Hussain Abdullah: This is the last place you want to take your trailer to get repaired, unless you like being overcharged. I broke down about 5 miles away at a Hotel on February 9th. They came and chained my axle up to get it to there shop and tried to charge me for 4 hrs labor. Also charged 10 hrs labor to replace axle when normal shops are 2 hrs. Charged 3 hours each to replace u bolts and straighten equalizer when normal shops charge 1 hour each. On top of the price gouging they have horrible customer service. They never call to update and forget simple things you’ve told them. I’m just getting my trailer back and while I’m writing this review the main guys excuse is they normally don’t work on my type of trailer. So I guess that gives them the right to charge ridiculous prices.
Tom Wilson: I had started to look into purchasing a storage container and shopped 4 places. I finally settled on River-Roads on Hall Street because of their integrity and honesty. I just recently 12/15/2020 completed my purchase of 3 storage containers from River-Roads and wanted to share the experience. Nick in Operations/Sales did an amazing job of walking me thru the complete experience! He quoted me and treated me respectfully during the whole process. Nick was very pleasant and went above and beyond what the other places had to offer me. River-Roads pricing and selection was great and the delivery person Bob was awesome! We showed up slightly tardy and a gentleman was locking the gates and we were sitting in the driveway but he didn't seem to care or be impacted by that even though my company is a strong user of River Roads. Then when attempted to return a second time, we were stood up again.

Ann Smith: Unprofessional company. They told me my trailer is already at there yard in st louis. I arrived on Monday to pickup the trailer . And the sale person Jon told me your trailer it's not heare, but u can go to pick up from the KY. The reason was he did a mistake. I asked when will be the trailer, we dosen't now this was the answer. When I bought the trailer was 44 now it's 45 and the sales men try to explain he give me a discount already. And dosen't whont to give same discount for this inconvenience. Run away from them. It's a lot of companies who will treat u better than this group.And after couple days I try to contact there's sales man Jon, all day and he do not answer the phone. So I still wait for my trailer...I lose 3 mounts with this guys and I still do not have the trailer yet...The supervisor the same don't care about customer service.

boone t: Super nice people. I was running late to drop off my boat , Mike called me to make sure I’m still coming. Tony kept the service department opened after closing time to make sure i got checked in and all my questions were addressed. Todd the boat engine mechanic consulted with me at least 4 times to explain everything to me so that I understood what was needed done and answered all my questions related to the repair, boat , trailer and general boating and beyond.. I got my water pump impeller replaced and new carburetor kit installed in a week.

Hartley Abner: Do not take your boat here!!!! For starters, they said they fixed our boat the first time we took it there and then it proceeded to die on us the next two times that we took it out, so they did not fix the issue the first time. We took it back to them for the second time, which was a terrible idea and a big mistake. It took them over a year to fix our boat because they said they were “waiting on a part.” And then when we finally got our boat back over a year later, this is what it looked like. Absolutely disgusting because they kept it outside without the cover on for an entire year. Absolutely terrible customer service and poor quality of care.

Doug Weisman: This place is a joke , charged me 900 dollars to replace my water pump, my engine had never overheated and that's not why I took there , it was bogging down and stalling out , 200 dollar charge just to Lake test and 100 dollars an hour for them to guess , they hadn't even started on the problem and my bill was 900 , maybe good at selling new boats but wouldn't trust them to touch your engine unless you have alot of money and are willing to pay them for guess work , when I talk to Mike and questioned my bill he said he has to keep the doors open on this place , WOW , not the type of busses I want to deal with

T K: Went in under the impression this was another Cabelas but quickly found out that it is not. This location is Bass Pro Shop. The selection is not as broad as the actual Cabelas at The Mills Mall which is where I will go from now on.
