Dr. Tina Daher McWhorter, Audiologist has been very thorough with my husband's hearing problems and new hearing aides (Starkey). She sees him until he is very pleased with his new aides, answering all questions. She wants him (and his wife) to be happy with his new aides. Also the office staff has been very thorough with appointments, and questions.

Rich Konys: We were visiting from out of town to babysit our new grandson and my wife’s hearing aid broke. Knowing that she wouldn’t be able to hear for the two weeks that we were in town, she was desperate to find someone qualified to make a quick repair.The folks from Gallaher’s could not have been more accommodating! We were greeted by the kind audiologist, and literally in and out in less than ten minutes. The repair was done professionally and priced quite reasonably.It turns out that the Gallaher family has had a presence at the same location for over 60 years. While other hearing aid establishments have come and gone, they have stayed to loyally serve the folks in the neighborhood.I can not recommend them high enough. One of the most pleasant customer service experiences that we have ever had.

Christi Maginn: My husband has had problems with hearing for over twenty years. He has had two sets of hearing aides in the last fifteen years. They were expensive and claimed to be leading edge technology. Unfortunately, his hearing problems persisted. Over the years, disappointment turned to frustration for the both of us. He often felt isolated in social conversations. I on the other hand, felt the burden of keeping our social connections going while carrying most of the conversations on our behalf. Television was an escape for him but the volume was too loud for me to comfortably be in the same room. Jacquelyn Brown: I highly recommend the Speech and Hearing Center for hearing aids and Cochlear Implants.
Ron Bip: Medicare Anthem Advantage pays for everything up to $3000 and free visit. The "Center" wants to charge $25 for a visit and charge full price for hearing aids. They said they accept Medicare Anthem Advantage and they are in the plan. I have let Medicare Anthem know to take them off the list.

I explained that he was in a summer camp and really needs the CI in order to participate. They were able to make the repair while I waited. Wonderful people. Thank you so much.
Donald Beimdiek: My mother and wife were both Hearing & Speech patients and received professional and needed advice so when I realized that I needed hearing help I went to H&S. I had to replace my hearing aids and H&S recommended Oticon Amplifon which I received today (May 19, 2022) and am impressed with the tech and unit improvements that I will use to communicate with the world I live in.

THE KING: After getting used and High pressured into buying new hearing aids from two completing business I took up a suggestion from my Primary Care Dr.I made appointment with Dr Basler. Not only did she work with me I had to ask her if I could buy new heating aids.Never was I pressured to buy.If I had met her first I would have saved thousands on hearing aids that WORK for me.Amazing experience.
Chris Miller: Every time I see an ad for hearing aid chains I think back to my first experience visiting them. Not good. High pressure sales pitch. Fake doctors. Then I met Dr. Colleen Basler at The Audiology Center. Great attention to detail, thorough examination and kept her appointment with me on time. I choose Starkey aids and now, six years later I’ve had them serviced and they’re still great! Go to someone who cares, cares about your time your hearing and your pocketbook. My advice is to go to Dr. Colleen Basler at The Audiology Center!

Patrick Lampe: Took my friend Ralph for his 3-month check-up and cleaning of his new hearing aids. A new Audiologist, Greg, was working. He was very knowledgeable and professional. After cleaning the aids and removing a wax build-up in one of Ralph’s ears, he adjusted the aids so Ralph could hear speaking voices more clearly from background noise. He also recommended Vitamin E oil to help reduce mild irritation the latex on the earpiece was causing in Ralph’s ear. This has been bothering Ralph since he got the aids 8 months ago, and this is the first person to recognize the cause and suggest a possible solution. We were very impressed and appreciative.

The receptionist was so nice when I called and immediately put me through to Doug, Doug said come on in and within 10 mins of my phone call I was sitting in front of him. They were just wonderful to deal with and I highly recommend them.

I was admitted immediately (fortunately Terry was not busy with a client) and Terry took care of the issue then and there. Now everything is working properly and I got total resolution with no fuss. Lynda Chapman: Met with Teri Davis today!! Would give her more than 5 stars if possible. My husband was ready to quit Miracle Ear after spending more than $6,000. He couldn't hear and was frustrated beyond belief. He had 2 sets of hearing aids and they weren't working properly. Always someone new in this store and not always too knowledgeable but personable. Teri is a the whole package. She came to our home!!!! Been with ME since they were on Arsenal and NO ONE ever told us they could do home visits. Learned more in one visit with Teri than we ever learned with all other associates. She is so helpful and patient with those of us who lack technical savvy. Being greeted by Gabriella each time I visit is always a treat. She's great on the phone also. Dave Groerich: 1st of all it was supposed to be a trial study when we got there all they wanted to do was sell us hearing aids. The hearing study was done in an office not in a silent room. During the test I could hear the secretary talking on the phone the air conditioning kicking On and off and traffic driving by the building.
