Erin Breidenbach: Eric was great! He provided tons of helpful information and had knowledge of older homes from the 1920s. He was very friendly and happy to have us ask lots of questions. He gave us so much insight into not only things needing repairs or replacement, but general home maintenance facts and tips. Evergreen's pricing was better than others I came across and the termite inspection was included for free. Highly recommend Eric and Evergreen Home Inspections!

Jeff Abeln: John is so knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through every item that he documented on the inspection. Given his thoroughness, there were a lot of items on there, which could have been overwhelming if I had received it with no context. But by taking the time to patiently explain each item, he identified the items to prioritize which was so helpful. I have a lot of peace of mind moving into my new home knowing it was inspected by John and cannot recommend him enough!

Going along with him during the inspection was a great education about how the various systems of the house worked, what to watch for in the future, and how to maintain the house in the present. I can't recommend him highly enough. I'm sure that if you contract with him to inspect your house and accompany him on that inspection, you will agree with me. He did a super job!

Kate Curran: The biggest mistake I ever made. I would give this company 0 stars if I could! They missed my furnace being under water at one time and hence, my furnace for my all gas house was condemed by Spire. Derek missed code violations in my basement, missed my rear door glass fractured prior to me moving in, and missed my roof which actually was not finished prior to me buying the house. This company is a joke and Derek did a very poor, sub par job. Derek's excuse was that he was looking at 500 things at once and that I broke my own door. I ended up having to replace my entire furnace and return air duct due to water damage that Derek missed, pay to get the basement up to code, pay for a new rear door, and pay to have the rest of my roof fixed where shingles were missing. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time and money!
