Brett Voss: I've been wearing hearing aids for almost 30 years, since I was a child. I'd noticed lately that I was having much difficulty understanding speech, way more than usual. This was not good for my quality of life, let alone my career. Matt suggested I change styles for a stronger receiver. I was a little nervous since I've had the same style for almost 30 years. As soon as he put them in, I was completely blown away. I immediately could hear what seemed like 10x better. I am understanding people better than I ever have, including my young children. I am even able to easily make small talk with people, which I had been avoiding more and more due to my difficulties understanding speech (I'm having a blast with this). I also purchased the TV streamer and now can stream audio from my PC directly to my new hearing aids for work Zoom meetings, etc. I was initially hesitant about how the new aids would look, but they are even less visible than my previous aids! I've been coming to see Matt at Southwestern for over 20 years now and he has always taken great care of me, but this time he went above and beyond and has improved my life so much, just with this simple change. After cleaning the aids and removing a wax build-up in one of Ralph’s ears, he adjusted the aids so Ralph could hear speaking voices more clearly from background noise. He also recommended Vitamin E oil to help reduce mild irritation the latex on the earpiece was causing in Ralph’s ear. This has been bothering Ralph since he got the aids 8 months ago, and this is the first person to recognize the cause and suggest a possible solution. We were very impressed and appreciative.

He couldn't hear and was frustrated beyond belief. He had 2 sets of hearing aids and they weren't working properly. Always someone new in this store and not always too knowledgeable but personable. Teri is a the whole package. She came to our home!!!! Been with ME since they were on Arsenal and NO ONE ever told us they could do home visits.
