lady call me back and complain to me about wasting her time, because it wasn't the way she felt it needed processed. Will not recommend this office to any patients and will note when a patient is being referred from this office. Considering it's such a hassle to get a simple insurance referral, that could potentially cost us money if not done in time. Very frustrating when I feel I'm wasting my time!
