Kate Curran: The biggest mistake I ever made. I would give this company 0 stars if I could! They missed my furnace being under water at one time and hence, my furnace for my all gas house was condemed by Spire. Derek missed code violations in my basement, missed my rear door glass fractured prior to me moving in, and missed my roof which actually was not finished prior to me buying the house. This company is a joke and Derek did a very poor, sub par job. Derek's excuse was that he was looking at 500 things at once and that I broke my own door. I ended up having to replace my entire furnace and return air duct due to water damage that Derek missed, pay to get the basement up to code, pay for a new rear door, and pay to have the rest of my roof fixed where shingles were missing. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time and money!

Mike Neitzert: My inspector came to a potential home I was looking to buy. He went through and within an hour called my realtor to let them know that he had found SEVERAL issues. He ended up not even doing the radon and I was refunded for that because based on what he'd seen, I wouldn't want the house anyway. He could have just made some extra money, but was a standup guy. Will definitely do business with them again.

Chan Fong: Inspector made excessive comments, all of them are negative to their inspection report that scared buyers. I owned my house since 2013 there isn't any foundation issue but his report said "it is an indication of a continuous movement", wondered how did the inspector know? I have just replaced my roof but the report said "Shingles showing signs of deterioration relative to age and wear", really? For a brand new roof? My suggestion for this company is showing your detail work to impress your client is great but sometimes you also have to think about the other side of the coin. Without homeowner selling their home, you are not in business also. Show some respect, please!

Brad Battelle: I hired them to do a mold test on a home we bought as well as a general inspection and later find out the inspector lied to us on the mold results and didn’t go over them with us and said they were all in standard levels so us trusting the “professional” we took his word and two weeks in to our new home tore a bunch of drywall wall out and cost us thousands to replace due to black mold. Berke Kaçar: Paid over $1,300 for inspection. Inspectors were knowledgeable and provided me with the condition of the property. The problem, though, was with the sewer inspection. In the report and verbally, I was told that the sewer lines were like a dream, and everything was in a great condition. They also put in the report that all floor drains were inspected and they’re all working properly. What I was not told is that they do not really check the floor drains, and only look in there to see if it is holding water. One of the floor drains backed up shortly after inspection. I had to pay over $1,500 for a plumber to dig up my basement and found a broken piece of pipe that was stuck in the lines. While it makes sense that their cameras will not fit through floor drains, I was not aware of this situation.Pillar to Post failed to inform me that floor drains were not really ‘inspected’.

Pamela Schuler: I am buying a condo from a distance and need a great deal of information since I personally have not seen the condo. Aaron responded very quickly to my request for an inspection. He was very thorough, reviewed things like the roof and rain drainage that may cause me problems even if they would be the responsibility of the condo association to fix. He rated the problems found by severity to help me make decisions about which issues I needed to focus on first, which were safety concerns and the possible consequences of not doing the repair.
