Hussain Abdullah: This is the last place you want to take your trailer to get repaired, unless you like being overcharged. I broke down about 5 miles away at a Hotel on February 9th. They came and chained my axle up to get it to there shop and tried to charge me for 4 hrs labor. Also charged 10 hrs labor to replace axle when normal shops are 2 hrs. Charged 3 hours each to replace u bolts and straighten equalizer when normal shops charge 1 hour each. On top of the price gouging they have horrible customer service. They never call to update and forget simple things you’ve told them. I’m just getting my trailer back and while I’m writing this review the main guys excuse is they normally don’t work on my type of trailer. So I guess that gives them the right to charge ridiculous prices.

I just recently 12/15/2020 completed my purchase of 3 storage containers from River-Roads and wanted to share the experience. Nick in Operations/Sales did an amazing job of walking me thru the complete experience! He quoted me and treated me respectfully during the whole process. And the sale person Jon told me your trailer it's not heare, but u can go to pick up from the KY. The reason was he did a mistake. I asked when will be the trailer, we dosen't now this was the answer. When I bought the trailer was 44 now it's 45 and the sales men try to explain he give me a discount already. And dosen't whont to give same discount for this inconvenience. Run away from them. It's a lot of companies who will treat u better than this group.And after couple days I try to contact there's sales man Jon, all day and he do not answer the phone. So I still wait for my trailer...I lose 3 mounts with this guys and I still do not have the trailer yet...The supervisor the same don't care about customer service.

k haess: Chris will take care of you. I came in with a small trailer that I have used for years towing it behind my V6 Camry - and recently it started to dog track. I didn't know what was wrong with it - I just knew it could be the tires (replaced them) the bearings (just repacked those) the tongue weight or placement...and with a week left I was starting to worry. Chris offered to take a look and gave a free assessment of what was wrong. He diagnosed that there was a slight separation from the frame near the right wheel/axle assembly that was causing the problem, and sent me down the street for a weld job. Saved the day, as I have one week left in town before making a cross country move - and I use this trailer to transport my lightweight motorcycle and clothes/bedding (see photo attached). I want to add that Chris was quick to answer the phone when I had called the day before, and quick to come out and take a look in the morning when I showed up. He has a VERY clean store with many parts - all reasonably priced. Ultimately Chris cares about customers and isn't in it to price gouge. He also understands that a happy customer is one that will tell all their friends. You want a local owned store with someone that has been in the business for 3 decades and that will talk to you face-to-face? Come here. He solved my problem when multiple other places didn't even want to take a look. He also didn't make a cent off me - though I will be telling ALL my military buddies with trailer toys and work friends about this place so they can get all their trailer needs taken care of here and only here. This is a place worth your time, check it out the next time you need a trailer part or a repair - even if your trailer is unique and quirky like mine.

Merrill Sept: We lost an axle bearing on our travel trailer and was towed to Big text after hours. The tow operator called ahead and Big Tex told him they could fix our trailer first thing in the morning and let us stay the night at their shop. As promised they got our trailer right in fixed the bad bearing, hub and Brake, even while booked with other jobs and at my request repacked and resealed the other bearings. They were a life saver! Got us back on the road and at a great price! Can not recommend them enough. Really friendly people.
