Kristen Pauli: Was misinformed with a customer support member about when I needed to pay my premium by so I missed the date and got terminated. They were not very helpful about it either. You really have to go through some hoops to get your insurance going right with these guys. Not worth it!
john mccord: I would not recommend Humana mail order to anyone as u can spend hours being transferred between departments and never getting an answer. All we wanted to do was change our primary care doctor so they would know who to call to renew a prescription. They Couldn't figure it out.
